    Abstract: This research generally aims to get brief description of application high touch in learning process. This research is conducted by descriptive quantitative method.  The population is all teachers and students at senior high school. Samples are taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The percentage, correlation and t test. The results of this research reveal that application high touch  in learning process less and teachers’ opinion about high touch implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding toward learning process differ significantly with students’ opinion.     Abstrack: This paper aimed to get the profile of efforts of guidance teachers in improving students’ learning skills. It is hoped that this papaer is useful for guidance teachers, subject teachers and student as well in improving their learning skills. The learning skill quality of the students was low while their learning problems were on medium level. Guidance given by guidance teachers to students to master learning skills was not yet optimal. There was cooperation among teachers and guidance teachers but it was still limited to physics teachers and it had skills came from both guidance teachers and students themselves.Keywords: guidance teachers, learning skill, students

    Abstract: Interest is the motivating force that will encourage students to get excited and remember what she learned. The learning process is less qualified, inefficient and lacked the appeal, and even tend to be boring, causing low student interest. This study aims to determine the increase in interest and understanding students' mastery of content Counseling services through a game method in class VII A Prembun SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen district. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Techniques of data retrieval from the scale of interest, observation, evaluation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis with comparative descriptive technique. Indicators of success: 1) Active engagement in the learning process well, the range of 60-80%, 2) increase student interest, and 3) Obtaining a new understanding of at least 85%. The results showed the service mastery of content game method can be: 1) increasing student interest of 76.01 (pre-cycle) to 84.50 (first cycle) and 84.17 (second cycle), 2) improving the understanding of students to 93% (cycle I) and 93.5% ( cycle II).Keywords: interest, understanding, mastery of content services, methods of a game.Interest is a motivating force that will encourage students to get excited and remember what she learned.     Abstract. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the strategy Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping in improving stress management SMA Negeri 1 Barru. This research is a quantitative model of pre-experimental pre-test post-test group design .. one sample was 22 people, with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the highest percentage obtained after administration of PFCs by 42% which is the highest category, namely the interval 104-114 and strategies EFC scored the highest percentage obtained by 38% which is the highest category, namely the interval 118-125. Hypothesis test results are known to test value t = 0.004 and tt = 2.013 it is seen that the value to <tt value at a significance level of 5%. This means that an increase in stress management through the EFC. The conclusion that the strategy Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping effective in improving stress management students at SMA Negeri 1 Barru.Keywords: problem-focused coping, emotion focused coping,stress managementPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi Problem Focused Coping dan Emotion Focused Coping dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan stres siswa SMA Negeri 1 Barru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pre-eksperimen model pre-test post-test one group design.. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 22 orang, dengan teknik purpossive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase tertinggi yang diperoleh setelah pemberian PFC sebesar 42%yangberada pada kategori tertinggi yaitu interval 104-114 dan untuk strategi EFC mendapat nilai persentase tertinggi yang diperoleh sebesar 38% yangberada pada kategori tertinggi yaitu interval 118-125. Hasil uji hipotesis nilai uji t diketahui to = 0,004 dan tt =2,013 maka terlihat bahwa nilai to< dari nilai tt pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengelolaan stress melalui EFC.     Abstract: This study aims to discover the meaning of adjustments for the wife whose husband's polygamy. Subjects in this study were 3 people who were selected based techniques purposivitas with the characteristics of the subject, the woman who was the first wife of a polygamous husband, aged between 40-70 years, have children, have their own income, and age polygamous marriage a minimum of 3 years. The data in this study were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews. To assess the validity of the data used triangulation method. This research is a qualitative approach to multi-case study. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of adjustment for wives whose husbands are polygamous through life with not much demand, thanks to the existing favors. Life lived at this time is the road to self-closeness to the Creator and the path of devotion to Allah Subhannahu Wa Ta'ala.     Abstract: Pessimism and attitudes that consider themselves weak and does not have the ability when facing a problem will make individual impediment in the task of development. Problems confidence that underlies the research are: a) Students are less confident in the ability it has, b) Students feel pessimistic when faced with an issue, c) Student perception subjectively, d) Students still do not do the work independently, and e) negative minded students with a state-owned. The problems of this study are whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the confidence of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Metro. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the self-confidence of students in class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Metro. Subject participant is graders VIII-E total 30 students. Data were collected by questionnaire self-confidence and analyzed the data used is the t-test. The results of this study, shown by the difference in change scores of confidence from the pre-test and post-test of 17.1. Testing the hypothesis obtained calculation results thitung6,036> table = 1.699. The conclusion is that the information services implemented using the film medium can be a positive influence on self-esteem, especially students of class VIII. The advice given is to use the medium of film should be done intensively and more creative by BK teachers in giving information service.Keywords: Confidence, Service Information Using Media Film

    Abstract: Implementation of guidance and counseling services should be based on the needs and problems of students, so the effectiveness of the service will be achieved to the fullest. But the reality is a lot of implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, do not notice it. So that the completion of the problems experienced by students sama.Berangkat always use the services of this, the research level of effectiveness of guidance and counseling that implementation has been using the application activity instrumentation and data sets as the basis for an implementation of the service. The method used is a qualitative research subjects that teachers BK and Students at SMA Negeri 1 Metro. Data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. Research results show that by utilizing activity instrumentation applications and data sets, the counseling services have a high level of effectiveness.     This research was aimed at examining the role of perception of career development and organizational support on the organizational commitment. This study involved seventy nurses of Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Daerah “Mardi Waluyo” Blitar as the subjects of the research. The research data were collected using three scales, that are, scale of perception of career development, organizational support, and organizational commitment.  The hypothesis was that the organizational commitment could be predicted from the perception of career development and organizational support. The data were analyzed with multivariate regression analysis.The results of this research showed that perception of career development and organizational support had very significant role on organizational commitment (F: 6.589; R2 = 0.164; p = 0.003), beside that, perception of career development had very significant with organizational commitment (F = 12.922; r = 0.161; p = 0.001), but the organizational support with organizational commitment was insignificant (F = 0.257; r = 0.003; p = 0.620).Keywords: organizational commitment, career development, organizational support
