Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemilihan Karir Siswa Sekolah Kejuruan Melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD)
Berbagai permasalahan dalam pemilihan karier dialami oleh siswa kelas XII SMKN Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemilihan karier siswa melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Subyek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa (4 laki-laki dan 28 perempuan) kelas XII AK4 di SMKN 1 Bantul tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2019 sampai April 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar angket dan lembar observasi. Data kemampuan pemilihan karier dan kualitas pelaksanaan pelayanan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemilihan karier siswa meningkat sebesar 9,1 pada siklus 1 menjadi 54. Pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9,1 menjadi 63,1. Kualitas pelayanan telah meningkat dari kategori baik pada siklus 1 menjadi kategori sangat baik pada siklus 2. Jadi, kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemilihan karier siswa pada kelas XII AK4 SMK N 1 Bantul
Keanekaragaman Jenis Gastropoda di Desa Ampibabo Timur Kecamatan Ampibabo Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dan Pemanfaatannya Sebagai Sumber Belajar
One of the marine biota found in Ampibabo Village Beach is Gastropods. The objectives of this research are; (1) determine the Diversity of Gastropod Species in Ampibabo Timur Village, Ampibabo Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong Regency, (2) use research results as a learning resource in the form of a pocket book. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The object of this research is the types of gastropods. The sample data collection method used a survey method with the help of line transects, data analysis was carried out by calculating the diversity index using the Shannon-Winner formula. The results showed that: (1) there were 15 types of gastropods with a total of 258 individuals. The most common species found was Nassarius pullus, which was 47 individuals from all research stations. While Conus marmoreus is the least found gastropod species, as many as 3 individuals/species, the Gastropod Species Diversity Index in Ampibabo Timur Village, Ampibabo District, Parigi Mouotng Regency in general is 1.07 or H' is moderate, (2) the results of the assessment of pocket book products which was obtained from lecturers of content experts, namely 77.1%, design experts 74.6%, and media experts, namely 84%, then from student trials of 20 respondents, the average value was 80.5%. With these criteria, this pocket book on the diversity of gastropod species is feasible to use
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction Disertai Strategi Guided Note Taking terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa
This study aims to know the effect of the Problem Based Instruction learning model with Guided Note Taking strategy on the physics learning outcomes. This type of research was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest group design. The population of this study were all students of class X SMAN 4 Palu. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which class X IPA 3 as the experimental group and class X IPA 7 as the control group. The physics learning outcome instrument was in the form of a multiple choice test that has been validated by an expert validator. The test of physics learning outcomes obtained showed that the posttest average score of the experimental group was 15.10 with a standard deviation of 3.07 and the control group was 12.97 with a standard deviation of 3.10. By using the t-test hypothesis test (two parties), obtained = 2.66 and = 1.67 at the real level = 0.05. This means that the value is outside the reception area. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Problem Based Instruction learning model with Guided Note Taking strategy on the physics learning outcomes of class X students at SMAN 4 Palu
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery-Inquiry terhadap Peningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Materi Fisika pada Siswa SMA
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the Discovery-Inquiry learning model on improving the senior high school students' creative thinking skills in material of physics. The study was pre-experimental. The research design was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The sample in this study was class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 5 Palu as the experimental group. The average pretest score in this study was 11.27 and the average posttest score was 14.40 out of a total score of 24. The results of the N-gain calculation were 36.5%. It shows that the N-gain value is in the medium category. The results of hypothesis testing show that the value of tcount = 18.57 > ttable = 1.69 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Discovery-Inquiry learning model on improving senior high school students' creative thinking skills in material of physics
Pemanfaatan Media Berbasis Lingkungan Sebagai Sumber Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Sejarah di SMA Negeri 3 Palu
The purposes of this study were to describe: (1) the type of environmental media used by the teacher as a learning resource in history learning in senior high school 3 Palu; (2) the use of the environment as a learning resource in history learning in senior high school 3 Palu; and (3) Obstacles or constraints felt by the teacher and students in the use of environment-based media as a source of learning history in history learning. The research design used a qualitative approach. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews and document analysis. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data classification and presentation, and data verification. The subjects in this study were history teachers, wakasesk curriculum, and students of senior high school 3 Palu. The results showed that: (1) environmentally based media used by history teachers as a learning resource for students was an artificial environment, namely the environment of the Watunonju cultural heritage site. (2) history teachers have utilized environment-based media through outing classes, namely visiting the prehistoric site of Watunonju megaliths as a source of historical learning, by carrying out the planning, implementation and follow-up stages (3) perceived constraints include the large number of students so that teachers are less capable control of individual students, the weather was sometimes not supportive for studying outside the classroom, resulting in inefficient time
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Bisnis Siswa Melalui Penerapan Metode Project-Based Learning di SMKN 1 Bantul
This study aimed to improve student learning outcomes in Business Economics through the application of Project-based Learning methods. This research was classroom action research and was carried out in 2 cycles. The research was carried out in class X BDP 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Bantul from January to April 2020. The number of students involved was 36 people (27 Female and 9 Male). The instruments used in this study were project worksheets, observation sheets, and multiple-choice test questions. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. Learning success criteria if the percentage of classical completeness is above 75%. The results showed that the percentage of classical learning completeness was 59.4% in cycle 1 and 95.0% in cycle 2. So, the application of the Project-based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Business Economics class X BDP 2 SMK N 1 Bantul
An Analysis of Derivational Suffixes Found in Reading Texts of English Textbook
This research aimed to analyze the function of derivational suffixes found in reading texts of English textbook for the eleventh-grade students of senior high school. The methodology used descriptive content analysis. The samples were selected in which words containing derivational suffixes found in reading texts of English textbook. Data were collected through data reduction, data display and concluding. The researcher found that there were four basics of types and functions of derivational suffixes. The types of derivational suffixes are nominal, verbal, adjectival, and adverbial suffixes. The most frequently suffixes used in English textbook is the nominal suffix –ing as a noun marker and followed by adverbial suffix –ly as an adverb marker. The researcher concludes that the functions of derivational suffixes are to create new a word by adding the suffixes to the end of root word by following the pattern: noun-forming to create noun, verb-forming to create verb, adjective-forming to create adjective, and adverb-forming to create adverb
Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan Multirepresentasi terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Usaha dan Energi
This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model with a multi-representation approach on student learning outcomes on work and energy. The type of research used is an experimental design with "the equivalent pretest-posttest design". The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and resulted in class XI IPA 1 (n = 30 students) as the control class and class XI IPA 2 (n = 30 students) as the control class. experimental class. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice. Based on the results of data processing, the average posttest score of the control class students' learning outcomes was 11.44. While the experimental class obtained the average posttest score was 14.90. Analysis of the test data was carried out using a two-party t-test statistical technique to test the difference in the mean scores of student learning outcomes with a significant level of =0.05. The results obtained are tcount = 0.09 and ttable = 2.00. This means that there is an effect of the problem based learning model with a multi-representation approach on student learning outcomes on business and energy materials at SMA Negeri 8 Palu
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran STEM di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMAN 5 Palu
This research aims to determine the effect of the STEM Learning Model in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 on students’ critical thinking skills of SMAN 5 Palu. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a population of all students at SMAN 5 Palu as many as 201 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, where class XI IPA 3 was the control class and class XI IPA 4 was the experimental class. The data analysis technique used t test with the help of SPSS 16 software for windows. The data collection technique used a description test instrument. The results of data analysis obtained in the experimental class / STEM obtained an average critical thinking score of 72.9 better than the control class / lecture 60.8, and the results of the t-test Tcount Ttable = 6.805 1.997. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the STEM Learning Model on students' critical thinking at SMAN 5 Palu
Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap Pemecahan Masalah pada Siswa
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the problem based learning model on problem solving to improve the problem solving ability of the temperature material and its changes in the seventh grade students of SMP Kr. GKST I Tentena. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The samples of this research were students of class VII Mawar and VII Bougenvil SMP Kr. GKST I Tentena. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Class VII Mawar as the experimental class and class VII Bougenvil as the control class. The problem-solving test instrument is in the form of an essay test that has been validated by the validator. The results of statistical calculations from the average difference test using two-party t-test obtained –t(1 – 0.5α) <t(1 – 0.5α) (tcount = 2.7 and ttable = 2.02) at a significant level 0.05% and dk = 52, with the average score obtained for the control class pretest of 39.31, while for the experimental class of 45.17. For the posttest value for the control class is 34.61 and for the experimental class 56.72. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is said that there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning model to improve the problem-solving ability of the temperature material and its changes in class VII students of SMP Kr. GKST I Tenten
