Abstract. Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and sugar. This fermentation is a work of bacteria and yeast consorsia that make a powerful symbiosis cooperation resulting kombucha with quality chemically increased. This kombucha is a healthful beverage for its consumer. Fermentation process can change the tea phisically, such as its taste, colour and flavor. During the fermentation period, the total cell of bacteria and yeast also change. In this research, kombucha is made from 4 different tea, such as black tea, green tea, oolong tea and white tea. As a result, found that the tea as a substrate and also the fermentation period affect the total of colony and cell of bacteria and yeast. In white tea and black tea kombucha perform decreased of total cell bacteria and yeast by the fermentation period, while in green tea and oolong tea kombucha increased. Keywords. kombucha, fermentation, total microbes, SCOBY, haemacytomete

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect and prove the composition of the planting media and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer that can provide growth and yield of mustard plants. The design used was a randomized block design (RCBD) with three replications. The first factor is the composition of the planting medium which is a mixture of soil, charcoal husk, and manure consisting of three compositions, namely 1: 2: 2, 2: 2: 1, 2: 1: 2. The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 2.5 ml / l, 5 ml / l, 7.5 ml / l. The results showed that the interaction between the use of the composition of the planting media and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer was appropriate, namely a ratio of 1: 2: 2 and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer of 7.5 ml / l significantly affected the observation parameters of leaf width, leaf length, and weight plant. Keywords: Growing media, liquid organic fertilizer, mustard plant

Abstract. Tanjung Aan Beach is one of the beaches in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (MSEZ), Lombok Island which is prone to tsunami disasters. Moreover, the vegetation on Tanjung Aan Beach has experienced a lot of degradation. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research to determine the types of plants (vegetation) that have the potential to mitigate tsunamis at Tanjung Aan Beach, MSEZ, Central Lombok. The research was conducted with the exploration method (roaming). Based on the research, it can be seen that in Tanjung Aan Beach, Central Lombok there are 3 (types) of plants that have the potential to mitigate the tsunami disaster, namely: Hibiscus tiliaceus, Pandanus utilis, and Terminalia catappa. Keywords: mitigation, tanjung aan beach, tsunami, vegetatio

Abstract. This study investigated a natural acid-base indicator which is extracted from plants in Kupang city. There are 14 plants that potential as a source of natural indicator for acid base titration, i.e, KolUngu (Brassica oleracea Capitata Group), Turi Merah flower (Sesbania grandiflora L. Pers), BelimbingWuluh flower (Averhoa bilimbi L), Kaktus Merah fruit (Opuntia vulgaris Mill), Ruelia flower (Ruellia simplex), Flamboyan flower (Delonix regia), bugenvil flower (Bougainvillea spectabilisWilld.), Bayam Merah leaves (Amaranthus tricolor L.) Jamblang fruit (Syzygiumcumini L.), Murbey fruit (Morus alba L.), Pinang fruit (Areca catechu L.), Sirih fruit (Piper betle L.), Kunyit (Curcuma longa Linn), and Nanas Kerang leaves (Rhoeo discolor). Plants extract shows a sharp color change in acid and base solution. Promising results as a natural indicator also shown in acid base titration which is have similar equivalent point to synthetic indicator. We can use these natural indicators as an alternative to synthetic indicator because they are found to be simple, very useful, cheap, easy to extract, accurate, and eco-friendly. Abstract. One of the pollutants that have the potential to pollute rivers and aquatic biota is heavy metals due to community activities around the river. This study aims to determine how the content of Cr6 + and Zn in water and meat of Puyau fish found in the Alalak River, West Berangas Region. This research is a descriptive study with a type of survey research. Water sampling is done using a Kemmerer water sampler and fish sampling using a fishing rod. Tests of Cr6 + and Zn content in water were carried out at the Banjarmasin Health Laboratory and the Cr6 + and Zn content were carried out at the Banjarbaru MIPA basic Laboratory using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The results showed an average Cr6 + content in Alalak River waters was 0.11275 mg / L and Zn was 0.0658 mg / L. The content of Cr6 + and Zn has exceeded the quality standard threshold (0.05 mg / L) that has been determined based on South Kalimantan Governor Regulation No.5 of 2007 concerning river quality standards. The average Cr content in Puyau fish meat was 21.415 mg / Kg and Zn was 46.0175 mg / Kg. The Cr6 + and Zn content in Puyau fish has also exceeded the threshold (0.05 mg / Kg; 0.1 / mg / Kg) determined by the DirectorGeneral of POM No. 03725 / SK / VII / 1989. The community is expected to not often consume puyau fish found in the waters of the Alalak River because its Cr6 + and Zn content have exceeded the required threshold.
