Studi Kelayakan Finansial dan Penentuan Komposisi Penumpang Sarana Transportasi Masal Monorail dengan Berbagai Skenario Jumlah Penumpang (Studi Kasus Jalur Monorail Kampung Melayu-Roxy)
Jakarta is a city with high level of traffic problems caused by large number of vehicles. To solve this problem, the local government signed the agreement to build a mass rapid transportation (Monorail) which is assumed more comfortable, faster and cheaper. A feasibility study in term of financial analysis to determine which project should be chosen based on total number of passengers scenarios and the composition of passengers in three ticket price levels (Rp. 3500, Rp. 5500, and Rp. 7500) is described in this research. Using the NVP and the payback period methods, this research concluded that scenario 4, with total number of passengers 150000 persons/day, will provide the highest profit (Rp.890.208.651.879) at a composition number of passengers 1:1:1. This project will still be considered feasible if the total number of passengers decrease at the level of max 42%/day. The lost position is at the level 75000 passengers / day with composition of passengers 2:2:1. At a level of 75000 passengers / day, the project will profit by the increase number of passengers up to 100000/day at 3rd year, with the composition 3:2:1. Another alternative is by establishing a ticket price at Rp2500 for the first 2 years operation time and at Rp. 1000 for the next 20 years, with total number of passengers is 75000 in 1st year, 100000 in 2nd, 125000 in 3rd, 150000 at 4th and continues at this level until the 20th year. The profit will be at Rp 831.133.279.548 by that time and the payback period is 9 years and 1.7 months, predicted.Keywords: Financial Analysis, NPV, Payback Period, Monorai

Analisis Distribusi Waktu Kerusakan Mesin pada Lini Produksi Cylinder Comp K-XX (Studi Kasus: PT XYZ)
Technologies development has led industries to the usage of machinery. It certainly will give more output to increase the responsiveness of customers’demand. However, as a machine has a lot of advantages, it will also bear some disadvantages which one of them is downtime issue. A big amount of downtime in a machine will decrease the production overall efficiency. Efforts have been made since a long time ago to overcome downtime issue which one of them that is frequently used is preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance planning can be implemented if reliability assessment has been made on the related machine, so the preventive maintenance interval can be determined. At XYZ’s corporation, there are two machines which were determined as the object for these report, RB037 and HO012P. Time Between Failure (TBF) of RB037 follows the normal distribution with mean equals to 171,22, standard deviation equals to 107,003, and has an increasing hazard rate. In the other side, HO012P follows the Weibull distribution with shape characteristics equals to 3,067 and scale characteristics equals to 577,96 and has an increasing hazard rate too. Between these two machines, RB037 has bigger hazard rate than HO012P, so further preventive maintenance should be planned well.Keywords: Downtime, Preventive Maintenance, Reliability
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Consumer Decision Making Process (Studi Kasus Rumah Makan Bebek Sinjai Madura)
The object of this study is RM Bebek Sinjay in Bangkalan Madura. The method used is the path analysis to see and analyze the variables model of consumer decision making process. The results showed that the purchasing decisions of consumers RM Bebek Sinjay accordance with the stages model of consumer decision making process. Variable problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation and purchase decision has a significant influence in shaping the research model. Research variables have mutually reinforcing positive values in shaping the research model. RM Bebek Sinjay should consider the balance of the variables that make up the model of consumer decision making process if it is to retain its consumers. Analisa Total Productive Maintenance terhadap Produktivitas Kapal/Armada Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada PT. Global Trans Energy International
Industrial development in the coal mining sector is a government effort to increase the foreign exchange. By seeing the potential, the marine transportation service company for the bulk cargo of coal, the company has a problem that is often happening in customer satisfaction, one of it is low efficiency and effectivity of the ship due to incompetence in the maintenance management of the ship appropriately. By calculating the productivity of the ship by using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ship. The measurement is done by calculating the level of Availability Rate, Performance Rate, and Quality Yield. From the measurement, we can see Six Big Losses to facilitate in identifying the causes of the productivity which is below the standard ideal value. During January - December 2014 Overall Equipment Effectiveness values are ranged from 73.63% to 88.05% with an average value 80.58%. This proves that the ship operations throughout 2014 have not reached the ideal state yet. Seen from the value obtained is lower than the ideal standard is ≥85%. The cause of OEE low value is due to the effect of idling and minor stoppages amounted to 2.69% and 1.91% losses breakdown caused by Human, Methods, Engineering, and Environment factors.Keywords: Efficiency, Effectivity, Productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses
Analisis Masalah Kualitas pada M/C Crank Shaft M2 dengan Menggunakan Tool Capability Process di PT XYZ, Pegangsaan Dua, Jakarta
Process Capability is a tool that is often used in the process of quality improvement, especially for process improvement. This study uses a process capability analysis on crank shaft production line 2 for motorcycles. By using normality test data and process capability indices for calculation of Cp/Cpk, shows that most of the data obtained are not normally distributed, so need to transform the data into normal, which can then be followed by the calculation of process capability. For the calculation of Cp/Cpk, it was found that there were some machines that still need to get tight control to meet the specification. It shows that mass production is still less stable. In order to meet the specifications, it is necessary to improve the quality of the repair process to reduce the variation in the process.Keywords: Process Capability, Quality Control, Process Improvemen
Pengaruh Indikator-Indikator Kualitas Layanan dari Bagian Layanan Mahasiswa dan Kualitas Produk Portal Mahasiswa Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa
This research was aimed to analyze whether Service Quality of Student Service and Quality Product Web influenced Student Satisfaction. Addressing the following questions of Student Service and Quality Product Web to students Strata One Program at Bunda Mulia University in order to find out if they affected student’s satisfaction. The 302 respondents surveyed from 3582 population at academics year of 2011/2012 using Stratified sampling method, which each of study Program were being surveyed averaging 30 respondents per study program. Multiple Regressions estimated technique was employed to analyzing the data using SPSS 16.0 version. The results show that Service Quality of Student Service and Quality Product Web significantly influenced Student Satisfaction. More detailed of Service Quality dimensions significantly influenced student satisfaction are Reliability and Assurance that must be improved by Student Service. While Quality product dimensions which significantly influenced student satisfaction are Reliability Web and Conformance Web that must be improved by Information Technology department
Pengaruh Karakteristik UKM pada Kapabilitas Inovasi dan Kinerja Inovasi UKM (Studi Kasus pada Sentra IKM Alas Kaki Jawa Timur)
Footwear industries get the priority in East Java Province because of their big contribution to the economy and labor absorption. In order to survive and to achieve the competitive advantage they need to do innovation. The innovation capabilities can be measured through Technological Innovation Capabilities (TIC), while the innovation performance can be assessed with Technological Innovation Performance (TIP). This research was conducted to identify SMEs characteristics (scale, age, and product type) and to analyze whether there were different impacts of those characteristics on TIC and TIP. Data collection was completed through questionnaire distribution to 192 footwear SMEs in three footwear center in East Java (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Mojokerto). The grand mean of each dimension of TIC and TIP was obtained by calculating the results of questionnaire which used Likert scale. The grand mean can be as a description of TIC and TIP level in those three areas. For TIC, the majority footwear SMEs were on the medium and high level. The highest level of TIC was achieved by footwear SMEs in Mojokerto (4.09), Surabaya got a medium (3.18), and Sidoarjo obtained the lowest (2.81). For TIP, the majority of footwear SMEs had the medium and low level. Footwear SMEs in Sidoarjo held the highest level (3.05), then the footwear SMEs in Mojokerto (2.86), and the lowest is footwear SMEs in Surabaya (2.05). Based on the MANOVA analysis it can be recognized that almost all characteristics of footwear SMEs (scale, age, product type) gave no significant impacts on TIC and TIP. Except among footwear SMEs in Surabaya the age of SMEs had an effect on TIC and TIP.Keywords: Footwear SMEs, Innovation Capabilities, Innovation Performanc
Analisis Preferensi Mahasiswa Jakarta Terhadap Kartu Layanan Prabayar GSM
The global market for telecommunication industries is expanding rapidly. This situation has also increased the competition among prepaid card service providers in this sector. In order to retain the customer, the service providers must be able to identify the customer needs. In this study, conjoint analysis is applied to examine the service attributes that become the student’ preferences in choosing prepaid cards. Then, the cluster analysis is used to group the preferences based on the demographic aspects. Produk Minuman Isotonik: Kajian Positioning Berdasarkan Uji Cochran
Isotonic beverages, known as energetic drinks, vitamins and serves to replace the ions of the body have long been sold in Indonesia with the various brands. This study seeks to determine whether isotonic drinks branded as Vitazone, Mizone and Pocari Sweat still fit the image initially or not. This study uses primary data from filling the questionnaire by 160 respondents. Data were analyzed using Cochran test. From the test results already known that isotonic drinks are not regarded as energetic drinks, vitamin and ion replaces the body again, but almost the same with drinks relieving thirst with delicious flavors that are easily found in stores at an affordable price.Keywords: Cochran Test, Positioning, Isotonic Beverage
