VO2Max Women's Football Athletes Rokan Hulu Riau
Endurance is one of the elements of physical condition that is indispensable in football. Football is a long game which is about 90 minutes. During this time, players are required to make various movements both with the ball and without the ball to look for opportunities to score goals or defend against opponent attacks. Of course this will make you tired if a player does not have good endurance. Compared to other components such as speed, agility, flexibility and strength, endurance is the most important. Because the ability to perform movements during the game for a long duration is the most important. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of cardiac endurance of female soccer athletes in Rokan Hulu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a cross sectional design. The population is 38 athletes using total sampling technique. The method used in this research is a test survey method. The first stage of this research is to prepare, communicate with athletes for their willingness to be a sample. Second, perform a test using the Multistage Fitness Test instrument. The data collection technique uses a multi-stage test or Multi-stage fitness test (MFT). Analysis of the data used is the percentage. The results showed that athletes had VO2max in the less category (63.16%), while the rest were in the less (21.05%), and moderate (15.79%)
Improvement of Jumping Combinations to Football Games
This study aims to determine the increase in the combination of running and jumping in soccer games. Court tennis game. This study uses a CAR approach (Classroom Action Research), the research carried out intends to find information about the implementation of learning variations delivered by classroom action research. The population is 26 students of Class V at the State Elementary School 13 Batu Ampar. Following this type of research, namely classroom action research, this research has staged in the form of cycles. The design of each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. From the results of research cycle 1, 20 students have completed with a percentage of 74% divided into 2 classifications ranging from 75-79 and 80-89 and 6 students who have not completed with a percentage of 24%. Then from cycle 2, there were no students who had not achieved the completeness score because they scored below 75 and 35 other students were declared complete after getting a score above 75. It means that learning the combination of running and jumping can improve learning outcomes on football material
The Influence of the Development of Modified Teaching Materials for Kids Athletics Games on Gross Motor Learning Outcomes of Preschoolers
The gross motor skills of preschoolers are an important part of the child's growth and development process in learning motion. Kids Athletic is one of the intervention references that is thought to be able to develop and improve the gross motor skills of preschool children. However, references to the intervention of the Athletic figurative game in learning need to be developed through game modification. This study aims to analyze the effect of developing modified teaching materials for children's athletic games on gross motor learning outcomes for preschoolers. This type of research is experimental with a pretest and posttest design. 19 students from PAUD TAAM Al-Mubarok Kota Kediri are selected to be part of this study from nonprobability sampling. The results of this study obtained a significance value of 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05. Based on the gross motor skills pretest results are in the BSH (Grow as Expected) level which students are capable to convey the movement, yet they are not capable to perform it properly, and still require teacher assistance. Whereas the gross motor skills post-test results are in the BSB (Well Developed) level which students are capable to perform the movement without teacher assistance. The conclusion of this study is teaching modules developed can influence and improve the learning outcomes of preschool students in terms of their gross motor skills
The Influence Of Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) Exercise On Agility And Speed
The importance of agility and speed in football players in an effort to get maximum achievement and considering the type of Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) training program, is a method that can be used to increase agility and speed, this study aims to determine the effect of speed, agility, quickness (SAQ) training on agility and speed in football extracurricular students of SMK PGRI 9 Ngawi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the research design uses rondomized control group pretest-posttest, the sample is 30 people, while agility data is collected using the Illinois agility test instrument and the 20-meter running test. The data analysis technique used is an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 which shows that there is an influence of speed, agility, quickness (saq) training on agility and speed in extracurricular football students of SMK PGRI 9 Ngawi Regency, This is seen from the average pre-test and posttest values of speed, agility, quickness (saq) training has a change of 2.71 to agility and 2.41 to speed, it can be concluded that the speed training method, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) is better for increasing agility
Implementation of a Scientific Approach Using Problem Based Learning (PBL) Models to Improve Learning Outcomes of Overhand Pass In Volleyball Game
This study is a classroom action research that aims to discover whether a scientific approach using a problem-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of upper passing in volleyball for grade XI MIPA 2 at Ma Ma’arif Nu Lasepang in the Bantaeng district. A classroom action research employed the PBL model in its material, namely the basic technique of upper passing in a volleyball. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. The aspects assessed in this study were spiritual KI- 1, social KI- 2, cognitive KI- 3, and psychomotor KI- 4. The research sample was 20 students. Based on the results of the study, at the beginning of the study, initial observation was conducted to determine the condition of students' initial data. As a reference in the assessment, the Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP) on a scale of 5. In the initial data, it is discovered that no student can achieve the minimum completeness criteria. Furthermore, in the first cycle, there is an increase in the number of students who experienced mastery learning, namely 5 students with a percentage of 25% and there is a significant increase in the second cycle, namely 18 students with 90%
Effectiveness of Medicine Ball Twist Toss Exercises Against Flick Drag Skills In Hockey Games
The drag flick technique is currently used by following the development of the synthetic field (carpet) with a more flat and slippery surface, so this technique can be used as a strategy to create goals. This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball twist toss on drag flick skills in hockey games. This type of research is experimental with the treatment variable being medicine ball twist toss (MBT) exercise while the response variable is drag flick (DF) skill in hockey games. The sample was 20 people from the Hockey BKMF FIK UNM athletes, and they were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (MBT training) and the control group (KK). The data collection technique used the shooting drag flick test instrument. Based on the results of the study, MBT training significantly improved DF skills in hockey (p<0.05). Therefore, improving DF skills can be done through MBT exercises
The Impact of Training Methods And Flexibility on Smash Ability in Sepak Takraw
This study aims to find out the differences in the influence of training models and flexibility on smash in sepak takraw. This research was conducted at the University Halu Oleo Kendari club. An experimental method with a simple 2X2 factorial design was used in this study. 40 samples were obtained through simple random sampling. The results showed that: 1) the plyometric training method had a better effect on smash ability in a sepak takraw compared with the weight training method, 2) In The high flexibility group, the plyometric training method got better effects than the weight training method, 3 ) In The low flexibility group, the weight training method has a better effect than the plyometric training method on smash ability in sepak takraw., 4) There was an interaction between the training method and flexibility of the Smash in the sepak takraw
Increasing Students' Far Jump Ability Using Media
This study aims to determine the increase in the long jump ability of students using media. This research uses the CAR approach (Classroom Action Research). From the results of the study, it was found that in the learning outcomes in cycle 1 9 students had not achieved the completeness score because they got scores below 75 and 13 other students were declared complete after getting a score above 75, as for the completeness score in the lessons at school. is 75. In the pre-cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes is 75%. Then from the learning outcomes in cycle 2, 2 students had not achieved the completeness score because they got a score below 75 and 35 other students were declared complete after getting a score above 75, while the completeness score in the lessons at school was 75. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the long jump ability of students using media with the evidence that students are not completely reduced
Development of Gradation Indicators for Achieving Competencies Specific Motion Skills Junior High School Floor Gymnastics
This research was motivated by the similarity of floor gymnastics learning materials delivered by physical education teachers at each grade level, not based on mapping basic competencies at each grade level. In addition, based on the results of the needs analysis, shows that 100% of junior high school physical education teachers in Hulu Sungai Utara District need guidance on learning floor gymnastics based on basic competency gradations for each grade level. The purpose of the study was to develop a gradation of indicators of the achievement of specific movement skills in floor gymnastics in junior high school. The research methods used are research and development, with development procedures; 1) the pre-development stage, and 2) the development stage, which is from needs analysis, product development, and product testing, to the creation of the final product development. The subjects of the study were physical education teachers in the North River Upper District, which numbered 31 teachers. The instrument used in this development research is a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique is a quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results of this development research based on product trials (expert tests, small group tests, and large group tests) resulted in the development of product indicators of gradation indicators of achievement of floor gymnastics-specific movement skills
Child Character Building Through Futsal Extracurriculars at SMPN 249 Jakarta
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of child character-building through futsal extracurriculars at SMPN 249 Jakarta. This research uses experimental methods, a type of quantitative research while analyzing data using descriptive statistics. The sample in this study was the entire population of 35 futsal extracurricular participants at SMPN 249 Jakarta. This research instrument uses questionnaires for research data collection. Based on the calculation results of SPSS 28, shows that the pretest results in the table resulted in an average of 114.89 obtained also the posttest results from the research data after being given treatment in the table shows that the average obtained of 154.49 shows that the pretest data has smaller calculation results than the posttest calculation results. The data analysis techniques in this study use statistical formulas, including The calculation of the normality test can be seen that the statistical test value on the pretest is 0.951 and the post-test is 0.958. The homogeneity test obtained a significant value of 0.150 because the sig value was 0.150 > 0.05. The result of the t-test of the paired sample test output table is known to be a Sig. (two-sided) value of 0.001 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest which means that there is an influence from the formation of children's character through futsal extracurriculars at SMPN 249 Jakarta
