Kick Frequency and Velocity Finswimming Analysis In Surface 100 Meter Number Reviewed From Stiffness Monofins Hard and Stiffness Monofins Exstra Hard Characteristics
Finswimming is a water sport that is done using assistive devices, such as bins, monofins, and snorkels. The fastest sport that is carried out in the pool is getting more and more enthusiasts and is starting to attract a lot of attention in its activities. The growing development of this sport makes manufacturers of monofins tools increasingly develop the types of stiffness that are presented, including stiffness monofins hard and stiffness monofins extra hard. The purpose of this study was to analyze the kick frequency and velocity in the number 100 Meter surface in terms of the characteristics of the stiffness monofins hard and the stiffness monofins extra hard. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population of this research is finswimming athletes in Bandung, purposive sampling technique is used to determine the sample with several criteria. The sample consisted of 16 athletes with the following criteria: (1) Bandung City Finswimming Athletes had practiced monofins for at least three years. (2) had monofins stiffness hard and extra hard. (3) is in the top 20 of the inter-regional championship monofins. The conclusion of this study, the stiffness monofins hard and stiffness monofins extra hard contributed less to the kick frequency, while on the velocity both had an effect and the stiffness monofins hard gave a greater influence with a percentage of 98.3%

MAKING SERVICE LEVEL MEASURING EQUIPMENT (SERVICE DETECTOR) IN BADMINTON SPORTS
This study aims to determine how to manufacture a service height measuring device in badminton. The research method used in this research was the Sugiyono model of research and development (R & D) with 5 stages from the nee analysis until field test. The research subjects for the tool trial were 25 referees and 50 men's doubles players who competed using a service height measuring device in badminton. The validation test used in this study is to use the expert justification test which consists of 1 expert lecturer in badminton and 2 referees who have BA certified. After the expert validation test was carried out, then the tool was tested and distributed a questionnaire about the attractiveness and convenience of the service level measuring device at the badminton branch. The result of this research is that measuring service stroke height using ultrasonic sensors is suitable for use in badminton matches to assist service judges in making decisions whether the service stroke is a fault or not. And based on the results of field trials, shows that measuring service stroke height using ultrasonic sensors is attractive and easy to use. The suggestion for this research is to find a tool that is more sensitive to distance and human motion or by using an application

Effectiveness of Bio-Energy Power to Improving VO2Max Futsal Players
Bio energy power (BEP) is an practice method that combines breathing and exercise to improve the quality of body cells for optimal body performance. Futsal is an aerobic game that requires oxygen in the formation of energy. Increased VO2Max will help the performance of futsal players. The purpose of this study to test the effectiveness of the BEP to the increase in VO2max futsal players beginners. This research is an experimental quantitative research. The study population was a beginner futsal players aged 10-12. The research sample used 30 futsal players. Signification test using paired t-test. The results of the research significance test showed that the t-count value was 14.807> t-table 1.699 (df = 29). It can be concluded that the BEP effectively improve endurance capacity (VO2max) futsal players beginners
Effect of Bio Energy Power Exercise on VO2max and Heart Rate
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bio energy power exercise on vo2max and heart rate, this study used a quantitative approach, the type of quasi-experimental research, the subjects are taken in this study were male students who took futsal extracurricular activities aged 10-12 years, to find out Vo2max using the 1600 meter run test and to determine the heart rate score using the Harvard test, data analysis is in the form of descriptive analysis and simple regression. The results showed that the use of bio energy power training did not provide a significant change in VO2max and did not provide a significant increase in the heart rate score with the length of the study for 5 meetings, but there was an increase in the VO2max value in the first week to the last week which means that the increase was not significant, and there was a gradual increase in the heart rate score starting from exercise in the first week to the last week, which means an increase although not significant
SAINTIFIC APPROACH WITH NUMBER HEAD TOGETHER LEARNING MODEL CAN IMPROVE SPRINT LEARNING OUTCOMES
This study is a classroom action research that aims to discover the level of learning outcomes through a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model in grade IV. Students at SDN Mangkura I in Makassar City, in the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020, which consisted of 31 students. The study was conducted in two cycles where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Cycle I and cycle II were held for 4 meetings. Data collection of learning outcomes was conducted by using observation sheets, worksheets, and the mobility test at the end of the cycle I and cycle II. The collected data were then analyzed quantitatively. Based on those data, the result of the sprint running technique shows that students who completed the learning in the first cycle were 3 people with a percentage of 9.67%, and students who did not complete the learning were 28 people with a percentage of 90.32%. Whereas in cycle II, 27 students completed the learning with a percentage of 87.09% and 4 students who did not complete the learning with a percentage of 12.91%. The result of the analysis also shows that there is an increase in learning outcomes of sprint running techniques for grade IV. Students at SDN Mangkura I in Makassar City. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model can improve the learning outcomes
The Effect of Body Balance and Leg Muscle Strength on the Game of Coconut Shell Stilts and Bamboo Stilts
Stable body balance and leg muscle strength can be obtained with various exercises that should be given from the age of 0-6 years or the golden age where there is rapid growth and development process and the child begins to be sensitive to stimulation so that children's development must be optimized, for example through traditional stilt games. coconut shell. This study aims to determine the effect of body balance and leg muscle strength on the game of coconut shell stilts in class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang. The research design used descriptive analysis. The population of this research is the students of class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang which consists of 127 students. The sample used was 30 students who were taken using the random sampling technique. The dependent variable was body balance and leg muscle strength, while coconut shell stilts and bamboo stilts were independent variables. Statistical test using multiple linear regression test. The results of the research on the balance variable with a sample of 30 students of class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang, obtained a mean of 71.5000 with a standard deviation of 13,14049, the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 50. Based on the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression test the effect of body balance and muscle strength against the coconut shell stilt game, for the body balance variable, the t-count value is 3.595, while the t-table is 1.699 because t-count (3.595) > t-table (1.699). Variable leg muscle strength obtained t-count value of 3.561, while t-table of 1.699, because t-count (3.561) > t-table (1.699). The effect of body balance and muscle strength on bamboo stilts, variable leg muscle strength obtained t-count value of 3.250, while t-table of 1.699, because t-count (3.250) > t-table (1.699). The body balance variable obtained t-count value of 4.137, while t-table of 1.699, because t-count (4,137) > t-table (1,699). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of body balance and muscle strength on the game of coconut shell stilts and bamboo stilts in class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang. Based on the conclusions of the research, it is suggested that further development and research should be carried out with a more in-depth study to increase the knowledge of the readers and it is hoped that the results of this research can be useful for lovers of traditional games
