Pengaruh Model Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Berbantuan Aplikasi Google Classroom terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa
This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of the Think, Pair & Share cooperative learning model assisted by the Google Classroom application on the physics learning outcomes. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental. The population of this study was all class X SMA Labschool UNTAD Palu with purposive sampling technique. The samples of this study were class X MIA 1 (n=24 as the experimental class) and class X MIA 2 (n=22 as the control class). The instrument of this research was a test of physics learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice which has been validated through item validation. The test of physics learning outcomes obtained showed that the average score of the experimental class was 17.92 and the control class was 12.05. Hypothesis testing or t-test (two parties) obtained tcount = 19.46 and ttable = 1.68 at the significant level = 0.05. It means that tcount is outside the area of H0 acceptance, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In other words, there is an influence of the Think, Pair & Share cooperative learning model assisted by the Google Classroom application on the learning outcomes of class X SMA Labschool UNTAD Palu students
Analisis Kemampuan Siswa dalam Menafsirkan Grafik Proses Termodinamika
This study aims to analyze students' ability to interpret thermodynamic process graphs. The instrument used was a thermodynamic graph test question as many as 13 items in the form of reasoned multiple choice. The methodology used was qualitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Model Palu in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class XII IPA 4. Interview respondents were selected based on the results of the analysis of students' answers. The results of the analysis show that the students' abilities are in the very low category with an average percentage of 33.68%. The ability to interpret symbols is 42.01%, connecting observations is 31.77%, finding patterns is 30.21%, and determining the amount is 30.73%. Students' difficulties in interpreting graphs, namely, considering the graph as an object, confusion in interpreting the position of the direction of the arrow in the graph, not knowing the meaning of the symbols of magnitude in the graph, having difficulty interpreting the area under the graph, unable to distinguish graphs, and unable to see the question as a whole
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika
This study aimed to know the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning model on physics learning outcomes. This type of research was a quasi-experimental design with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group. The population of this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 5 Palu. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the research sample being class X MIPA 3 as the experimental group and class X MIPA 4 as the control group. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple-choice questions. The increase in the average N-Gain in the experimental class was 50.88% while in the control class it was 22.68%. Based on the hypothesis test t-test (one party) obtained tcount = 2.88 and t0.975 (67) = 2.00 at the real level = 0.05. This means that the value of tcount is outside the acceptance area of H0. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of student learning outcomes using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning model on physics learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 5 Pal
Pengaruh Metode Eksperimen Diskusi terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Fisika Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Palu
This study aims to investigate the effect of the discussion experimental method on understanding the concept of physics in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu. This research was a quasi experimental study using the equivalent prestest-postest design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and resulted in class VIIC as the experimental class and class VIID as the control class. The instrument used was a test of understanding the concept of physics in the form of essays totaling 10 questions that had been validated through expert validity. The results of data analysis obtained that the mean pretest score of students' understanding of physics concepts in the experimental class was 19.25, the standard deviation was 2.92, while the mean posttest score was 31.33 with a standard deviation of 3.76. For the control class, the mean pretest score was 18.95 with a standard deviation of 2.32, while for the posttest mean score was 25.14 with a standard deviation of 3.58. Data analysis was performed using the two-party t-test statistical technique with a significant level of α = 0.05. Obtained the value of t count = 5.83 and t table = 2.02, with an ideal score of 40. This means that the value of t count is outside the area of acceptance Ho. These results indicate that there is a difference between the experimental class and the control class. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the discussion experimental method on the understanding of the physics concept of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 9 Palu
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Tentang Perkembangan dan Pertumbuhan Manusia melalui Metode Inkuiri Terbimbing
The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes and mastery of material in science learning on human development and growth through guided inquiry methods. The research subjects were students of class VI with a total of 30 students consisting of 11 boys and 19 girls. This type of research used classroom action research which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Qualitative data from observations of the learning process were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis by comparing cycle I to cycle II, while data in the form of data from student learning outcomes was analyzed by comparing the initial condition, cycle I and cycle II test scores, and reflection. The results showed that the implementation of the guided inquiry method could improve activities and science learning outcomes about development and growth for grade VI students at SDN Lampasio in 2019. Teaching and learning activities of students from initial conditions to final conditions have increased, from cycle I the average value was 71, while in cycle II the average value was 83
Pelatihan Teknik Pemeriksaan Lembar Jawaban pada Soal Pilihan Ganda Berbasis Android pada Guru MGMP Biologi
The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of the ability of Biology Subject Teachers' Deliberation teachers through training in the technique of examining answer sheets on android-based multiple choice questions. The research subjects were 16 people. The method used is descriptive research. Data were analyzed descriptively. The activity was carried out by presenting the material, then installing the application program, the practice of using smartphones and their applications on the student answer sheets being tested, reading and interpreting the analysis results from the examination of the application program, reporting the examination results and sending the examination results from the application program. This activity is planned to be carried out programmatically with a training model that integrates theory and practice. The results of the research on increasing the ability of Biology Subject Teachers' Deliberations through training in the technique of examining answer sheets on android-based multiple choice questions in the criteria of being able to be 63% based on the aspects measured
Penggunaan Social Networking Tools dan LMS untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Mahasiswa dalam Pembelajaran Kolaboratif Online
This study aims to determine the difference in the level of active participation of students in online collaborative discussions using LMS and social networking tools. The type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental form. The research design used was posttest only control group design. The study population was 56 students of the chemistry education study program semester II of the 2020/2021 academic year. The sample in this study were 38 people consisting of 8 men and 30 women. The sample was determined by class random sampling technique. The research instrument used was an assessment sheet for student activity in collaborative discussions. The data obtained is in the form of quantitative data which is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to describe the level of active participation of students in online collaboration discussions and inferential statistical analysis to test research hypotheses. The results show that: 1) The level of student participation in online discussion collaborative learning using social network tools is higher compared using LMS 2) There is a significant difference between the level of student participation in online discussion collaboration learning using social network tools and students using LMS
Analisis Kesalahan Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Konversi Satuan Panjang
The purpose of this study was to determine the types of errors in fourth grade students of SDN 4 Tentena in solving length unit conversion problems. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 3 students taken from 13 fourth grade students of SDN 4 Tentena. The results showed that the types of errors made by fourth grade students of SDN 4 Tentena in solving unit length conversion problems seen from the mathematical object were fact errors, conceptual errors, principle errors, and skill/procedural errors. The factors that cause students to make mistakes in solving unit length conversion problems are: students cannot change the problem in story problems into mathematical form, students' skills to solve problems are still lacking, students do not understand the concept of unit length conversion, students have not mastered the use of arithmetic operations, and learning activities carried out at home
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Open Inquiry Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Fisika
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Open Inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in physics. This type of research was a quasi-experimental research using the non-equivalent Pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all students of class XI SMAN 1 Pasangkayu. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling. The instrument to measure the learning physics was a validated multiple-choice test. The test of physics learning outcomes obtained showed that the average score of the experimental group was 15.16 higher than the control group, which was 10.56. Hypothesis test t-test (two parties), obtained tcount = 1.01 and ttable = 1.98 at the level of significance = 0.05. This means that the value of tcount is in the area of rejection of Ho and acceptance of H1. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Open Inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in physics subjects for class XI SMAN 1 Pasangkayu
ESP bermuatan Competency-based Instruction Approach pada Mahasiswa Politeknik Palu Program Studi Hasil Laut
This is classroom action research aims to increase learning outcomes and competence of students through the implementation of ESP with Competency-based Instruction Approach. The research was conducted at Politeknik Palu with 30 students as the subjects of the research. The data were gathered through observation and competency test. The results reveal that 16 students or 53.3% succeeded in cycle 1. Then, it increased to 25 students or 83.3% in cycle 2. In conclusion, the implementation of ESP with Competency-based Instruction Approach can improve students’ learning outcomes and competencies
