Get PDFThis study aims to translate the cultural characteristics of Algerian society
through the subtitling of one of the most successful Algerian drama works, "El Batha,"
and to emphasize the importance of cultural context, which cannot be separated from
language. This places the translator in front of challenges and difficulties that may prevent
an accurate translation that reflects the beauty of Algerian culture. These challenges
compel the translator to seek and implement necessary solutions to overcome them. In this
study, we highlight the most important methods used in translating these cultural contents,
which facilitate the translator's task. We concluded our work with an applied study
demonstrating our subtitling of series excerpts to measure the effectiveness of these
strategies in overcoming the issue of translating cultural contents

itératif est proposé dans les espaces de Lebesgue pondérés par le biais des inégalités de Hardy
et de Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg. Une courbe optimale est présentée pour distinguer les zones
d'existence et de non-existence selon les paramètres p et q. Des sur-solutions radiales
explicites sont également construites pour des domaines bornés

Get PDFتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة المشكلة البحثية المتعلقة بمدى مساهمة متغير التدريب الإداري في عملية تطوير قدرات الموظف العام في الإدارة المحلية في الجزائر، وقد تضمنت الدراسة إطارا نظريا أكدت مخرجاته بأن عملية التدريب تعد مدخلا من المداخل الرئيسية المعتمدة في عملية تنمية الموارد البشرية، كما تضمنت أيضا إطارا تطبيقيا أكد في شقه الأول بأن هناك مجموعة من الآليات القانونية والمؤسساتية التي ساهمت في تفعيل العملية التدريبية في الإدارة العامة الجزائرية، كما أكدفي شقه الثاني الذي تجسد في شكل معاينة ميدانية على عدد من بلديات ولاية تلمسان بأن البرامج التدريبية لها دور جد مهم في تمكين الموظفين من تعلم واكتساب القدرات التي تؤهلهم لتحسين وتطوير الأداء الوظيفي. أما الجانب الأخير من الدراسة فقد تضمن تقديم بعض التصورات العلمية التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تطوير إدارة العمليات التدريبية، وقد تم التركيز فيها على ضرورة دعم القيادة الإدارية لجهود التدريب، تنمية قدرات المشرفين، تنمية قدرات المؤسسات التدريبية، اعتماد المنهج الاستراتيجي في التدريب، وإشراك الفواعل المحلية وفي مقدمتها النخب العلمية الرائدة في ميدان بناء وتطوير القدرات

audiovisuelle. Elle repose sur une analyse détaillée de la narratologie spatiale dans le roman
Anne... La maison aux pignons verts de Lucy Maud Montgomery et sa représentation visuelle
dans la série Netflix Anne with an E. Notre corpus regroupe des descriptions spatiales et des
séquences visuelles clés. Notre approche est basée sur une analyse comparative des éléments
narratifs et visuels. L'étude a révélé que les adaptations créatives, bien que divergentes par
moments, enrichissent souvent l'œuvre originale en ajoutant une nouvelle dimension visuelle.
Les résultats rendent compte d'un dialogue complexe entre fidélité et créativité, influencé par
les choix artistiques des réalisateurs et les attentes des spectateurs

phenomenon. These expressions play a prominent role in conveying cultural heritage and
social backgrounds. Translating them requires the translator to have sufficient cultural and
linguistic knowledg to find equivalents in the target language, ensuring the translation process
is successful.
