    The Effect Of Variations Of Zig-Zag Running Training On The Ability Of Drilling In Football Extracurricular in SMP Raudlatul Ulum

    Physical Education is a physical activity organized to be a medium for educational activities. Extracurricular activities are learning activities outside of extracurricular activities. Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, including in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is the experimental method. The method used in this study is the zigzag running method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of the research, the normality test is 0.172, which means > 0.05 with a normal distribution, the homogeneity test results get a value of 0.079 and 1,000, which means <0.05 is declared homogeneous, while the t-test results show that the significant value is 0.000, meaning less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant difference between before and after giving the zigzag running training method to students

    Development of Exercise Variations Instructional Videos Attack Using Punching Pad Taekwondo Beginner Athletes Year 2021

    This study aims to find out how the feasibility of instructional video variations of attack training using punching pads for taekwondo novice athletes in 2020. The study was conducted on product trials at taekwondo clubs. TVRI Medan. Address on JL. Capt. Sihombing Stone. Comp. TVRI, Club Taekwondo Taruna Nusantara Medan which is located at Jl. Karya Jaya. Comp. Jaya Syafira. Medan Johor and at Taekwondo Club Gaperta Medan. A study subject is a whole object where several sources or informants can provide information about the video instructional attack training product using a punching pad in development research. The research method is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The results of the development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from the sports aspect have been categorized very well with a percentage of 87.5%, thus the development product can be categorized as viable and can be used. The development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from taekwondo coaches has been categorized very well with a percentage of 96.6%, thus the development product can be categorized as feasible and usable. The development of video instructional attack training using punching pad taekwondo novice athletes from media experts has been categorized very well with a percentage of 92%, Thus the development product can be categorized as viable and usable. Conclusion of the development of video instructional attack training using punching pad is an instructional video variation of attack training using punching pad in taekwondo novice athletes in 2021 has an excellent category and is worth using

    Strategy Analysis Of Potential For The Development And Development Of BKMF Basic Achievements In FIK UNM

    This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the Potential Strategy for the Development and Development of Achievement Sports in the Faculty of Sports Science. The number of informants in this study was students as well as administrators of BKMF Badminton FIK UNM. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Potential Strategy for Development and Development of Achievement Sports in the Faculty of Sports Science from the indicators of the accuracy of the program targets was a good Potential Strategy for Development and Development of Achievement Sports, this was seen from the organizational work system. Based on the development strategy with an important influence by the coach who has directed athletes to take part in badminton matches both within the campus and outside the campus, with various training programs, such as tactical, physical or weight training exercises, and interspersed with motivation. Likewise, the organizational performance carried out at BKMF Badminton is running well and right on the target, namely sports achievements, seen from professional coaches in training and always well and firmly behaved to their athletes without discriminating between athletes

    Leg Length and Running Speed Against Squat Long Jump Ability

    This study aims to determine the relationship between leg length and running speed on the squat style long jump ability. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research. The population of this study was all students of SD 154 Waecekke'e, Lappariaja District, Bone Regency. The Makassar Model State with a total sample of 40 female students selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is correlation and regression analysis technique using the SPSS version 15.00 system at a significant level of 95% or 0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concludes that: (1) There is a significant relationship between leg length and squat style long jump ability in elementary school students 154 Waecekke'e, Lappariaja District, Bone Regency, it is proven that the value of ro = -0.845 (P < = 0.05); (2) There is a significant relationship between running speed and long jump squatting ability in SD 154 Waecekke'e Students, Lappariaja District, Bone Regency, it is proven that the value of ro = 0.771 (P < = 0.05); and, (3) There is a significant relationship between leg length and running speed on the long jump ability of the squat style at SD 154 Waecekke'e Students, Lappariaja District, Bone Regency, it is proven that the value of Ro = 0.847 (P < = 0.05)

    Dynamism of Sports Marketing on Organization of Professional Football clubs in Kwara State Nigeria

    This study investigated the dynamism of Sports Marketing in the organization of professional football clubs in Kwara State, Nigeria. The objectives of this study were to assess the relationship between advertisement, a brand of sports product, and the organization of professional football clubs. A descriptive research design of survey type was used. The population for the study comprises sports administrators in the sports council and management of Kwara United and Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football club. A multistage sampling procedure was used to select 120 respondents. The researchers-structured questionnaire was used for the study. The instrument was validated by experts in the Department of Human Kinetics Education and Marketing Department, University of Ilorin. The reliability level of the Instrument was established through the test re-test method using Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC). A correlation co-efficiency of 0.87r was obtained. The administration of the instrument was done by researchers. The data collected were analyzed using Inferential Statistics of Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) at a 0.05 alpha level. The result revealed that there was a significant relationship between advertisement, branding of sports products, and organization of professional football clubs. The study recommends that there is a need for clubs management and other stakeholders at various clubs to encourage the private sector to partner with them in the area of market strategies by placing their advertisement on the club jersey

    Physical Condition Of Wrestling Athletes In West Java On PON XX - Papua 2021

    This study aims to determine and describe the development of the aerobic and anaerobic capacity of West Java women's wrestling athletes to face PON XX – 2021 Papua. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were women's wrestling athletes from West Java at PON XX 2021 Papua. The sampling technique used was non-probability with the purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 6 wrestling athletes from West Java. Data analysis used category percentages and factor analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software for windows. The results of this study indicate the physical condition of female wrestling athletes on cardio resistance in the first test was 39.48 ml/kg/min (79%) and in the second it was 39.51ml/kg/min (79%). The anaerobic component in the first test was 25.18 seconds (75.5%) and in the second test, it was 25.78 seconds (73.7%). The upper body endurance component in the first test is52.83 repetitions (81.3%), and on the second test 45.66 repetitions (71%). The component of abdominal muscle endurance in the first test is38.83 repetitions (59.7%), and on the second test 32 repetitions (49.2%). The leg power component in the first test is89%, and the second test of 85.1%. the agility component in the first test was 7.2 seconds (96.3%) and in the second test was 7.34 seconds (95.3%). The speed component in the first test was 3.81 seconds (86.7%) and in the second test was 3.77 seconds (87.6%). The flexibility component in the first test was 33.67 cm (112.2%), and in the second test was 41.33 cm (137.8%). Based on the factor analysis, the women's wrestling athlete from the West Java Regional National Sports Team at the Papua National Sports Week has a physical condition of 86.58%. In the first group, the percentage owned is 45.22% (speed). The second amount is 26.32% (cardio endurance and muscle endurance) Then the third amount is 15.04% (power, agility, flexibility). This study concludes that the overall components of the physical condition of the West Java women's wrestling athletes at the XX 2021 Papua PON are in the high categor

    The Effect of Ball Feeling Variation Training on Dribbling Skills In Futsal Extracurricular Members of Senior High School 1 Jalancagak

    This study aims to determine the effect of ball feeling variations on dribbling skills in futsal extracurricular members of SMA Negeri 1 Jalancagak. This study uses a quantitative approach. When viewed from the type of data presented, this type of research is an experiment with a "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design. The research population was participants who took part in futsal extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Jalancagak, totalling 20 students. The instrument used to measure dribbling skills is a modified dribbling test by Subagyo Irinto (1995), which was tested by Dica Febri Wardana (2015) with a validity test of 0.710 and a reliability test of 0.703. The data analysis technique used prerequisite tests, namely the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality test, homogeneity test and t-test for hypothesis testing at a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant effect of ball feeling training on increasing dribbling skills in participants who took part in futsal extracurricular activities, with the results obtained from the pretest mean of 20.5725 and Standard Deviation of 1.71941, while for the posttest the mean value of 19.2270 with Standard Deviation of 1.42408. Judging from these results, it can be seen that the increase before and after students was given treatment using the ball feeling variation exercise method was an increase of 15.29%

    Comparison of Fitness Levels and Participation in Physical Education Learning Between PPLP Athletes Rowing West Java Students and Non-Athletes

    The purpose of this study was to measure the level of fitness and participation of students in physical education learning between athletes and non-athletes (regular) at SMA Negeri 2 Padalarang. This research uses quantitative research methods, with ex post facto research. The samples in this study were 10 PPLP rowing students and 10 non-athlete students (regular) with sampling techniques using Census Sampling (Saturated Sampling) and Purposive Sampling. The research instrument used TKJI and questionnaires in the data and analyzed using the t-test. The result is that Paddle PPLP students have a more significant impact on their fitness levels and participation in physical education learning. Based on these results, it can be concluded that education can be used as an alternative to increasing the level of fitness and participation of students

    The Effectiveness of Training Methods to Improve Dribbling Learning Outcomes in Class XI Students of Senior High School Kristen Dobo

    The purpose of the study was to apply the exercise method in physical education learning to improve dribbling learning outcomes in class XI of SMA Kristen Dobo, Maluku. The research method used is quantitative with classroom action research design carried out 3 times in cycle I and cycle II through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The population of this study was class XI MIPA, SMA Kristen Dobo and the sample used was 56 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. Data collection on the results of learning to dribble in football games was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the use of training methods can improve the learning outcomes of dribbling. There is a significant increase in learning outcomes of dribbling in soccer games by 50% (completed) and increasing in the second cycle with a percentage of 88% (completed). Through the training method in physical education learning, students are more active and provide a positive response to the learning process so that students more easily understand dribbling well

    The Influence of Body Structure and Eye-Hand Coordination on Upper Passing Ability in Volleyball Games

    The cause is not optimal due to non-bio motor factors, namely inadequate body structure, and bio motor factors, namely poor hand-eye coordination. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of body structure on the ability of pass over, to determine whether there is an effect of eye coordination on the ability to passing-over and to determine whether there is an influence of body and eye-hand coordination on the ability to pass over. This type of research is descriptive correlational by involving the independent variables (independent) consisting of body structure and eye-hand coordination, while the controlling variable is the ability to pass. The research sample was students of SMP Negeri 27 Makassar with a total of 30 people drawn by random sampling. The research instrument used an upper passing test, measurement of body structure by measuring height, weight and arm length, and eye-hand coordination with a chess pass test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the body's upper passing ability (p<0.05), there was a significant structural effect of eye-hand coordination on the upper-passing ability, and there was a jointly significant effect of body structure and eye coordination on upper passing ability (p<0.05)
