Cigarette smoke is one of exogenous free radical source which causes cell damage to make a decrease oflung function happen. Vitamin C and E are antioxidants which can obstruct the activity of oxidant compounds. Thepurpose of this research was to know the distinction of lung function, Vitamin C and E intake on active and nonsmoker; the influence of vitamin C and E intake towards the lung function. The research design was cross sectional. The measured variables consisted of Vitamin C and E intake by semi quantitative-food frequency questionnaire(SQ-FFQ) as well as the lung function by handheld spirometer. The sampling of this research consisted of 63samples of smokers and 63 samples of non-smoker. The test results showed lung function and vitamin C intake wassignificantly different (p=0,00), while vitamin E (p=0,29) intake did not differ significantly between active smokerand non smoker. The results showed the influence Vitamin C (p=0,00; r=0,63) and Vitamin E (p=0,015; r=0,22)intake towards the lung function. There are differences in vitamin C and E intake, the lung function of smoker andnon smoker; and the influence of Vitamin C and E intake towards the lung function

This study aims to determine the differencebetween the right implementation of drug administration and the perceieved of IPS based on hospital accreditationstatus. This researchusing a survey method with cross sectional analytical approach, which compares thecorrect implementation of the drug and IKP perception in 2 type D hospitals with different accreditation status inthe Greater Malang area. Measurements of the correct implementation of drug administration and IKP perceptionswere carried out using a closed questionnaire on 36 nurses and 99 primary hospital patients and 41 nursesand 96 full hospital patients. Analysis was carried out by Mann Whitney Z test and Rank Spearman test. Bothhospitals showed the correct level of implementation of good drug delivery and low IPS perception even thoughthe first accredited hospital showed a better picture than plenary accredited hospitals. In hospitals with initialaccreditation shows that the better the right implementation of drug administration, the lower the perception ofIPS according to nurses and patients. There was no similar relationship in the hospital with full accreditation status, where there was no difference in the level of true implementation of drug administration and IKP perceptionaccording to nurses and patients

Physical activity data in a day were collected in two ways, using questionnaire and SamsungHealth application. Energy expenditure was measured during weekday and weekend. Energy expenditure measuredby Samsung Health application on weekday was 1130±719 kcal in male students and 634±195 kcal in femalestudents meanwhile on weekend was 1124±659 kcal in male students and 679±232 kcal in female students. Energyexpenditure measured by Samsung Health was smaller than energy expenditure measured by 1x24 hour physicalactivity record for both female and male students. The results can occur because not all activities can be measuredin Samsung Health. The results of energy measurements with Samsung Health still need to be estimated throughequations, especially in subjects with light intensity activities
