Blended Learning pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Efektivitas Pembelajaran PJOK di SMA Kota Palu
The problem in this research is how to use the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic and the effectiveness of PJOK learning in SMA Kota Palu. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all public high schools in the city of Palu, totaling 14 schools. Research data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research results were analyzed using frequency distribution and cross tabulation. The findings of the research results were that of the 60 respondents who were given a questionnaire, the respondents who answered that they had never used the blended learning model were 3.3%, quite often as many as 46.7%, said often as much as 26.7%, and very often as many as 5%. In general, from a total of 60 respondents, the effectiveness of the blended learning model that was carried out was that those who answered quite effectively were 45%, effective 28.3%, the rest were divided into other categories which stated that the blended learning model was very effective by 5%, not effective by 15 %, and very ineffective at 6.7%. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that in terms of the use of the blended learning model it is used quite often and in terms of the effectiveness of the blended learning model it is quite effective
Pembelajaran dengan Team Based Project untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mahasiswa Merancang Eksperimen Fisika Berbasis Proyek
Learning that is carried out online has difficulty carrying out practicums with actual equipment. Because of that, another alternative is needed as a substitute for practicum. Substitute practicum can be done by providing projects that are carried out in a structured manner. The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability to design project-based physics experiments through team based project learning. This research was carried out by providing project assignments that were carried out in groups. Through this activity, we want to know the ability of students to design project-based physics experiments. The results of student projects were assessed by 5 Physics teachers using performance appraisal sheets. Assessment of student project results is carried out through focus group discussion activities. The results of the projects assessed are the results of the mid-semester and end-of-semester projects. The results of the assessment show that the results of the end-of-semester project get a higher score than the results of the mid-semester project. This means that through team based project learning, students can improve their ability to design project-based physics experiments
Kemampuan Guru dalam Mengajar Aktivitas Musik di TK
This study aims to explore the teacher's role in the use of music and identify the types of music learning applied in kindergarten in stimulating the development of early childhood music. Teachers in kindergartens (N=100) in the kindergarten area of Palu City were asked for data to fill out online questionnaires via google form. Most teachers stated that the use of music is always done every day, especially singing learning activities, listening to children's songs played through cassettes and movement and song learning activities. Teachers also use music to build children's enthusiasm, distract children when children get bored in class, and involve children in all their activities using music to connect the themes that will be studied at that time. Teachers consider music to be the most important and dominant thing in early childhood learning, because it contributes a lot to children's learning and brain development. However, the current obstacle, according to him, is because of the limited ability of teachers in music and there has been no training on the importance of learning music in early childhood, so it is believed that currently teachers are limited in providing music lessons in kindergarten. Therefore, the implementation of teacher preparation and teacher training to learn music in early childhood needs to be socialized
Identifikasi Pemahaman Tentang Konsep Elastisitas Pada Siswa SMPN 7 Toli-Toli
This study aims to identify students' understanding of the concept of material elasticity after offline learning. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 17 students of SMPN 7 Toli-Toli class VIII who had attended material elasticity through learning. Respondents who were involved in obtaining data were 3 students selected from each level of student ability, namely high, medium, and low. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that students' understanding of the concept of elasticity for respondents in the high category is sufficient to understand the concept, medium category respondents still do not understand the concept, and respondents in the low category still do not understand the concept very well
Tipe Ambiguitas Struktural pada Tulisan Mahasiswa Semester IV Universitas Tadulako
The study focuses on structural ambiguity that found on students’ writing made by fourth semester students of English Education Study Program in Tadulako University. The objectives of the study are to identify the types of structural ambiguity on the students’ writings and to discover the most dominant type of those structural ambiguities. This study used qualitative research method with descriptive research design. The research sample was 23 students. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data of this study are the sentences contain structural ambiguity in students’ writings. The conclusion of the study are six types of structural ambiguity in the students’ writings, they are VP+NP+PP (2 structures), VP+NP+PP1+PP2 (5 structures), NP+Adj.Clause (1 structure), PP+S / S+PP (more than 1 person in a sentence) is 1 structure, VP+NP+VP: Infinitive+PP1+PP2 (1 structure), VP+PP1+PP2 (2 structures) and the most dominant type is VP+NP+PP1+PP2
Potensi Keunggulan Carica melalui Kurma Carica Khas Desa Atas Awan Berdasarkan Ethnoscience
Cultural studies through ethnoscience support students' attitudes towards science. Therefore, its use in learning, especially for science students in physics learning materials related to the use of temperature during the production process still needs to be explored. This study aims to introduce the advantages of carica which can be explored through the production of carica dates which are endemic to the village of Atas Awan. This is because carica date products do not go through a boiling process which can damage the important ingredients in carica. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observation, and experiments. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that carica can be processed into various kinds of preparations that are in great demand and have many benefits, such as carica sweets, carica jam, carica chips, carica chocolate, carica batik, and carica dates. Processing carica into carica dates can be used as an ethnoscience medium to support students' attitudes towards science, especially science students in physics related to the use of temperature during the production process
Analisis Morfologis terhadap Imbuhan Derivasi pada Pidato Hillary Clinton serta Implikasinya terhadap Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris
The purpose of this study is to find and classify the most dominant type and function of derivational affixes in Hillary Clinton’s speech. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. The data of this research are taken from speech that comes from mass media and non-verbal form. The result of the analysis shows that the most dominant type of derivational affixes in Hillary Clinton’s speech is the suffix –ing (97%) and the most dominant function of derivational affix is to form noun (63%) which attached to the root/base of the verb. The implication of this research is that the research result is useful to enrich the theory of morphological analysis of complex words so that the process of word formation becomes easier for non-native speakers
Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Penggunaan Kahoot pada Mata Kuliah Biologi Umum
Kahoot can be an option to meet the demands of the 4.0 era in teaching. The use of this kind of application should not only be limited to fulfilling these demands. The implication of the application for students is also an important thing to study. This study aims to describe student perceptions of the use of Kahoot in learning activities, specifically in online learning. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year in the General Biology course. This research is descriptive. The data in this study were collected using the help of a questionnaire regarding student perceptions. The study results found that overall, students felt that there was no difficulty in the accessibility of Kahoot, students felt that using Kahoot for quizzes was helpful in General Biology learning, students felt that taking quizzes with Kahoot was easy to implement, and students had a positive attitude towards using Kahoot for the quiz
Analisis Karakter Toleransi dalam Pembelajaran Suhu dan Kalor Berbasis Budaya Lokal Ruwatan Rambut Gimbal
This study aims to determine the character of tolerance in learning temperature and heat based on local culture of dreadlocks treatment. The research method used was qualitative research and the data collection techniques was literature review. The research findings were in the form of various tolerance characters that were generated in the implementation of culture-based learning, namely dreadlocks treatment. The conclusion of the study shows that there are several tolerance characters that can be increased through temperature and heat based on local culture of dreadlocks treatment, they are mutual respect for differences, peace, awareness, as well as a sense of love for one's own culture
Analisis Pemahaman Konsep Listrik Dinamis pada Siswa SMAN 8 Palu
This study aims to analyze students' understanding of concepts at SMAN 8 Palu on dynamic electricity. This research is a quasi-experimental research. This research is a qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study is 33 students. The research instrument was in the form of a dynamic electricity material description test based on an indicator of understanding the concept. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the criteria for understanding students' concepts included 5 students who were in the high criteria, 9 students in the sufficient criteria, 12 students in the low criteria, and 7 students in the very low criteria. As for the indicator of understanding the concept, it was found that 67.17% restated a concept, 69.09% changed one form of representation to another, 61.69% developed the necessary/sufficient requirements of a concept, 54.21% used and utilized and chose procedures certain activities, and 44.32% clarify concepts in everyday life. The conclusion of this study is that students' understanding of dynamic electricity concepts in SMAN 8 Palu is in the sufficient category
