The Application of 5M; Washing hands, Keeping a distance, Using masks, Avoiding crowds, and Reducing mobility are powerful weapons to prevent and break the chain of transmission of Covid 19 which until now is still mutating. Masks are recommended to always be worn when outside the home and when carrying out daily activities. Many people continue to wear masks when doing sports. The purpose of this study was to determine the hematological profile due to the use of masks at maximum physical activity. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a single group pretest-posttest design. The variables studied were the amount of hemoglobin, the number of hematocrits, the number of erythrocytes, and the number of leukocytes between before and after performing maximum physical activity. Data analysis was carried out by paired t-tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the amount of hemoglobin before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of hematocrits before and after maximum physical activity (p <0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of erythrocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the number of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity (p<0.05)

This study is to determine whether there is an effect of traditional sports on increasing dynamic balance in grade IV Kiyonten 1 State Elementary School children. The design of this research is pre-experimental with one group pre-test – post-test design, This research instrument with observation and in the form of a test Modified Bass Test of Dynamic Balance. This study will use descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and analyze them with the application of SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) IBM 25, which is to test for normality and test for homogeneity. When the data is normal, it can be continued to Test – T. After being tested for normality, it turns out that the results are not normal (rejected), therefore the search for hypotheses can be done with Statistics Non-Parametric or exact Test  Wilcoxon, that Asymp. sig (2-tailed) is worth 0.001. Because the value is 0.001  pretest with post-test, it can be said that there is an effect of using treatment engklek traditional exercise on improving dynamic balance in grade IV SD N Kiyonten 1. So the study experienced an 11% increase in dynamic balance.

INFLUENCE OF TRICEPS OVERHEAD EXTENSION EXERCISE WITH THE PYRAMID SYSTEM METHOD ON THE INCREASED ARM POWER AND LONG PASS RESULTS OF WATER POLO SPORTS

In the water polo sport, several techniques must be mastered, one of which is the passing technique. A water polo player must be able to throw, both at close range and long-distance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of triceps overhead extension training with the pyramid system method on the increase in arm power and the results of long pass water polo. The research method that I use to test the hypothesis in this study is an experimental method. In this study, the population and sample used were all female athletes of water polo in West Java with 12 athletes because these athletes were still active and the majority had understood the basic techniques of passing and long pass movements. The form of training to increase arm power and the results of long pass water polo is given by weight training triceps overhead extension with the pyramid system method. The treatment was given in 16 meetings to 12 West Java female water polo athletes. The data analysis technique used was the t-test at the 95% significance level. Based on the results of data processing, the researcher concluded that the exercise treatment had a significant effect on increasing arm power and the results of the long pass water polo from the initial test data obtained with an average of 386.08 and the final test data of 421.33 for arm power. while for the long pass data, the average of the initial test was 17.21 and the final test was 18.01

The rhythm training model is a new training model applied in Indonesia, especially in tennis. The rhythmic movements that are applied using a metronome are designed to improve motor movement, focus, concentration, and increase the athlete's confidence. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the rhythm exercise model on groundstroke and concentration in tennis athletes. The researcher used the experimental method, with the research design used in this study being a 2x2 factorial design. 24 tennis athletes were selected using the purposive sampling method. The instruments used are Hewitt's Tennis Achievement Test For Groundstroke to measure groundstroke in tennis and Concentration Grid Test to measure concentration level. The results of this study found that there was a difference in the effect between the rhythm training model and the non-rhythmic training model on groundstroke skills and concentration levels in tennis athletes

Comparison of Stretching Exercise Methods and Gender to Improve Flexibility in Sports Performers at Mooja Fitness Center

The purpose of this research is for knowing the effect of the stretching method and gender on flexibility. Experimental research method with 2x2 Factorial Design design, which consists of two groups, because the research uses two independent variables with two moderator variables. Frankel et. Al (2013:277). Based on the results of data processing and analysis described in the previous chapter, it is known that the PNF stretching method is more effective than the passive stretching method in increasing muscle and joint flexibility for men and women with a difference in the average stretch score of 1.52. Then on the results of the analysis of differences in muscle and joint flexibility between men and women, it is known that there is a significant difference in the average score of muscle and joint flexibility between men and women where the average score for men is 1.96. In both men and women, there was a significant increase in muscle and joint flexibility between before and after stretching using either the passive method or the PNF method. So the authors can conclude that the results of the study there are significant differences in the average score of muscle and joint flexibility between the PNF method and the passive method. This shows that the PNF stretching method is more effective than the passive stretching method in increasing muscle and joint flexibility in men and women. Utilization of the stretching method can provide real experience for sports players to increase flexibility by using the stretching method, because flexibility is very influential in increasing effectiveness in exercising
