PROFIL PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA PADA MATERI PERBANDINGAN TRIGONOMETRI DI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 TIKKE RAYA DITINJAU DARI GAYA BELAJAR: Profile of understanding concept of students on the comparison of trigonometry material of class X SMA Negeri 1 Tikke Raya reviewed through the learning styles
This study aims to obtain a profile description of students' conceptual understanding of comparative trigonometry material in class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tikke Raya in terms of learning style. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 students of class X who have visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Data collection was carried out by providing learning style questionnaires, written tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicated that: (1) restated the concepts that had been studied by the auditory subject to write down the trigonometric comparison formula completely and correctly, the visual subject could not write the trigonometric comparison formula completely, and the kinesthetic subject could not write the trigonometry comparison formula; (2) Classifying objects based on whether the requirements that form the concept are fulfilled or not, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic subjects are able to classify sin, cos, tan, cosec, sec, and tan based on their angle; (3) Give examples or non-examples of the concepts being studied, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic subjects distinguishing the application and non-application of trigonometry in everyday life; (4) Presenting concepts in the form of pictures, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic subjects are able to illustrate questions in the form of sketches of right-angled triangles; (5) in applying the concept logically, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic subjects use the Pythagorean formula to determine the value of the side length of a right triangle
ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR TIGA VARIABEL (SPLTV) DI SMA NEGERI 9 PALU: Analysis Of Student’s Concept Understanding In Solving Problem Of Three Variabel Linear Equation System (SPLTV) Of The 10th Grade Of SMA Negeri 9 Palu
This study aims to obtain a description of the analysis of conceptual understanding in solving SPLTV problems for students with high, medium, and low mathematical abilities in class X SMA Negeri 9 Palu. In this qualitative research, to obtain data regarding students' conceptual understanding in solving SPLTV problems, test instruments and in-depth interviews were used. The results of the study show that: (1) Subjects have high mathematical abilities and are in good control of understanding concepts because they can restate the concepts contained in SPLTV, based on their existing knowledge so they can solve SPLTV problems, but for subjects with low abilities they have not fully understood restating the concept contained in SPLTV so that it has not been able to solve the problem; (2) Subjects have high mathematical abilities and are in good control of conceptual understanding because they can present the concept of algebraic forms into their mathematical models/algebraic equations, based on the knowledge they already have. However, low-ability subjects have not been able to do so; (3) subjects who have high abilities and are in control of indicators use, utilize, and choose certain procedures and operations that are good because they can use the right SPLTV solving method in accordance with the procedure and can take advantage of algebraic operations, but subjects with low abilities have not been able to do it ( 4) Subjects with high and moderate abilities can apply the concepts contained in SPLTV to solve problems based on the knowledge they already have, but subjects with low abilities have not been able to apply the concepts contained in SPLTV to solve problems
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD BERBANTUAN CABRI 3D UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI JARAK DALAM RUANG DIMENSI TIGA SISWA KELAS XII MAN 2 KOTA PALU
This study aims to obtain a description of the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Cabri 3D software to improve learning outcomes on distance material in the three-dimensional space of class XII Man 2 students in Palu City. The subjects of this study were students of class XII IPA 7 MAN 2 Palu City, totaling 25 people. This research is a Class Action Research that follows the research design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions and observations, (3) reflection. The study was conducted in two cycles. The application of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Cabri 3D software that can improve learning outcomes on distance material in the three-dimensional space of class XII MAN 2 students in Palu City follows the phases, namely: 1) Conveying learning objectives and motivating students, teachers conveying learning objectives, motivating students and providing apperceptions, 2) Presenting material, the teacher presents the material in a creative way using powerpoint and 3D Cabri, 3) Organizing students into cooperative groups, students joining their respective groups and the teacher explaining the responsibilities of students in groups, 4) Guiding groups to work and study, students cooperate with each other and help their group friends, 5) Evaluation, students present the results of group answers and students respond to the results of the presentation, 6) Awarding Awards, teachers give awards to the whole group

This study aims to collect information about the effectiveness of the video-assisted Problem Based Learning model on curved tube side construction material for class XI SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This research is a quantitative experiment with a research design using the One Shot Case Study. Sampling used Simple Random Sampling, class IX B students as an experimental class by applying the video-assisted Problem Based Learning model. The research instrument used was a test to measure the effectiveness of the video-assisted Problem Based Learning model in the form of a short essay test. Data on learning outcomes using statistical analysis t-test using SPSS 16. Criteria for testing one party with dk = n-1 and a significance level of α = 0.05, namely tcount = 5.797>ttable = 1.729 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, it can be concluded that the video-assisted Problem-Based Learning model is effective in material on curved sides in class IX B SMP Negeri 13 Palu, because the average KKM score is greater than or equal to 75
ANALISIS KESALAHAN SISWA KELAS XI MIA 1 MADRASAH ALIYAH AL-KHAIRAAT KALANGKANGAN DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL CERITA BARISAN DAN DERET ARITMETIKA BERDASARKAN TAHAPAN NEWMAN: Error Analysis Of Students in Class XI MIA 1 of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairaat Kalangkangan in Solving Analytical Question of Arithmetic Progression Based on Newman’s Stages
The purpose of this study was to describe of errors made by student in class XI MIA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Al-khairaat kalangkangan in solving narrative questions on arithmetic sequences and series based on newman’s stages. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Subjects were 2 students drawn from 36 class XI MIA 1. The results of this study were (1) no reading error made by the subjects as they able to read out the questions given very well. (2) no of the subjects made a comprehension error, this could be seen during the interview, all research subjects were able to provide known and asked information from the questions. (3) Transformation errors were made by all research subjects. This transformation error is characterized by the subject failing to change the problem into the correct mathematical model and the subject being wrong in determining the formula to be used to solve the problem. (4) Process skill errors were made by all research subjects, this was indicated by the subject knowing the steps to solve the problem but was wrong due to the subject's error at the transformation stage and the subject could not carry out the mathematical calculation process correctly. (5) errors in writing the encoding error were made by all research subjects, this was indicated by the subject not determining the final result of the answer and the subject being wrong in determining the correct answer due to errors made in the previous stage

This study aims to describe students' critical thinking skills in solving SPLDV story problems for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Banawa with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 3 students of class VIII B in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 1 student each with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Data collection techniques used are the provision of tests and interviews. Based on the processed data, it was found that visual learning style subjects were subjects who were able to master the FRISCO indicators (focus, reason, inference, situation, clarity, and overview). Auditory learning style subjects only mastered 4 indicators, namely reason, situation, clarity, and overview. PROFIL PEMECAHAN MASALAH SPLTV SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 BANAWA TENGAH DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA: Profil of SPLTV Problem OF Student Class X SMA Negeri 1 Banawa Tengah Review Through Ability in Mathematics
This study aims to obtain a description of the problem solving profile of SPLTV students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Banawa Tengah in terms of mathematical ability. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were 3 students, namely students who had high, medium and low mathematical abilities based on the problem solving steps proposed by Polya. The results obtained indicate that: (1) Students who have high mathematical abilities use all stages of Polya in solving SPLTV problems. (2) Students who have moderate mathematical ability have not been able to use all of Polya's stages in solving SPLTV problems, the stages in question are in the re-examination stage. However, the subject gives his opinion by explaining using his own language why not re-examine the results of the completion of the given problem. (3) Students who have low mathematical abilities have not been able to go through all the stages of Polya in solving problems, the subject is only able to go through the stage of understanding the problem but the subject needs to read and pay attention to the information on the problem repeatedly
PROFIL PEMAHAMAN MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS VIII A MTs AL-IKHLAS SIPAYO DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH FUNGSI DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA: Mathematical Understanding Profile Of Class VIII A Students At Mts Al-Ikhlas Sipayo In Solving Function Problems Viewed From Mathematics Ability
This research aims to obtain a description of the mathematical understanding of grade VIII A students at MTs Al-Ikhlas Sipayo in solving function problems in view of mathematical ability. This research was designed by using qualitative research. The subjects were consisted of 3 students who had high, intermediate and low abilities. Data were collected through test and interview methods. The results showed: 1) on the indicator of restating the concept of function, high and intermediate mathematics ability students can restate the concept of function correctly. Low math ability students were unable to restate the concept of function. 2) on the indicator of classifying functions according to certain properties in accordance with the function concept, high and moderate mathematics ability students can mention the function properties correctly. Low ability students could not mention the properties of functions. 3) on the indicator of giving examples of functions and not examples of functions, high mathematics ability students can give examples of functions correctly. Students with medium and low math ability could not give examples of functions. 4) on the indicator of serving function problems in the form of mathematical representations, students with high, medium, and low mathematical abilities were able to present functions in the form of mathematical representations. 5) on the indicator of using, utilizing and selecting certain procedures or operations, high and medium mathematics ability students are able to use, utilize and select certain procedures or operations, whereas low mathematics ability students are unable

This study aims to obtain a description of solving sequences problems through the Newman stage in terms of the mathematical ability of grade VIII students of SMPN 19 Palu. The results showed that: (1) highly capable subjects: at the stage of reading problems, can understand question sentences, the stage of understanding problems, can determine what is known and what is asked, the stage of problem transformation, able to determine the methods to be used in the problem solving process, the stage of process skills, can apply problem solving strategies appropriately, the stage of re-checking, can re-examine step by step and Believing the Truth of the Answer. (2) Moderately capable subjects: at the stage of reading problems, able to understand question sentences, at the stage of understanding problems, can determine what is known and what is asked, problem transformation stage, able to determine the methods to be used in the problem solving process but unable to apply existing methods.(3) Low-ability subjects: at the stage of reading the problem, can understand the sentences of the problem, the stage of understanding the problem, only rewrite the information in the problem without being able to convert it into mathematical language
ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA DALAM MEMECAHKAN MASALAH OPEN ENDED PERSAMAAN KUADRAT DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA DI KELAS IX MTsN 1 KOTA PALU: Analysis Of Students Creative Thinking Ability In Solving Open Eended Problems Of Square Equations From The View Of Mathematics Ability In Grade IX MTsN 1 Palu City
This study aims to describe the creative thinking ability of students with high and moderate abilities in solving open ended quadratic equation problems in class XI MTsN 1 Palu City. The two students selected as research subjects consisted of a high-ability student and a medium-ability student. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are tests and interviews. The results showed that the subjects had high and medium abilities, (1) At the fluency stage, high and medium ability subjects met all indicators where students were able to solve the given problems with various ideas or solutions to do the problems, (2) At the flexibility stage, high-ability subjects had met all indicators where students could do in two ways, namely the first to do by factorization and the second to do by using the ABC formula, while moderate ability has not met the fluency indicator because it has not been able to do it in another way, (3) At the novelty stage, high-ability and medium subjects have not met the novelty indicator where students have not been able to create or do it in their own way. High-ability subjects meet 2 indicators so that the level of creative thinking of high-ability subjects is at level 3, namely the creative category. While the subject with moderate ability meets 1 indicator so that the level of creative thinking is at level 1, which is the less creative category
