SISTEM ELEKTRONIK DATA INTERCHANGE DALAM KOMUNIKASI AWAK KAPAL TUGBOAT PATRA TUNDA 3001
Technology developments, particularly in the services sectors, continue to grow along with the advancing of time. The implementation of electronic data interchange system at PT Pertamina Trans Continental is so helpful for Tugboat crew Patra Tunda 3001 to communicate. Using qualitative descriptive methods and data analysis techniques with simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing, it turns out that a linear regression line equation showed Y = 24.851 + 0.421 X. It means that there is an increase of one unit from each variable in the use of the system "Electronic Data Interchange" (X). It will affect the improvement of crew communication variables (Y) of 0.421 units at constant point of 24.851. The correlation coefficient analysis shows r scors = 0.619 due to the large r between 0.60 to 0.799 which means the relationship between the use of the system "Electronic Data Interchange" and the crew is strong. Determinant coefficient analysis showed the value of Kp = 38.3% which means the effect of the use of the system "Electronic Data Interchange" accounted for 38.3% of the crew communication. Hypothesis test showed that the value of t is 4.176 and the value ttabel is 1.701. Because tcount is more than ttable (4.176 > 1.701), it means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From this result, there is a significant relation between the use of the system "Electronic Data Interchange" and TB Tunda Patra 3001 crew communications

Train is an effective vehicle to transport large cargo in a long distance trip though it still needs other transport (multimode transport) to load and unload the cargo. PT. KALOG (Kereta Logistik) is a new comer in the industry but considered to be a good and viably counted in the cargo transport industry. Based on the company information, this achievement could be reached due to its qualified human resources though it does not have, yet, occupied equipment and facilities. This study is aimed at finding out the strategies of the company in gaining the popularity among other logistic transport companies. This study is using qualitative and SWOT analysis. TINGKAT KESESUAIAN KINERJA PELAYANAN KARGO PT ANGKASA PURA II (PERSERO) TERHADAP KEPENTINGAN MITRA USAHA
The object of this study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of the expectations/ interests of business partners in the Cargo Terminal of Soekarno Hatta Airport in Semester 1 2014, with a population of 36 Business Partners. Through quantitative and qualitative methods with the Likert scale is used to find the level of suitability and Cartesian diagram, as well as methods Customer Satisfaction Index, appears clearly how the average value of the variable X or business partner satisfaction was 3.75. Meanwhile, the average value of the variable Y or expectations/ interests of business partners were 4.25. Meanwhile, the level of concordance between the variables X and Y variables amounted to 88.35%. This means not yet reached the optimum level of satisfaction, in actual, what is expected of business partners still needs special attention from the company. In a Cartesian diagram there is only one factor that goes in quadrant A is a factor of 2. In diagram B, there are five factors that go in it is a factor of 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9 --- In quadrant C, there are two factors, namely factor 6 and 7, were entering the quadrant D is a factor of 10 and 5. Customer Satisfaction Index scores conclude that the figures obtained Customer Satisfaction Index is 0.74, meaning that, although not yet reached a maximum, however, there is already a pretty good satisfaction felt by the business partner
SERVICE BLUEPRINT TERMINAL KARGO BANDARA SOEKARNO HATTA (Studi Kasus: PT Angkasa Pura II)
The cargo growth in Soekarno Hatta International Airport is quite significant (70.7 %) which still could be handled in warehouse with 49.956 m2 area. This condition make the warehouse is fully loaded or even overloaded. PT. Angkasa Pura II has projected that the cargo is still growing in the future. In 2023, the cargo will reach 1.500.000 ton which needs 115.552 m2warehouse area. Cargo handling is always related to blueprint service of giving cargo services in Soekarno Hatta which really needs to be re-designed. The re-designed of blueprint service will always perform the complexity of cargo handling services due to many divisions handling the cargo. The purpose of this study is to find out the on-going process of blueprintservice at the airport, to analyse the complexity of cargo handling and to re-design the blueprint service in cargo terminals of Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The study used the blueprint service (the fifth type of service re-design) and analysis of design distribution network by evaluating the customer needs and the cost needed to fulfill the customer needs
MENGURANGI TINGKAT KECELAKAAN PADA KAPAL RO-RO
This study is aimed at finding out the effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate of KM. Madani Nusantara (Ro-ro/Passanger ship) route Balikpapan – Makassar – Pare-pare. The data analyses are regression, correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test. The result showed that there is an effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate that can be proved using simple linear regression (Y = 7.45 + 0.79X). It means that each increasing point of variable X (cargo supervision) will affect variable Y (accident rate) which is 0.79 in 7.45 constants. Based on correlation analysis, r = 0.93 or +1 shows that there is a positive effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate. The determinant coefficient is 86.49 % proves that accident rate is most affected by cargo supervision while the rest (13.51 %) come from other factors such as cargo shipping documents and crew ship documents. The last result from hypothesis test is t count > t table or 36.43 > 1.701 which means there is a significant impact of cargo supervision to the accident rate of Ro-ro KM. Madani Nusantara
ANALISIS PROGRAM EVALUATION REVIEW TECHNIQUE (PERT) DALAM PROSES CREATE INVOICE IMPORT OCEAN
PT. DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia is a freight forwarding company that has imports and exports activities. This research discussed about Custom Clearance Department that has not had the time limit for creating invoice (to bill the customer) and has no time limit in processing the import’s documents which affect the company’s income in 2013. Using Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), the company could find out the time limit to create invoice by identifying every activities in creating invoice. Based on the analysis, invoice could be processed in four days. Using PERT could also help the company to define other activities done at the same time when processing the invoice. It is expected that the company could save time. After applying the suggestion in this research, hopefully the company could get more benefit

One of them is the procurement of goods imported High Damping Rubber Bearings (HDRB) that serves as the foundation of anti-earthquake building structures and cannot be produced inside the country. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM IN AMERICA, ENGLAND, AND INDONESIA
A growing society needs a good transportation system that supports the ongoing activities of large business community. Road transport system is a universal and integral system without boundaries. Existence of people does depend on transportation. Different countries implement various transportation systems with different traits and characteristics. The study was conducted by looking at the network of transportation system. The researchers are comparing the transportation system in United States, United Kingdom and Indonesia. The fundamental difference is the orientation of the government. In terms of the provision of public transport services, the Indonesian government is still in the primary stage oriented to provide public transportation for people to arrive at the destination, while other countries have been at the secondary stage of comfort-oriented and safety-concern. They have even been to the tertiary stage that is the luxury-attention.
KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN TERPADU TERHADAP BRAND AWARENESS
This study is to identify and explain how the influence of Integrated Marketing Communications consists of Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations, and Direct Marketing, together and partially through Brand Awareness can influence the students to choose their universities. The method of the study is explanatory research which is using questionnaires as the research instruments distributed to169 respondents who are students of STMT Trisakti 6 Semester. Their area of high school is in East Jakarta before entering STMT. The results showed that variables of Integrated Marketing Communications like Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations and Direct Marketing, all together influence the brand awareness. Only Public Relations had asignificant effect on Brand Awareness
