    Efektivitas CBIA-Narkoba dalam Peningkatan Pengetahuan Remaja untuk Menolak Narkoba

    Drug abuse is still a major health problem in Indonesia. The lecture method is one of the most widely usedto provide information, including drug. CBIA (Community Based Interactive Approach) drug is an alternativeeducational method that involves small group discussion. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of CBIA-Drugcompared with lecture method in improving youth knowledge to resist drug. Quasi experimental with pre test-posttest control group design was used in this study. It involved 30 respondents for CBIA-Drug group, 30 respondentsfor intervention group and 30 respondents for control group. Mutivariate statistical analysis (kruskall wallis)was used to evaluate the effectiveness of CBIA-Drug. There was a significance value at post test 1 for each group(p<0.05). It means that CBIA-Drug is more effective in improving youth knowledge to resist drug than lecturemethod

    Malaja fish only consumed by adults so it is necessary to make children can consume them in the societyof palopo. Crackers are snacks that can be eaten anytime so that if used as fish crackers that contain useful nutrients.This study aims to determine the organoleptic and proximate test of malaja fish crackers. This research wasdesigned using experimental method with Completely Single Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 3 replicationsto 15 experimental units. The results showed that the water content of kempuk kemplang was from 1.50-5.12%. The highest water content was obtained in the control treatment. The highest protein content is producedfrom A4 treatment. The highest percentage of ash content was found in A4 treatment and lowest in treatment A1.The test results showed that the highest aroma score obtained at treatment A1 ie 3.27. The highest Color Scorevalue is obtained from treatment A0 (control). The highest value of taste scores was obtained in the treatment of A2and A3. The addition of maladies of 15% and 25% is favored by panelists. It was concluded that the highest contentin the proximate test was based on the treatment group ie carbohydrate in the treatment, fat in the treatment, proteinat treatment A4.     The incidence of malnutrition in Indonesia, also in Central Java and Semarang is still high, another problemis the lack of awareness and knowledge of the community including mother on monitoring nutritional status,and there has never been a group of community members who care about nutrition. The aim of this study wastoanalyze changes in maternal attitudes and practices related to child nutrition after Dasawisma’s assistance.The research was carried out in the work area of the Tlogosari Wetan Health Center in Semarang, on the groundsthat the Puskesmas area has a number of Dasa Wisma that have been arranged and also have quite a number ofcases of malnutrition and malnutrition in the last few years, namely between 2.3 to 3.2% of total under five.. Thisresearch was a quasi-experimental study, with a pre and post test one group design. The subjects of the study were110 mothers of toddlers in 35 Dawis work areas, who were selected purposively, the Dawis were provided witha weight-bearing tool and a height gauge. The results showed differences in knowledge and practice regardinginfant nutrition, after being accompanied by Dawis for 1 month (p<0.05), with wilcoxon match paired test. Thisresearch can be used as evidence based practice on the proposed new program in the field of health, Dawis’s assistanceas a program in monitoring the nutritional status of children

    Prevalence of anemia in adolescent girl was still high. The iron supplementation program for improvingthe iron status, but this program is not always successfully to reducing prevalence anemia. The objective was toanalyzed factor that influenced succesfully of iron supplementation program at the adolescent girls. A quasi experimentpre-post intervention design was applied in female student at Bogor City between September 2016 untilJanuary 2017 run by the Health Office of Bogor City. A number of 172 adolescent girls (aged 10-18 years) participatedin the study from 4 school in Bogor City. Blood was collected through fingerthick and analyzed with cyanmethemoglobinmethod. The result showed that prevalence of anaemia (Hb <12g/dl) was found to be 20.7% anddecreased by 5.2% after four month of supplementation. The logistic regression analyses showed that status beforesupplementation was factor that affect improve of haemoglobin level (p<0.05;OR=3.52;CI95%=1.40-8.85).     Adolescence is a period great curiosity and want to try to imitate what they seen or heard. Curiosity makesteens more permissive to engage in risky sexual behavior, but it is suspected that religious understanding will bea distinguishing factor. This study aims to determine the influence of religious understanding, parent role, peerrole and the use of social media against risky sexual behavior in adolescents by comparing the santri MadrasahAliyah in Darul Arqam Gombara Pesantren with students of SMAN 6 Makassar. Observational research with crosssectional study design, involving 79 students of MA Darul Arqam Gombara selected as sample and 274 studentsof SMAN 6 selected proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysiswith chi-square test and phi test. The result of the research shows that there is influence of parent role in MA DarulArqam (p=0,000, φ=0,403) to santri risk sexual behavior whereas student in SMAN 6 there is no influence ofparent role (p=0,472) towards sexual risk behavior. The influence of religious understanding (p=0.027, φ=0.134),peers (p=0,000, φ=0.339) and social media (p=0.035, φ=0.128) in SMAN 6 on risky sexual behavior in studentswhereas in MA Darul Arqam showed no influence of religious understanding (0,811), peer role (0,702) and socialmedia (0,063) toward risky sexual behavior at santri

    Medical personnel as the spearhead of hospital services deeply feel the change in health care system inNational Health Insurance (NHI) era that implements the system of quality control and cost control. The aimof the research was to explore the employee satisfaction of medical personnel in the era of the National HealthInsurance in Regional Public Hospital of Sinjai. The research was a descriptive qualitative study with a case studyapproacch. The informants were medical personnel as functional personnel. To obtain additional information ascomparison, the researcher also interviewed the director, the head of service and nursing unit, the head of financialsub-unit, and Sisrute officials in Regional Public Hospital of Sinjai. The data were obtained through indepthinterview, observation and documentation. The result of the research indicate the service system in the era ofNational Health Insurance is good, but its implementation has not runas it is expected. The cooperation betweenBPJS and Regional Public Hospital of Sinjai is considered slow and inconsistent and sometimes the problemsolving is not followed up. Medical personnel in Regional Public Hospital of Sinjai is satisfied with transparencyof medical service division, but the number of Ina CBGs packages are still under the standar and time of paymentof medical service is late

    School age children are susceptible to experiencing nutritional problems, one of which is due to environmentalfactors, especially the physical environment which provides broad, affordable food, higher energy densityand lack of consumption of fruits and vegetables. The efforts to improve the habit of eating fruits and vegetables inschool children is the existence of school based intervention. This study aim to analyze the effect of school basedintervention program to increase of fruit and vegetable consumption of elementary school students. The studytook place from February to May 2017 in Nganjuk, East Java. This study used experimental design with pre-postintervention with the number of subjects is 50 students (10-13 years) given three types of interventions is schoolgardening, cooking class, and giving of fruit and vegetables in school. The results showed that the presence ofthese three interventions can increased fruit consumption 130 g/day and vegetable 100 g/day and the availabilityof fruit and vegetables at home increased 81 g/week and 182 g/week. The results from recall SQ-FFQ 2x24 hoursshowed the average consumption of energy density decreased from 1420 kcal to 1241 kcal.     Exclusive breastfeeding is the first and foremost of natural food for baby because breastfeeding canfulfill the baby’s needs for energy and nutrients the baby even during the first 6 months of life.The Ministry ofHealth in 2015 targets for exclusive breastfeeding 80%. In 2013, the highest coverage of exclusive breastfeedingin Bangka Belitung is Pangkalpinang (59,4%)So this study aimed to assess the difference between the status ofexclusive breastfeeding to changes the body lenght of neonates in RSUD Depati Hamzah Pangkalpinang.This typeof research was a cohort with a sampel of 34 mothers who gave birth in RSUD Depati Hamzah Pangkalpinangin June-July 2015. The research instrument used a questionnaire and length board scaleThe independent t-testaimed to see the difference in weight and measurement results body lenght of neonates in each group observationstatus every 7 consecutive days as long 28 day.The results showed that mothers who non exclusive breastfeedingis 55,9% (19 people) and exclusive breastfeeding is 44,1% (15 people). The average of lenght neonates givenexclusive breastfeeding 1 month is greater was 10,87 cm than non exclusive breastfeeding only was 8,53 cm.Theresults showed that there was no difference significanthy of mean in lenght between exclusive breastfeeding andnon exclusive breastfeeding

    Nutrition education in kindergarten children is an effort to increase awareness of healthy living behaviorin consumption of fruits and vegetables through Communication, Information, and Education (CIE). This studyaims to analyze the effect of nutritional education through the technique of singing and picture card games to theattitudes and nutritional behavior of kindergarten children. The design in this study was quasi-experimental, withpre-post test design with control group design. The subjects of this study were 68 students from 4 kindergartenschools in Tempilang Subdistrict, this study was conducted in January - March 2018. Nutrition education used wasa technique of singing, card game, and joint intervention. The results show that there are differences in nutritionalattitudes and behaviors in nutritional education. The combined intervention has the highest score on the attitudesand nutritional behavior of 7.38 ± 0.98 and 49.06 is significantly different from other intervention media. Therewas a change of good nutrition that increased after intervention (97,1%) from before intervention (95,6%) andchange of good nutrition behavior that increased after intervention (45,6%) before intervention (79,4%). Nutritioneducation through joint intervention provides a change in the improvement of nutritional attitudes and behaviorsin child kindergartens
