Peran Pendidik dalam Membangun Pendidikan Transformasi Anak Usia Dini di KB Fathul Rahmah Dasan Poto Desa Rarang Tengah
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of educators in building transformational early childhood education at KB Fathul Rahmah Dasan Poto, Rarang Tengah Village, in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research method used descriptive qualitative research, by attempting to describe the research results obtained in the field. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data with data sources consisting of the principal and educators. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data analysis obtained was then processed in the form of words expressed in the form of descriptions or narratives. The results of this study indicate that the role of educators in building transformational early childhood education at KB Fathul Rahmah Dasan Poto, Rarang Tengah Village can be said to have been implemented quite well. In carrying out their roles, KB Fathul Rahmah Dasan Poto educators, Rarang Tengah Village, implemented a carefully designed learning planning strategy so that the learning process could run effectively and efficiently, participating in training conducted by the government for the independent curriculum and in the form of workshops
Konsep Pendidikan Islam pada Sikap Gotong Royong Masyarakat Penggerak UMKM di Desa Talunombo
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan konsep pendidikan Islam dalam penguatan sikap gotong royong pada masyarakat penggerak UMKM di Desa Talunombo, Kecamatan Sapuran, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui program PPK Ormawa 2024 yang berfokus pada manajemen usaha menggunakan pendekatan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan di lapangan Adalah memudarnya semangat gotong royong akibat pengaruh modernisasi dan meningkatnya individualisme ekonomi. Pelatihan manajemen usaha diberikan kepada masyarakat penggerak UMKM tas anyaman dan batik dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial sekaligus menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam seperti ta’awun (tolong-menolong), ukhuwah (persaudaraan), syura (musyawarah), dan amal jama’i (kerja kolektif). Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat penggerak UMKM, memperkuat semangat kerja kolektif, serta mendorong praktik ekonomi yang berlandaskan etika Islam. Selain itu, kolaborasi antar penggerak UMKM semakin meningkat, terlihat dari praktik saling berbagi fasilitas produksi dan kerja sama dalam memenuhi pesanan besar. Penelitian ini menyimpukan bahwa integrasi konsep pendidikan Islam dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat nilai gotong royong serta mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM desa secara sosial, spiritual, dan ekonomis.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic education values in strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation (gotong royong) among MSME actors in Talunombo Village, Sapuran District, Wonosobo Regency. The program was conducted through the 2024 PPK Ormawa initiative, which focused on entrepreneurship management training using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach. The main issue identified was the declining culture of mutual cooperation due to modernization and rising economic individualism. The training targeted woven-bag and batik MSME groups, aiming to enhance managerial skills while internalizing Islamic values such as ta’awun (mutual assistance), ukhuwah (brotherhood), syura (consultation), and amal jama’i (collective work). Findings indicate that the program successfully improved technical abilities, strengthened collective work ethics, and promoted economic practices rooted in Islamic morality. Collaboration among MSME actors increased significantly, demonstrated by shared production resources and cooperative efforts in fulfilling large orders. The study concludes that integrating Islamic educational concepts into community empowerment programs is effective in reinforcing mutual cooperation and supporting sustainable MSME development socially, spiritually, and economically
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Uno Stacko Materi Sinonim dan Antonim pada Kelas V di SDN 88 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak adanya media pembelajaran yang bersifat konkrit, khususnya pada materi sinonim dan antonim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif bernama Media Uno Stacko guna membantu siswa memahami makna sinonim dan antonim secara konkret. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi empat tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation.
Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukan bahwa media ini tergolong sangat layak dengan skor kelayakan 90%, kemudian uji kepraktisan menunjukan bahwa media tergolong sangat praktis dengan skor kepraktisan 100% dari guru dan 93,20% dari siswa. Dari aspek efektivitas, media ini mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,76 (kategori tinggi) dan efektivitas sebesar 76,47% dengan kategori efektif. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa Media Uno Stacko merupakan media pembelajaran yang layak, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada makna sinonim dan antonim dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesi
Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai Fondasi Pembentukan Karakter Religius Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai fondasi perkembangan kepribadian pada jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Karakter religius tidak hanya berkaitan dengan aspek kognitif keagamaan, tetapi juga mencakup sikap, perilaku, dan kebiasaan yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter religius siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) melalui analisis berbagai buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam berkontribusi signifikan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai keimanan, ketakwaan, akhlak mulia, dan moderasi beragama pada siswa SD. Implementasi PAI yang efektif ditentukan oleh kompetensi guru, strategi pembelajaran yang kontekstual, serta dukungan lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan Agama Islam perlu dikelola secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan agar mampu menjadi fondasi kokoh dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa Sekolah Dasa
Pendidikan Diniyah Formal
Formal Diniyah Education (PDF) represents a systematic effort by the Indonesian government to recognize and integrate traditional pesantren religious education into the national education system. This study aims to synthesize and critically analyze various academic literatures regarding the philosophical foundations, regulatory frameworks, and curriculum implementation models of PDF since the enactment of related formal regulations. The method employed is library research with a qualitative content analysis approach toward policy documents, empirical research findings, and relevant scientific journal publications. Primary and secondary data sources were collected through online database searches and university repositories. The analysis results indicate a significant discourse regarding the challenges of synchronization between the universal goals of national education and the specific objectives of pesantren to produce Islamic scholars (tafaqquh fiddin). The study identifies that although the legal basis for PDF is robust, field implementation remains heterogeneous and depends on the local interpretation of the core curriculum by each pesantren. It is concluded that PDF has great potential as an integrated Islamic education model, but clearer standardization is needed concerning quality evaluation and graduate qualifications without eroding the autonomy and distinctiveness of the pesantren tradition
Pengaruh Media Augmented Reality Tata Surya Berbasis Assemblr Edu Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Baru Malaysia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Augmented Reality berbasis Assemblr Edu Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Baru Malaysia, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian design jenis quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan One-Group pretest - posttest Design, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI sanggar bimbingan kampung Baru Malaysia, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh terdiri dari 13 siswa. Dengan diberikannya perlakuan menggunakan media augmented reality berbasis Assemblr Edu dalam pembelajaran tentang tata surya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah penggunaan media augmented reality Tata Surya berbasis Assemblr edu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Dengan nilai sig (2 tailed) 0.001 < 0,05 dimana media augmented reality berbasis Assemblr Edu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa
Implementasi Literasi Baca Tulis dan Numerasi untuk meningkatkan Rapor Pendidikan di SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus
This research is motivated by the importance of the school literacy movement (GLS) in improving students\u27 reading culture based on the reason that many students are less enthusiastic about reading which ultimately aims to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of reading, writing and numeracy literacy to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus which was implemented from October 2024 to February 2025. The subjects of the study were grade XI students at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research informants were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum Affairs, Teachers and students. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using technical triangulation. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) GLS planning at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus Overall has been well planned. However, the researcher considers the need for planning such as completing the library book collection in the coming year. 2) The implementation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus has been in accordance with the GLS guidelines, namely by holding socialization, providing materials, teacher guides in class guiding, motivating, providing reinforcement in communicating the objectives of the GLS program, summarizing to providing assessments 3) Evaluation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus It can be concluded that the literacy program at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus was successful enough so that this program can be continued by improving some of its weaknesses so that it can be applied elsewhere
Analisis Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas II di SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ditemukannya permasalahan terkait kemampuan membaca permulaan di kelas II SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang. hal ini ditunjukkan masih ada beberapa siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang. Metodologi penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Sarakan IV kabupaten Tangerang yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai dengan April 2024. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang. Informan penelitian adalah guru kelas II, dan kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik. Analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Stratified random sampling, terdapat 3 strata yaitu kemampuan membaca kategori tinggi, kemampuan membaca kategori sedang dan kemampuan membaca kategori rendah. Selain itu terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SD Negeri Sarakan IV Kabupaten Tangerang diantaranya yaitu faktor fisiologis, faktor intelektual dan faktor lingkungan
Penerapan Pendekatan Kontekstual Dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Islamic education is an effort to improve the quality of individuals so that they remain consistent in practicing the teachings as Muslims. Currently, Islamic education is still far from the desired expectations, especially in terms of moral decline. This decline in morals has become a major problem that negatively impacts the values of Islamic education sources. Therefore, steps need to be taken to reduce these issues so that the values of Islamic education can provide mutual benefits. The contextual approach is presented as an effort to connect and strengthen the quality of Islamic education values. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a sample of students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observations.
Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that the application of a contextual approach in Islamic education has a significant impact on students. This is due to the ability of contextual learning, which helps students connect the subject matter with its application in everyday life. A teacher needs to provide good education to students so that they can apply the values of monotheism and morality within themselves. Therefore, the ways to implement Islamic educational values with a contextual approach are by creating meaningful relationships, carrying out beneficial activities, organizing independent learning activities, collaborating, and guiding students to develop critical and creative thinking attitudes. Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Tantangan Pekerjaan, dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja Pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Lumbang Kabupaten Probolinggo
Dalam era globalisasi, organisasi dihadapkan pada kebutuhan untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan yang cepat, dengan sumber daya manusia sebagai kunci keberhasilan. Kualitas rendah SDM di instansi pemerintah Indonesia mengakibatkan banyak masalah, termasuk indisipliner pegawai, yang tentunya berpengaruh pada kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), tantangan pekerjaan, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Lumbang, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan 190 tenaga pendidik sebagai populasi, dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket yang berisi pertanyaan terkait variabel penelitian. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan keandalan instrumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa OCB, tantangan pekerjaan, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pendidik PAUD di wilayah tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bagi instansi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan terkait motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai.
Abstract
In the era of globalization, organizations are faced with the need to adapt to rapid environmental changes, with human resources as the key to success. The low quality of human resources in Indonesian government agencies results in many problems, including employee indiscipline, which certainly affects organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job challenges, and individual characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators in Lumbang District, Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, involving 190 educators as the population, and a sample of 51 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires containing questions related to the research variables. Validity and reliability tests are conducted to ensure the instrument’s reliability. The analysis results show that OCB, job challenges, and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of early childhood education educators in the region, both simultaneously and partially. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions in improving the quality of human resources in the education sector. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further studies related to work motivation and employee performance
