Pengaruh Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa Kelas X SMAN 4 Palu
The study aimed to determine the effect of the CTL approach in Jigsaw type cooperative learning on physics learning outcomes for tenth-grade students of SMAN 4 Palu. This type of research was quasi-experimental. The research population was the students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 4 Palu. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the research sample being class X IPA 4 as the experimental group and X IPA 3 as the control group. The instrument for learning physics was in the form of a multiple-choice test. Testing of student learning outcomes data using t-test statistical analysis with prerequisites, namely normality test and homogeneity test. The results of data analysis obtained that the average value of the experimental group was 15.08 with a standard deviation of 8.69 and the average value of the control group was 12.06 with a standard deviation of 8.48. Based on hypothesis testing with t-test statistics, it was obtained tcount = 4.25 and ttable = 1.67 at a significance level of = 0.05. This result means that the value of tcount is outside the area of acceptance of H0. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the CTL approach in Jigsaw type cooperative learning on physics learning outcomes of tenth-grade students of SMAN 4 Palu
Implementation of Inquiry Methods to Improve Qur'an Hadits Learning Outcomes of Students of CLASS IIIB MI Maulana Maghribi Bantul
oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/765This research aimed to improve student learning outcomes using the inquiry method in the Qur'an Hadith material. This research was a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle's steps adopted the steps suggested by Kemmis and Taggart; planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 21 students (14 girls and 7 boys) in class IIIB MI Maulana Maghribi Bantul. Data were collected through test and non-test (observation) techniques. Data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive method. The research is said to be successful if students who reach the KKM are at least 75%. The results obtained were that the average learning outcomes in cycle 2 increased by 20.5%, from 74.3 to 89.5. The number of students who reached the KKM in cycle 2 was 90.5%. Student participation in cycle 2 reached 80%
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Penerapan Aplikasi Sway pada Mata Pelajaran Produksi Olahan Diversifikasi Hasil Perikanan
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in processed production diversified fishery products subjects for class XI APHPi students of SMK Negeri 1 Sanden. This study has used a two-cycle class action research model. Each cycle consists of three meetings. The research subjects who had been involved were 10 class XI students of the APHPi expertise competency at SMK Negeri 1 Sanden, totaling 10 female students. The research was conducted from July to October 2020. The research phase included planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The instruments that have been used are in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, and multiple choice test questions. The results of the study have shown an increase in student learning completeness from 60% in cycle 1 to 90% in cycle 2. The average test results were 78 in cycle 1 and 85 in cycle 2. The application of sway-based online learning can improve the ability to apply the basic principles and flow of the food processing process
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dalam Strategi Penalaran Kausal berbasis Etnosains terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika
This study aims to determine whether there was an effect of problem-based learning models in ethnoscience-based causal reasoning strategies on physics learning outcomes. The type of research used was an experimental research design with the equivalent pretest-posttest design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and resulted in class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice. Based on the results of data processing, the average posttest score of the control class students was 11.30 while the experimental class obtained the average posttest score was 15.30. Analysis of the test data was carried out using a two-party t-test statistical technique to test the difference in the mean scores of student learning outcomes with a significant level of =0.05. The results were tcount = 3.60 and ttable = 2.02. This means that the value of tcount was outside the H0 acceptance area. So it can be concluded that there was an effect of problem-based learning models in ethnoscience-based causal reasoning strategies on student physics learning outcomes
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa
This study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on students' critical thinking skills on work and energy. The research method used was quasi-experimental designs with research designs, pretest-posttest control group designs. The research sample was class VIIB as the experimental class (n=30) and class VIIC as the control class (n=30) which was selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a test of critical thinking skills in the form of essay questions. Data analysis was performed using non-parametric statistics and two-party t-test at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the analysis show that tcount>ttable=2,15>1,67, so H_0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that there are differences in critical thinking skills between students who use the Guided Inquiry learning model and groups of students who use conventional learning models (direct interaction). It can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the critical thinking skills of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu
Kesalahan Siswa dalam Memahami Konsep Kinematika Gerak Lurus
This research is a qualitative descriptive study whose data is about understanding the concept of straight motion kinematics material using CRI (Certainty of Response Index). This study aims to describe, identify and analyze students' understanding of the kinematics concept of straight motion. The samples taken were 20 students of grade 11 IPA I SMA Negeri 1 Palu. The instrument used is multiple choice questions as many as 14 questions that have been selected through a validation test. Students answer the question by adding CRI points (0-5) according to the student's level of confidence with reasons. Students can be declared to understand the concept, do not understand the concept or experience misconceptions by comparing whether or not the answers to the questions given are correct with the CRI scores filled in by students. The results obtained in this study, namely for students who understand the concept have a percentage of 13.57%, while misconceptions are 38.57% and those who do not understand the concept are 47.86%. This shows that students tend not to understand the concept because students are only able to memorize without understanding the material taught by the teacher so that students tend to forget. Some of the misconceptions (wrong concepts) that occur in students are identified, among others; analyzing images, distances, displacements on story problems and graphs on glb, glbb and parabolic motion
Pengaruh Model Reciprocal Teaching terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Pemanasan Global
The study aimed to determine whether there was an effect of the Reciprocal Teaching model on students' physics learning outcomes on the topic of global warming. The method was quasi-experimental and the research design was the equivalent pretest-posttest group design. The population of this study was all seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Sigi. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research sample was class VII A (n = 24) as the experimental group and class VII C (n = 24) as the control group. The research instrument was a test of physics learning outcomes in multiple-choice. The test of physics learning outcomes obtained showed that the average score of the experimental group was 15.08 higher than the control class, which was 12.62. The t-test hypothesis (two-tailed) was obtained tcount = 5.01 and ttable = 2.01 at the significance level α = 0.05. This result means that the value of tcount is outside the receiving area of H0, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In other words, there are differences in physics learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Reciprocal Teaching model on student physics learning outcomes on the topic of global warming
Pengaruh Metode Resitasi dalam Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Materi Kalor dan Perpindahannya
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the recitation method in the cooperative learning model to improve the learning outcomes of heat and its transfer. This type of research was quasi-experimental. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples of this research were students of class VII A and VII B of SMP Negeri 3 Bulagi. Class VII A is the experimental group and class VIIB is the control group. The learning outcome test instrument was a multiple-choice test. Based on the results of data processing, the N-gain value in the experimental group was obtained at 45.97%, which was in the medium category. Then for the control group, the N-gain value was obtained at 33.43%, which was also in the medium category. These results indicate that the learning outcomes of physics in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group. The results of statistical calculations from the average difference test using t-test (two-tailed) obtained tcount > ttable (tcount = 4.22 and ttable = 2.02) at a significance level of 5% and dk = 45, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the recitation method in the cooperative learning model to improve the learning outcomes of heat and its transfer
Analisis Miskonsepsi Hukum Newton pada Siswa Kelas XI MIA 1 di SMA Katolik Santo Andreas Palu
The study aimed to find out the misconceptions of Newton's Law in class XI MIA 1 students at SMA Katolik Santo Andreas Palu. The data collection instrument was a multiple-choice test with a total of 15 questions regarding Newton's Law material accompanied by a Certainty of Response Index (CRI) test to determine the respondent's level of confidence in answering the questions. The test result data was analyzed to determine the percentage of misconceptions in each given question. The conclusion of this study is that the students of class XI MIA 1 at SMA Katolik Santo Andreas Palu experienced misconceptions which were included in the moderate category with an average percentage of 40.30%. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to students in the form of providing examples of applications in everyday life, balancing teaching between concepts and calculations, giving explanations to students in accordance with existing concepts, asking back lessons that have been learned, and providing remediation
Makna Padungku pada Komunitas Pamona di Kecamatan Pamona Pasulemba
This study aimed to describe the meaning of the Padungku tradition as the cultural identity of the community and to describe the meaning of padungku in the socio-religious context. This study used a qualitative research tradition. The unit of analysis in this study was the community in Pamona Pasulemba District, and the informants consisted of nine people, two of whom were bureaucrats, two traditional leaders, five of whom were community members who worked as farmers. Sampling was done by using the snoble sampling technique. Meanwhile, data and information were collected through interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Padungku as the language of cultural identity has developed the meaning of the Peasants' Great Harvest Festival, into an annual celebration that is attended by various segments of society. Padungku also has a meaning as a means of social integration and social acculturation; 2) the animist belief system through the padungku tradition experiences transportation to the belief system according to religious teachings. Religion assesses its contribution to changing people's way of thinking and beliefs, but on the other hand, the padungku tradition also contributes to the activities of religious institutional infrastructure
