No full textThis work aims to investigate the attitudes of students and professors towards the
use of the English language as a medium of instruction in scientific subjects in
Algerian higher education. The study results showed that both students and
professors recognize the importance of the English language, and expressed their
positive stance towards its use as a tool for learning and teaching in the scientific
field, despite the students' preference for the French language as their first foreign
language. Based on the obtained results, this study provides some educational
guidelines for teachers, students, and policymakers to ensure the effective use of the
English language as a medium of instruction in Algerian universities

تكون تحت حراسته ) المسؤولية التقصيرية ( حسب الحالة ، ولهذا قد أوجد
المشرع الجزائري ثلاثة أنظمة لتقدر التعويض عن المسؤولية المدنية ويتمثل في
، التقدير القضائي والتقدير الإتفاقي للتعويض ، النظام القانوني للتعويض .
هذا الأخير قد تكفل المشرع الجزائري بتقديره بموجب نصوص قانونية دون
ترك المجال للسلطة التقديرية للقاضي أو أطراف الإلتزام على عكس النظامين المذكورين أعلاه . وعليه تعتبر أحكام التعويض القانوني من النظام العام إذ لا
يجوز مخالفتها بأي وجه من الأوجه ، حيث يرتكز على محورين رئيسين محور
التعويض الجزافي عن الأضرار الجسمانية الناتجة عن حوادث السيارات ،
والأضرار الجسمانية الناتجة عن حوادث العمل والامراض المهنية ، ومحور
تحديد المسؤولية في مجال حوادث النقل الجوي والبحري .
فبالنسبة للتعويض الجزافي عن الأضرار الجسمانية الناتجة عن حوادث السيارات
وحوادث العمل والامراض المهنية تجد أساسها في فكرة " إجتماعية التعويض " ولذلك نظم المشرع هذا الموضوع في قانون التأمين على السيارات وقانون التأمينات الإجتماعية .
أما بالنسبة للتعويض عن الأضرار الناتجة عن حوادث النقل الجوي ،
والبحري فتجد أساسها في فكرة " توحيد نظام التعويض الدولي في مجال النقل
الجوي والبحري" ولذلك أقدم المشرع على تبني أحكام الإتفاقيات والمعاهدات
الدولية المبرمة في هذا المجال في تشريع القوانين الوطنية ، فقد إنضمت
الجزائر إلى معاهدة بروكسل الخاصة بتحديد مسؤولية ملاك السفن هذا في مجال النقل البحري ، أما في المجال الجوي فقد إنضمت الجزائر إلى أتفاقية وارسو لتوحيد بعض قواعد النقل الجوي الدولي ، ولاتفاقية غوادا لاخارا المكملة لاتفاقية وارسو

DPIC) est un système dynamique sous actionné et non
linéaire . La dynamique du système est acquise par une modélisation fondée sur les équations de
Lagrange, ce qui permet de déduire les équations du mouve ment selon les paramètres physiques et les
variables d’état. Cette modélisation souligne l’interaction complexe entre le chariot et les deux
pendules, et représente la base pour l’é laboration des lois de contrôle. Trois approches de commande
sont élaborées et comparés. La première s’appuie sur un placements de pôles qui doit positionné les
pôles du système linéarisé autour d’un point d’équilibre afin de stabiliser le DPIC . La seconde consiste
en un contrôle par PID visant à stabiliser le système linéarisé autour de sa position d’équilibre. et la
dernière est la commande par mode glissant, une méthode non linéaire robuste capable d’assurer la
stabilité du système même en cas d’incertit udes ou de perturbations. Les résultats des simulations
indiquent que le placements de pôles et le PID montrent une efficacité proche de l’équilibre mais
peuvent échouer devant de fortes perturbations, tandis que la commande par mode glissant fournit de
me illeures performances en termes de robustesse et de temps de convergence

المسار التنظيري لتعليمية الترجمة المتخصصة، نجد أدبياتها تنضخ بمقاربات تعليمية متعددة ومتجددة مواكبةً للتغييرات الحاصلة في عالم اليوم، ومحاولةً
لتقليص الفجوة بين التنظير والممارسة. ومن باب وجوب إيلاء الاهتمام لكل جوانب العملية التعليمية التعلمية التي تعنى بدرس الترجمة المتخصصة
بكل المقاربات التعليمية المتاحة أمام التكوين الترجمي، عالجت هذه الدراسة العملية التعليمية وإشكالية ترجمة النص المتخصص، وسلطت الضوء على
الكفاءات اللازمة لممارسة الترجمة المتخصصة، وذلك عبر مقاربة المزاوجة بين تعليمية التحرير التقني والترجمة المتخصصة من خلال تصميم مجموعة من
التمارين في مجال التكنولوجيا الطبية، بحيث سمحت هذه التمارين بتتبع مسار اكتساب الكفاءات وتحصيلها بدءا بامتحان تقييم ملمح الدخول في
شكل امتحان أولي، والذي سلط الضوء على النقائص ومواطن العجز في كفاءات الطالب، وانتهاء بتقييم ملمح الخروج الذي جاء في شكل امتحان
تحصيلي، والذي كشف عن نتائج الدراسة التي برهنت أن بيئة الدرس الترجمي في الجامعة الجزائرية جاهز لأن يحتوي عنصر التحرير التقني كأساس

Etude de l'adsorption de divers colorants par une bentonite modifiée par intercalation
Get PDFUne bentonite modifiée par intercalation d'un dendrimère a été étudiée pour son
efficacité à adsorber deux colorants, le vert malachite (VM) et le Dianix Navy CC
(DNCC). Le matériau, caractérisé physico-chimiquement, a été soumis à des tests
d'adsorption sous différentes conditions. L'étude révèle que le vert malachite
s'adsorbe fortement (jusqu'à 416,67 mg/g) grâce à des interactions électrostatiques,
un processus jugé spontané et exothermique. En revanche, le Dianix Navy CC, de
nature neutre, est retenu par des liaisons hydrogène avec une capacité de 5,41
mg/g, son adsorption étant spontanée mais endothermique. Pour les deux
colorants, les modèles cinétiques du pseudo-second ordre et l'isotherme de
Langmuir décrivent adéquatement les données expérimentales
