PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KARET (Hevea brasiliensis L.) ASAL OKULASI PEMBERIAN BOKASHI DAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR BINTANG KUDA LAUT
The experiment aimed to identify the growing of rubber seedling (Hevea brasilliensis L.) from oculation upon the application of Bokashi and Bintang Kuda Laut organic liquid fertilizer, as well as its interaction, and to find the proper dosage of Bokashi and Bintang Kuda Laut organic liquid fertilizer for rubber seedling. The experiment lasted for four months, from June to September 2012, at the screen house Agriculture Faculty Widya Gama Mahakam University, Sempaja Samarinda city. The experiment employed Completely Randomized Design with factorial 3x4 and three replications. The first factor was Bikashi (B): no bikashi (b0); 300 g bokashi/polybag (b1); 600 g bokashi/polybag (b2). And the secand factor was Bintang Kuda Laut Organic liquid fertilizer (P): no organic liquid fertilizer (p0); 3 ml/liter water (p1); 6 ml/liter water (p2); and 9 ml/liter water (p3). Results of the experiment showed that: (1) significant responses of Bokashi on the parameters of plant height, number of leaf at the stage of 60 and 90 old days after planting and diameter of stem; (2) significant responses on the application of Bintang Kuda Laut Organic liquid fertilizer on plant height, number of leaf at the stage of 60 and 90 old days and diameter of stem; (3) there was no significant responses on all parameters upon the interaction between bikashi and Bintang Kuda Laut organic liquid fertilizer application

The results showed that the average growth of roots at the age of 4 months was very real different between treatments and the best growth was in medium roasted husk fuel (SB), husk fuel humus (SBH) and then burn the chaff sand (SBP) with the following average husk fuel the growth of root length 4.33 cm, 3.33 cm and 2.00 cm.Shoot growth showed that the average growth of shoots at the age of 4 months was very real different between treatments and the best growth medium roasted husks (SB), husk fuel humus (SBH) and husk sand burns (SBP) with the following average husk fuel shoot growth was 3.67 cm, 3.00 cm and 2 cm. Best growth in medium roasted husks due to aeration and water absorption media quite well when too wet and dries quickly when the watering less easily monitored and medium roasted husks too sterile of fungus and nest for easy root growth and subsequent shoot will also grow.
UJI EMPAT JENIS PUPUK KANDANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN CABAI KERITING (Capsicum annum L.)
The study aims to determine the best type of manure and suitable for the growth of curly chilli. It carried out at Damai Sub District of West Kutai District. This study using randomized completely design consisting of four treatments. The treatment covered cow manure, goat manure, chicken manure, and grasshopper manure. The results indicated that there is significant difference on plant height at 30 days after showing (DAS), at age of 80% flowered and at the first harvesting, on age of 80% flowered and age of the first harvesting, and on the fresh fruit production. The best result is attained on the cricket manure treatment (159 g/polybag or 20 tons/hectare)
EFEK PENGGUNAAN PUPUK DAUN BAYFOLAN DAN PUPUK SP-36 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN MELON (Cucumis melo L.) VARIETAS ACTION 434
Research purposes to determine the effect of foliar fertilizer and manure Bayfolan SP-36 on the growth and yield of melon. The experiment was conducted in the village of Muang Benanga In Lempake Village District North Samarinda, East Kalimantan, for 5 months starting from January to May 2011. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design (RBD) with a 4x4 factorial experiment was repeated 3 times. The first factor is Bayfolan leaf manure (B) consisting of 4 levels of concentration, ie B0 (without fertilization), B1 (1.5 ml / L of water), B2 (3 ml / L of water). While the second factor is the SP-36 (S) consisting of 4 dose levels, ie S0 (without fertilization), S1 (450 Kg / Ha), S2 (900 Kg / Ha), S3 (1350 Kg / ha). Results of analysis of variance showed that the influence of leaf manure Bayfolan (B) was not significantly different for plant height ages 2 and 4 weeks after planting, the number of leaf age 2 weeks after planting, age of the plant during flowering, fruit weight and yield fruit crop per hectare, but significantly different to the number of leaf age 4 weeks after planting. Most likely the number of leaves found on the treatment concentration of 3 ml / L of water. Effect of SP-36 (S) was not significantly different for plant height ages 2 and 4 weeks after planting, the number of leaf age 2 and 4 weeks after planting, planting fruit weight, fruit set per hectare, but significantly different to the age of the plant during flowering. Fastest time of flowering plant age at treatment doses are 900 Kg / Ha. Interaction effect between leaf manure and fertilizer Bayfolan SP-36 does not give a real difference
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA TANI TOMAT DAN KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI DI KELURAHAN API-API KECAMATAN BONTANG UTARA
The purpose of the research was to determine the tomato farm income and knowing the tomato farm income contributing to household incomes of farmers in Api-Api Village, Bontang Utara Sub District.This research started on April until July 2012, with research location is in Api-Api Village, Bontang Utara Sub District. The method that used is census method. The data needed by research are primary and secondary data. Primary data is got by observation and interview with responder use questionnaire which have been compiled in line with research. While secondary data is got from bibliography study and institution information which is related to research execution. The results of this research shows that :Based on the survey result to 9 respondent obtained tomato production to one season is 4.777,78 kg-1 meter-1 at the price of selling Rp 8.000 – 9.000 kg-1. Total revenue farmers was Rp 730.000.000,00 year-1 and total income from tomato farming is Rp 522.588.633,33 year-1with average farm income is Rp 58.065.403,70 year-1 respondents-1.Value of R/C ratio was 3,45 meaning that the cultivated tomato farm is already profitable then planting a tomato can for resumes.Average contributing of the tomato farm income to household incomes of farmers is 62,50%
PENGARUH PUPUK DAUN GREEN-TAMA DAN ZPT ATONIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN TOMAT (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) VARIETAS BERLIAN
Objectives of the research were to study the effect of Green-Tama fertilizer and Atonik plant regulator, as well as their interaction on the growth and production of tomato; and to find proper dosage of Green-Tama fertilizer and proper consentration of Atonik plant regulator for better growth and production of tomato.The Completely Randomised Design was employed for this research with factorial 3 x 3 and 3 replications. The first factor was Green-Tama fertilizer dosage (K), consisted of 3 sub factors: no Green-Tama fertilizer application (k0), 2 ml l-1 water (k1), and 3 ml l-1 water (k2). And the second factor was Atonik plant regulator concentration (P) that consisted of 3 sub-factors: no Atonik plant regulator application (p0), 1 ml l-1 water (p1, and 2 ml l-1 water (p2).Results of the research revealed that:1. The Green-Tama fertilizer affected very significantly on the plant height at 4 weeks after sowing, days of crop firstly flowered and weight per fruit, affected significantly on plant height at 6 weeks after sowing, and did not affect significantly on plant height at 8 weeks after sowing and number of fruit per crop;2. The Atonik plant regulator concentration affected very significantly on the plant height at 4, 6, and 8 weeks after sowing, days of crop firstly flowered, number of fruit per crop, and fruit weight per crop, and did not affect significantly on plant height at 2 weeks after sowing; and3. The interaction between those two factors did not affect significantly on all parameters observed
ANALISIS SALURAN PEMASARAN DAN MARJIN PEMASARAN KELAPA DALAM DI DAERAH PERBATASAN KALIMANTAN TIMUR
This study aims to analyze the efficiency of marketing channels and marketing margins in the coconut. The method used is descriptive and analytical methods margin, distribution margins and share price received by farmers as well as the ratio of benefits and costs in the oil marketing. The results indicated that there were two oil marketing channels in the research sites, namely the channel I: farmer traders village/district – middlemen between districts/cities – consumer: and marketing channels II: farmer – traders village/district – traders collector between districts/cities – retailer – consumer where botk inefficient marketing channels and marketing of coconut in view of the value of margin, distribution margins and share price received by farmers, as well as the ratio of benefits and costs is also inefficient

PRODUKSI PERTANAMAN CAMPURAN ANTARA Brachiaria decumbens DAN Pueraria phaseoloides BERMIKORIZA DENGAN PEMBERIAN KOMPOS CAIR
The objective of the experiment was to find out the forage production from mix culture of mycorrhizal signal grass (B. decumbens) and puero (P. phaseoloides) which amended with liquid compost. Experiment was done in wood box 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 30 cm that filled with soil from location of experiment that was at Sangatta at PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) site of East Kutai Regency. Experiment was arranged by Randomized Block Design with factorial. The first factor was mix culture of signal-puero with ratio 40% signal + 60% puero (c1), 50% signal + 50% puero (c2), and 60% signal + 40% puero, and the second factor was combination of AMF-liquid compost, those were non AMF + non liquid compost (d1), AMF + non liquid compost (d2), non AMF + liquid compost (d3), and AMF + liquid compost (d4). AMF was inoculated by seed coating technique. Result of this experiment showed that mix culture of signal-puero affect significantly different on forage dry matter production, forage P production, spore density of signal rhizosphere (P 0.05) on signal and puero CP content, signal and puero CF content, signal and puero P content, forage CF production, signal and puero AMF colonization. Whereas, combination of AMF-liquid compost gave effect to forage dry matter production, signal CP content, puero CF content, puero P content, forage CP production (P < 0.05), and signal and puero AMF colonization (P < 0.01). There was not interaction between mix culture of signal-puero and combination of AMF-liquid compost. Generally, highest quantity and quality of forage production was achieved on mix culture of 40 % signal and 60 % puero, meanwhile combination of AMF-liquid compost was obtained on treatment AMF+liquid compost. Mix culture of 40 % signal and 60 % puero may be accepted as pasture on grazing land
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PUPUK NPK PELANGI DAN PUPUK HUMEGA CRUMBLERS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis gueneensis Jacq )
Objective of the research was to study the effect of NPK Pelangi and Humega Crumblers fertilizers, as well as their interaction on the growth of oil palm seedling. The research was carried out in Sabintulung Village, Muarakaman Sub Disctrict of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan Province. It took about 4 months from January to April 2012. The Completely Randomised Design was employed for this research with factorial 4 x 4 and 3 replications. The first factor was NPK Pelangi fertilizer application (p), consisted of 4 sub factors: No NPK Pelangi fertilizer application (p0), 30 g NPK Pelangi (p1), 60 g NPK Pelangi (p2), 90 g NPK Pelangi (p3). And the second factor was application of Humega Crumblers fertilizer (h), consisted of 4 factors : No Humega Crumblers (h0), 20 g Humega Crumblers (h1), 40 g Humega Crumblers (h2), and 60 g Humega Crumblers (h3). Results of the research revealed that the application of NPK Pelangi affect significantly on the increment of stem diameter at 10 weeks old after planting, increment of petiole number at 14 weeks old, and number of fully open leaves (pinnate) at 14 weeks old. But it did not affect significantly on the increment of seedling height at 6 and 10 weeks old after planting, and increment of stem diameter at 6 and 14 weeks old, and increment of petiole number at 6 and 10 weeks old. The application of Humega Crumbles gave significant effect on the increment of stem diameter at 10 weeks old after planting, and the increment of petiole number at 14 weeks old, but it did not affect significantly on the increment of seedling height at 6, 10 and 14 weeks old after planting, increment of stem diameter at 6 and 14 weeks old, the increment of petiole number at 6 and 10 weeks old, and number of fully open leaves at 14 weeks old. Meanwhile, the interactions between NPK Pelangi and Humega Crumbles fertilizers did not affect significantly on all parameters observed
