This study aimed to determine the difference between learning methods (A) which consist of the overall method (A1), the partial method (A2), and the combination method (A3), in increasing students' discus throw abilities (Y). This study used a 3 x 2 factorial experimental method, with the study's target population being 134 male students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. The sampling used was a purposive sampling technique by selecting 27% of the highest score data, and 27% of the lowest score referred to the Verducci theory. Hypothesis test results: (1) the overall method value was higher than the partial method value (A1 x A2) with a p-value of 0.002 (h1 accepted); (2) The overall method value was higher than the combination method value (A1 x A3) with a p-value of 0.02 (H1 accepted); and (3) The partial method value was higher than the combination method value (A2 x A3), with p-value 0.006 (h1 accepted). Thus it could be concluded that the overall learning method was better than the partial or combination method

This research is difficult to positionreturnorgrippingpalmlack of handsconsistencyin a releaseshe wasmomentshooting, causeclearanceWhichlesswell in one game. As a result of the grip on holding the ball wrong then it causes when doing it shooting free throw accuracy is not right on the basketball hoop, therefore researchers provide toolsshotloc. The purpose of this research is to improve accuracy in shooting free throws. This type of research is experimental with a quantitative approach and research design in fact-group comparison. The population is 83 athletes and the sample is 40 female athletes with technique purposive sampling. This research instrument uses a free-throw test. Data analysis used t-test analysis and previously tested for normality and homogeneity. The pretest data has an average of 23.35 and the post-test has an average of 11.58. The normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk pretest results has a significant 0.121 > 0.05, so the pretest data is normally distributed, and the normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk on the posttest results has a significant 0.089 > 0.05, so the posttest data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test has a Sig value. 0.405 > 0.05, it can be obtained that the data distribution is homogeneous. Then the Paired t-test shows that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results usingshotloc on the Pretest and Posttest data

A cross-sectional descriptive study, using a questionnaire, was conducted on thirty petanque athletes in Makassar. Descriptive statistics were used to elaborate on the demographic characteristics, knowledge, and attitude’s respondents. Pearson correlation was used to identify the relationship between variables. Seventeen (56.7%) male respondents with an average age of 21.53±4.13 years and thirteen (43.3%) female respondents with an average age of 20.08±2.12 years. There are 46.7% have moderate and 36.7% have poor knowledge about anaemia. Almost respondents (96.7%) have a slightly positive attitude regarding anaemia. A significant and positive correlation between knowledge-attitude (r=0.317, p<0.05) was observed. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes related to anaemia in petanque athletes. The positive and significant correlation reaffirms that better knowledge can lead to positive attitudes. This will further assist in the prevention and management of anaemia in sports. Therefore, an extensive health and sports education campaign should be provided to the general athlete population and petanque athletes

The passing technique is the technique most often used in football games. Passing is a technique for passing the ball between one player and another. The problem in this study is that many passes are not on target by players so the game becomes ineffective. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small-sided games on improving the accuracy of football passing. This research is experimental research with a matching-only design. The research sample used was 20 players from the DESEAD FC Bangkalan team aged 12-14 years. The division of the experimental and control groups will use the MSOP technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the experimental group obtained the mean pretest and mean posttest, while for the control group the mean pretest and mean posttest. For the results of the paired sample t-test in the experimental group, the Sig. 0.000 0.05 there was no significant difference in the pretest and posttest results of the control group. From the results of the independent sample t-test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05 There is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. For the percentage increase in data on passing test results, the experimental group had a significant increase of 21.59%. Meanwhile, the control group did not have a significant increase of 1.53%. So it can be concluded that small-sided games training is very influential in increasing the accuracy of football passing

Irisan Profile of Obese Women After Moderate Intensity Aerobic Exercise

Irisin in obesity was found to be lower than in individuals with normal weight. Low irisin levels lead to decreased metabolism. Low metabolism causes a decrease in muscle mass, storage of triglyceride energy, and accumulation of excess fatty acids in the body which can lead to the risk of obesity. This study aims to prove the effect of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on increasing irisin levels in obese women. This research method is true experimental with a random calculation design between pretest-posttest groups. A total of 18 obese women aged 20-25 years were actively involved in research activities and were divided into two groups, namely KK (n = 9; control group), and KE (n = 9; experimental group). Aerobic exercise was given using a set intensity of 60-70% HRmax with a treadmill for 45 minutes, 3x/week for 8 weeks. Irisin levels were evaluated before and after the intervention using the ELISA Kit method. The data analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test with a 5% confidence level. The results showed the average irisin level between before and after the intervention in KK (0.83±0.97 vs. 0.86±1.25 ng/mL, p=0.961), KE (0.69±0.64 vs. 2.77±1.26 ng/mL, p=0.003). Based on the results of the study it was concluded that aerobic exercise with a set intensity of 60-70% HRmax performed 3x/week for 8 weeks can increase irisin levels in obese women
