    Resilience refers to the pattern of positive adaptation in the face of risk or difficulty (Masten & Coatsworth, 1998; in Luthar, 2003). Adolescents who have experienced less favorable conditions risk factors tend to be more susceptible to irregularities and problem behaviors including risky sexual behavior, but there are also teenagers who have resilience in the face of adversity. Patterns teens are able to survive and recover effectively called resilience. Teens who have high resilience, will have the possibility to grow faster and happier than teens who do not have or lack the ability to bounce back from adversity (Reivich & Shatte, 2002). The basic assumption in the study of resilience is that some individuals remain fine even though it has experienced a situation laden adversity and risky, while some other individuals fail to adapt and mired in adversity or risk a heavier again (Schoon, 2006). Low levels of resilience in adolescents will lead to vulnerability to the risks of adversity that lead to high-risk sexual behavior.Biological development, including gender, personal characteristics of adolescents, the situation in schools, peers, and family is something that has two sides, five things can serve as a protective factor may also be a risk factor for the development of adolescent resilience against risky sexual behavior.     Abstract: This study is attempled to investigate about how improve the speaking ability through Role Play in Anak Bangsa Kindergarten Ciomas Bogor. Hypothesis tested are : there is different between the beginning assessment and the end assessment This study is conducted in TK Anak Bangsa,Ciomas Bogor on March until May  in the second semester 2009/2010. this study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model of action research which consist of the four stage, those are : a) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, 4) reflection . the process of collecting the data is using the techigue of interview, observation, and portofolio. the data is analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of the research shoe that, the learning analysis in the first cycle to the second cycle indicated that, the learning analysis in the first cycle to the second cycle indicated that, significantly theres is increasing oof the speaking ability of student which sight out by the positive respon to speaking ability performen. the quantitave data of student outcome learning is score of speaking performance with rating scale. the student more done their speakin performence ability  with higt result. The research result also concluded that 1) The Role Play can impove speaking ability for kindergarden student, 2) managing and organization the condusive class can improve the speaking ability for kindergarten student, 3) portofolio assessment system improve the speaking ability for kindergarten student, and the other result of this research is Role Play can improve the learning activity and the student outcome learning. Keyword: kindergarten, speaking ability, assessmen

    Focus of this study are (1) describe and analyze the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, (2) find some factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program. This study uses qualitative methods; using interview data collecting technique, tested its validity through triangulation. Subjects in this study are all teachers of guidance and counseling in the Senior High School of Singkawang as many as 10 people as well as principals and supervisors as the informants with the total of 11 people. Results (1) the implementation of evaluation of guidance and counseling program by the teachers still has many weaknesses on each phase of the evaluation, such as not understanding the evaluation models of the guidance and counseling program, how to apply them, and monitoring process that is not done in deeply and in detail, (2) Some factors inhibiting the implementation of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program are lack of knowledge and understanding of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program in the schools, lack of interest in developing professional competencies, and lack of guidance to the teachers in implementing the guidance and counseling evaluation program

    Abstract: This study originated from problems still lack teachers applying positive reinforcement to behavior that indicated the student in the learning process. The research objective to describe: 1) the level of reinforcement application, 2) application of reinforcement schedules, 3) the types of reinforcement, and 4) granting reinforcement by subject teachers. The study population was all students of class XI SMA Adabiah 2 Padang in the academic year 2012/2013, amounting to 325 students. The samples with Simple Random Sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 176 students.Jenis research is descriptive quantitative research. The study was conducted in April 2013. The research instrument Semantic Differential scale. Analysis of data using mean hypothetic results showed the level of application of the reinforcement of subject teachers in the high category, and interpretation of students to the application of reinforcement schedules, types of reinforcement, and reinforcement by way of provision of subject teachers in the learning process positively.Keywords: reinforcement, guidance, and counselingPenelitian ini berawal dari masalah masih rendahnya guru mengaplikasikan reinforcement terhadap perilaku positif yang ditunjukkan  siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) tingkat pengaplikasian reinforcement, 2)  pengaplikasian jadwal reinforcement, 3) jenis-jenis reinforcement, dan 4) cara pemberian reinforcement oleh guru mata pelajaran.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Adabiah 2 Padang  tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 325 siswa. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 176 siswa.Jenis penelitian adalah  deskriptif kuantitatif.  Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2013. Instrumen penelitian skala Semantic Differential.     Abstract: Humans live in this world depends on culture. Culture greatly affect every aspect of human life that occurred as a whole according to the demands and needs. Human activity ranging from waking to sleep again did not escape the influence of culture. Culture is indeed long life for each event experienced by humans is closely related to culture. For example, as socialize with other people very concerned with culture because every human being has their cultural awareness. Just as a counselor when faced counselee when giving guidance and counseling services. The counselor must have the cultural awareness in the face of the counselee for bringing the essence of each culture. In providing guidance and counseling services, counselors need to pay attention to cultural awareness of being able to bring counselees to understand the psychological characteristics such as intelligence (intelligence, emotional, and spiritual), aptitude, attitude, motivation, and others. Budaya memang bersifat long life karena setiap peristiwa yang dialami manusia erat kaitannya dengan budaya. Misalnya seperti bersosialisasi dengan orang lain sangat berhubungan dengan budaya karena setiap insan memiliki kesadaran budaya masing. Seperti halnya seorang konselor jika menghadapi konseli saat memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Konselor harus memiliki kesadaran budaya dalam menghadapi  konseli karena membawa esensi budaya masing-masing. Dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, konselor perlu memperhatikan kesadaran budaya karena mampu membawa konseli memahami karakteristik psikologis seperti kecerdasan (intelegensi, emosional, dan spiritual), bakat, sikap, motivasi, dan lain-lain.     Abstract: This study was motivated by the phenomenon of independent learning elementary school children who tend to be low. This can be observed from the tendency of primary school age children dependent on parents, friends and tutors in the homework, cheating when it replicates and mimics the work of friends. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of information services with symbolic techniques to develop independent learning model of primary school age children. The results showed that the value of t obtained figures on chances of error 0.000 9.682 less than the chance of error (p) = 0.05 or in other forms 0.000 <0.05, which means significant. Furthermore, a different test showed that the average post-test bigger with 59.26 value compared with the value of the pre-test of 49.96. Thus, the alternative hypothesis that reads information service model by using symbolic models can significantly improve student learning independence supported or accepted.Keywords: Independence learning, information services, symbolic modelsPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena kemandirian belajar anak sekolah dasar yang cenderung rendah. Hal ini bisa diamati dari kecenderungan anak usia sekolah dasar tergantung pada orang tua, teman dan guru les dalam mengerjakan PR, menyontek ketika ulangan dan meniru pekerjaan teman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model layanan informasi dengan teknik symbolic model untuk mengembangkan kemandirian belajar anak usia sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t diperoleh angka 9,682 pada peluang kesalahan 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada peluang kesalahan (p) = 0,05 atau dalam bentuk lain 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya signifikan. Selanjutnya uji beda menunjukkan bahwa rerata post test lebih besar dengan nilai 59,26 dibanding dengan  nilai hasil pre test sebesar 49,96. Dengan demikian, hipotesis alternatif yang berbunyi model layanan informasi dengan teknik symbolic model secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa didukung atau diterima. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian belajar, layanan informasi, symbolic mode

    Abstract: The process of preparing to take the test SNMPTN is something that often makes prospective students experiencing various problems. I prepare for the selection of the necessary physical, material, and also psychological. This research was initiated from the problems that occurred in the preparation of the admission public universities by students coming from private schools . These problems such as high school rules violations / lack of discipline, learn less motivated to learn. This condition greatly affects the readiness of students to achieve success SNMPTN pass. This study aimed to describe the readiness of high school students college entrance exams and the role of BK teacher / school counselor. The study population is students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro are 212 students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the questionnaire used as an instrument of collecting data. The results showed that the average score of 80.53 with an average percentage of 26.84%, are in the category is not ready. BK teacher's role in preparing students in private schools that help students related to school by making a counseling program, either individually or in the classical style.     Abstract: Many of the problems related to the implementation of guidance and counseling services. Variable allegedly linked to the issue of counseling services is the professional competence of teachers BK. This study aims to determine the relationship between the professional competence of teachers guidance and counseling to the implementation of guidance and counseling services in SMA as the city Metro. Correlational research approach. The population in this study are all guidance and counseling teacher in SMA as the city Metro and there are 17 teachers guidance and counseling. the total sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use Product Moment formula. With the results obtained with the 0.57 significance level of 5% = 0.514. The conclusion of this study were: 1) the professional competence of teachers guidance and counseling are in the high category, 2) the implementation of guidance and counseling services are in high category, 3) there is a relationship between the professional competence of teachers guidance and counseling to the implementation of guidance and counseling services.Keyword: professional competence, Guidance and Counseling Services

    Abstract: One aspect that affects the independence and confidence teens orphanage to live in the wider environment, and ready to tackle the problems in the struggle for life in the future is self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to describe and improve the efficacy of adolescent orphanage by providing group counseling. Type of research is experimental. The study population is adolescent orphanage upper secondary school age with the number 120. These samples included 51 adolescents orphanage for the control group and 14 adolescents orphanage for the experiment. Group selection of samples using proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument that is the scale of self-efficacy, and data analysis techniques with a t-test. Results of the study are the level of self-efficacy orphanage teenagers are in the low category of being. Group counseling services performed may increase self-efficacy, it is evident from the increase in the average score, and through statistical analysis known that that greater than t 2,897 (2,000), and the significance value 0.005> 0.05. Thus, the group counseling services significantly affect the increase in a self-efficacy teenage orphanage.Keywords: self-efficacy, group counseling, teensSalah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri remaja panti asuhan untuk dapat hidup dalam lingkungan yang lebih luas, dan siap menghadapi permasalahan dalam perjuangan hidup dimasa depan adalah efikasi diri (self efficacy). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran serta meningkatkan efikasi diri remaja panti asuhan dengan memberikan bimbingan kelompok. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen. Populasi penelitian yaitu remaja panti asuhan usia sekolah menengah atas dengan jumlah  120 . Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 remaja panti asuhan untuk kelompok kontrol, dan 14 remaja panti asuhan untuk kelompok eksperimen.Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional  Random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yaitu skala efikasi diri, dan teknik analisis data dengan uji t.       Hasil penelitian yaitu tingkat efikasi diri remaja panti asuhan berada pada pada kategori rendah sedang. Layanan bimbingan kelompok yang dilakukan dapat meningkatan efikasi diri, hal itu terlihat dari peningkatan skor rata-rata, dan melalui analisis statistik diketahui bahwa thit 2,897  lebih besar dari ttab (2.000),dan nilai signifikansi 0,005< 0.05. Dengan demikian layanan bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri remaja  panti asuhan.Kata kunci: efikasi diri,  bimbingan kelompo
