Get PDFThe research is aimed to know and analyze the costs of transport are optimal in activity distribution of cement from the warehouse shelter to the local market to meet the needs of the demand of cement in PT. Semen Bosowa Maros in Samarinda and compare it with the cost of distribution that already happened in the year 2020.The theory that is used in research this is the management of operational particularly on method Transportation ( Transportation Method ) which is at essentially used to determine the allocation of the burden or goods from a source toward to a destination in optimal or the costs at a minimum.The analytical tools used in this study are Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) as a temporary load allocation and Modified Distribution as the determination of the optimal solution or the final solution in determining transportation costs .Results of the analysis showed that the application of Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) as the allocation of the burden of temporary and Modified Distribution as or solution end to optimize the cost of transport to the PT. Semen Bosowa Maros in Samarinda. By using Vogel's Approximation Method and Modified Distribution can save amounting Rp . 558 000 000 or 14 , 12 %

Get PDFABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of 1) promotion on interest in buying Indihome products, 2) brand image on interest in buying Indihome products, 3) price on interest in buying Indihome products, 4) promotion, price and brand image on interest in buying Indihome products PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia.The population of this research is the entire community in Tanah Merah Samarinda. The sample of this research is 99 respondents using simple random sampling technique. There are 4 variables in this study including promotion, brand image, price and buying interest. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumptions and hypothesis testing with SPSS 25 program tools.The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Indihome PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia in Tanah Merah Samarinda, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest Indihome products PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia in Tanah Merah Samarinda, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest Indihome products PT. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the role of operational audit in increasing the effectiveness of lending at PT BPD Kaltimtara Syariah. The theoretical basis of this research is the Operational Audit which provides a system that can obtain and evaluate evidence relating to the effectiveness of the entity's operational ctivities related to the achievement of certain objectives. The analytical tool is the Guttman scale where there are only two yes and no answer intervals, with questions in the form of a checklist with the highest score of one and the lowest being zero. The instrument used is an audit work program and to determine the effectiveness of providing credit which is carried out with an audit program where the criteria specified are that if the yes answer is greater than the no answer, it can be declared effective and if the yes answer is smaller than the no answer, it can be declared ineffective. The results of the research with operational audit stages include: Preliminary audit, management review and control, detailed audit, reporting, and follow-up, it can be seen that all functions are running effectively. Get PDF The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out and analyze the influence of retail mix on buying interest in Gerai Panglima city of Samarinda. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of product quality on buying interest in The Commander-in-Chief Of Samarinda. 3) To find out and analyze the influence of retail mix and product quality together on buying interest in The Commander-in-Chief Of Samarinda City Outlet. The theories used in this study are retail mix and product quality. This research was conducted at the Commander's Outlet of Samarinda city. The sample was taken by 60 respondents with the Non Probability Sampling method with sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling. Data collection by spreading questionnaires using the likert scale to measure each indicator. The analysis tool used in this study is a double linear regression analysis using the SPP v26 statistics program tool. The results of this study showed that the variables of retail mix and product quality simultaneously had a negative effect and there was no significant influence on buying interest in The Commander-in-Chief Store. Partial test results showed that the retail mix variable had an effect of 0.607 (60.70%), and the rest was influenced by other variables. Retail mix variables are the most dominant variables affecting buying interest. Based on these results the linear regression formulation of the study resulted in formula Y = 13.272 + 0.607X1 + 0.086X

One of them is the regulation on the soundness of banks which is regulated in accordance with PBI No.13/1/PBI/2011 dated January 5, 2011 which contains the Assessment of the Soundness of Commercial Banks.This research aims to determine the assessment of the health level of PT. Bank Harda Internasional Tbk in 2017-2019 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). The variables used are Risk Profile which is measured by the ratio of NPL and LDR, GCG is measured by self- assessment, Earning is measured by the ratio of ROA and NIM and Capital is measured by the CAR ratio.The results of this research showed that the health level of PT. Bank Harda Internasional Tbk using the RGEC method in 2017 was in PK 2 with the "Healthy" criteria and in 2018-2019 were in PK 3 with the "Sufficiently Healthy" criteria. so that it is stated that the hypothesis testing in 2017 was rejected and in 2018 and 2019 the hypothesis testing was declared accepted
