    Pengaruh Kecerdasan Logis-Matematis terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Problem Solving

    The study aimed to determine whether there was an influence of logical-mathematical intelligence on students' physics learning outcomes through the Problem Solving learning method. This type of research was quantitative research with                                     the pre-experimental. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 29 students of class X MIPA 1. The research instrument was a logical-mathematical intelligence test and a physics learning outcome test. The results of the analysis of the correlation test between the variables X and Y obtained rxy = 0.41. This shows that the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence (X) on learning outcomes (Y) is in the medium category. The logical-mathematical intelligence test obtained showed that the average score of the pretest was 5.69 and the posttest was 19.13. Meanwhile, in the physics learning result test, it was obtained that the average score of the pretest was 10.93 and the posttest was 14.52. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed that the variation of logical-mathematical intelligence scores on learning outcomes with the estimated function Ÿ = 5.08 + 0.40X. Based on data analysis with a significance level of 5%, db for numerator 1 and db for denominator 27 obtained Fcount 5.36 > Ftable 4.21. So, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of logical-mathematical intelligence on the learning outcomes of physics through the Problem Solving learning method

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD disertai Media Kartu Soal Berbentuk Puzzle terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa SMP

    The study aimed to determine whether there was an effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model using the puzzle question card media on the physics learning outcomes of junior high school students. This type of research was the quasi-experimental with the equivalent pretest posttest group design. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The research sample was 25 students of class VIII B as the experimental group and 25 students of class VIII E as the control group. The instrument for learning physics was in the form of multiple-choice test questions. The results test showed the average value of the experimental group was 20.02 with a standard deviation of 2.73 and in the control class, the average value was 16.82 with a standard deviation of 2.81. Hypothesis test t-test (two-tailed) obtained   tcount = 4.08 and ttable = 2.02 at the level of significance  = 0.05. It shows that tcount is outside the H0 acceptance region. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model using the puzzle question card media on the physics learning outcomes of junior high school students

    This study aimed to describe a guided experiment to change students' understanding of voltage and current in a direct current circuit. The study was qualitative research. The subjects were physics education students. The experiment was followed by 16 students. Data collection techniques were test and interview. The results of the pretest showed that many students had misconceptions about the concept of voltage and current in a direct current circuit. After conducting the experiment, the students answered the given test again. The test results show that the experiment carried out could improve students' understanding of the concept of direct current electric circuits. So, it can be concluded that guided experiments can change students' understanding of voltage and current in direct current circuits

    Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Aurora 3D Presentation untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran Sejarah

    This study aimed to determine the increase in student interest and learning outcomes through the use of Aurora 3D Presentation learning media in grade 10th of TMP B SMKN 3 Palu, 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research was a classroom action research. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementing the action, observing (observing) and reflecting. The subjects of this study were all students of class 10th TMP B, with the total of 36 students. Data collection techniques included observation and tests. The data were analysed used a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of Aurora 3D Presentation learning media can increase interest and learning outcomes of grade 10th TMP B SMKN 3 Palu in the 2018/2019 academic year. The increase in student interest in learning in the first cycle with an average score of 2.8 in the medium category then increased in the second cycle with an average score of 3.4 in the high category. The increase in student learning outcomes can also be seen from the average value and the percentage of classical completeness. In the first cycle, the students' average score was 75.43 with 62.5% completeness. However, it increased in cycle II with an average value of 84.3 with a percentage of classical completeness of 86.78%

    This study aimed to determine students’ responses to Learning from Home during the corona virus era through distance learning network at SMA Karuna Dipa Palu. The method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, by distributing questionnaires to 11th  and 12th graders at SMA Karuna Dipa Palu. Distance Learning Network was carried out using the Zoom application and WhatsApp Group. The results showed that students gave negative response on Learning From Home through Distance Learning Network because: online learning were not interesting and fun because the material was difficult to understand and cannot work together with friends; the assignments given were in the form of independent work, not in groups so that it was ineffective and inactive. Studying at home was worse than at school, because at home there were many things that can interfere with learning such as slow network connection, blackout, the difficulty in asking questions, some lessons were difficult to understand, lack of guidance from teachers, lots of assignments, limited quota, noisy surroundings and there are some lessons that cannot be practiced. Meanwhile the positive response of students' insights was increasing towards the use of technology in learning and making them more independent, preventing the spread of the corona virus, saving transportation costs and pocket money, being closer to family and can help their parents while studying

    The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning intensity and mathematics learning outcomes of students at SD Inpres 1 Donggulu. The method used in this research was experimental research, this type of research was a quantitative research that was correlated to fifth grade elementary school students, the sample in this study was 16 students. The research data were obtained in two ways; distributing questionnaires containing a number of statements to which the respondent's students responded, and obtaining midterm test scores on Mathematics from students who had been designated as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 23 for windows. The results of data analysis shown that the significance value (0.002) ≥ 0.05. It indicated that there was a relationship between learning intensity and student learning outcomes with the degree of strong correlation was 0.717

    Students’ Satisfaction of Online Learning During COVID-19 Pandemic

    This research aims to find out the students' satisfaction of online learning and the factors that affect the students’ satisfaction of online learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Tadulako University in the academic year 2020/2021. This research used qualitative approach. This research collected the data through survey method using a questionnaire and interview. The research subject was the third year students of the English Language Education program at Tadulako University in the academic year 2020/2021. The samples were selected using purposive sampling to choose the students as the respondents. The result indicated that the students' satisfaction of online learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic is 62.13%, which wasconsidered satisfied. Percentages for each factor were described as follow; 66.37% or equivalent as satisfied for Student-Lecturer Interaction, 67.64%or equivalent as satisfied for Instructional Materials, 61.95% for Online Learning Platformor equivalent as satisfied, and 51,54% for Functionality or equivalent as dissatisfied. So, three factors are satisfied, and one factor is dissatisfied. The result stated as 'satisfied' dominates the result of the students' responses; it can simply conclude that those factors affect the students' satisfaction of online learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic

    The principle of education in elementary schools is learning while playing so that the learning resources or media used for learning in students must refer to these principles. However, efforts to develop instructional media by teachers often face problems with funds. One way that can be done is by utilizing used or waste materials. On this account, this research aimed to increase the potential of teachers in developing instructional media. The method used in this research was the School Action Research (PTS) method with a qualitative approach. PTS is a research procedure adapted from Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted at SDN Tinading with the number of research subjects were 7 teachers. PTS was carried out in two cycles. The results showed that the provision of guidance can improve the ability of teachers in making recycled media from inorganic waste

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course review Horay Terhadap Hasil Belajar Fisika

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the Course Review Horay (CRH) cooperative learning model on the physics learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Palu. This type of research was a quasi-experimental design with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group. The population of this research was all students of class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Palu. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the research sample being class VIII G as the experimental group and class VIII E as the control group. The instrument was a multiple choice test that has been validated by an expert validator. The physics learning result test obtained showed that the pretest average score of the experimental group was 43.95 and the control group was 42.05, while the posttest average score of the experimental group was 75.15 and the control group was 62.65. From the results of the t-test, it was found that there was an effect of student learning outcomes using the Course Review Horay (CRH) cooperative learning model on physics learning outcomes in class VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Palu

    Pengaruh Pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Fisika

    The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of learning with a contextual approach on students' understanding of physics concepts. The hypothesis proposed in this study was that there was an effect of contextual approach learning on understanding physics concepts in class VIII SMP 19 Palu. The population of this study were all eight graders of SMP 19 Palu. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with the research sample being class VIIIC as the control class and class VIIIA as the experimental class. The research instrument was in the form of a concept understanding test that has been validated by an expert validator. The results of data analysis from the score range between (0-100) obtained an average score of 63.13 for the experimental class with a standard deviation of 0.97 and 55.00 fpr the control class with a standard deviation of 2.12. Based on the hypothesis test, it showed that tcount > ttable was 6.46 > 1.67, with a significance level of =0.05, thus H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. The test results proved that there was an influence on understanding the concept of physics between classes that take part in learning with a contextual approach and students who take part in conventional learning
