Get PDFThis research is motivated by an abstract learning system, the explanation still uses words that require students to really understand the subject of study without using interesting learning media so that students are less enthusiastic in learning, as well as in the teaching materials used by educators. not all have character payloads. This study aims to produce learning media in the form of Character Student Worksheets (LKPD) so that students are enthusiastic in the learning process. The research procedure uses the ADDIE development model (Robert Maribe Brach) and the Borg and Gall method, namely analysis, research dan initial information collection, product planning or design, initial testing, and product revision. Data collection techniques are qualitative in the form of revisions by media experts, material experts and learning practitioners, and quantitative data from assessment questionnaires. The results of this study are (1) the assessment of media experts obtained 4.9 and from material experts score obtained was 4.5 from the range of 4.3 to 5 using the MV calculation which is declared very valid or feasible to use. (2) The assessment from the first learning practitioner score was 4.35 and from the second learning practitioner obtained score was 4.2 from the range of 3.5 to 4.2 using the MV calculation which was declared valid or feasible to use. (3) The assessment of all students obtained score was 4.53 from the range of 4.3 to 5 using the MV calculation is declared very valid or feasible to use
DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL FLIPBOOK TRAINING MEDIA FOR SWEET BREAD VARIATIONS
No full textThis research aims to develop digital flipbook training media for sweetbread variations that can be used as learning media for bakery training programs, as well as to analyze the feasibility of the digital flipbook training media for sweetbread variations developed. This media was developed using the research and development (R&D) method and adapting the ADDIE development model. The development steps of this research are as follows: 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation; and 5) Evaluation. This training media has gone through a validation process carried out by material experts, media experts, and also linguists. Validation tests conducted by material experts obtained results of 96% with very good qualifications, 93% for linguists with very good qualifications and 89% for media experts with good qualifications. At the training participant test stage, a one-on-one test was carried out on 3 participants, a small group test was conducted on 8 people, and a field group test was carried out on 15 people. In the one-on-one test, 84% of the results obtained with good qualifications needed revision, 89% of the small group assessment results with good qualifications needed revision, and 90% of the group's assessment results were very good. qualification. The conclusion shows that the digital flipbook training medium for the sweet bread variation can be well received by users when used as a training medium

The study case is about the development and the starting point of the existence of Likurai traditional dance of Belu Tribe in Bhakti Jaya Village, district of Meliau, the regency of Sanggau, West Kalimantan Province. Descriptive methodology in a form of qualitative research and using an anthropology approach. The sources of data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation, with key sources namely, Mr. Dominikus Nahak, Mr. Muhammad Iwanie and Miss Ursula Uluk. Techniques to test validity using extension of observation and Triangulating of compiled data sources was systematically analyzed. Likurai dance is a traditional dance that was originally came from a village called Kereana, Botin Leobele district, the regency of Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. The dance was introduced by a transmigrant society that was migrated from East Nusa Tenggara to Bhakti Jaya Village, the district of Meliau, Sanggau regency, West Kalimantan in the year of 1992. The dance started to develop and became well-known since 1998 until 2019. The uniformity of the transmigrant society is one of the main reasons behind the sustainability of Likurai dance in Bhakti Jaya Village. On the other, there is a risk that this traditional dance would be fading away due to the lack of the dance personnel and lack of interest in the younger generation as well as lack of assistance and motivation from the local government is feared to be an obstacle to the development of Likurai Dance

Get PDFThis research aims to measure the level of teacher’s competency in creating Plan of Leraning Implementation at SMP Setia Bhakti Bandung. This is considered importand because the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is one of the important indicators in the realization of quality learning activity. Thi is occurred because the RPP is used as a guide and the main reference for teachers in carrying out the process of learning and teaching activities. Therefore, it is important to asses the level of teacher’s competency in creating RPP. This is a school action research with descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique is a direct observation, using the form of observation instrument. Then, the data collection was carried out three times during the research period: pre-cycle, cycle 1, and 2. The data analysis technique used started with data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Further, this research used a total sampling technique, reaching 20 respondents. Then, the result revealed that In House Training (IHT) can improve teahers’ competency at SMP Setia Bhakti Bandung in creating RPP. This condition proves by the number of percentage of teacher’s competency which reached approximately 76,00%

Teachers play an important role in increasing children's spiritual quotient because teachers deal directly with students in class through the teaching and learning process. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in increasing the spiritual quotient of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The subjects in the study were teachers of class A PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan. The research location is in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. The teacher's role as a guide in improving children's spiritual quotient, the teacher always directs, supervises, and guides every activity inside and outside the classroom so that children understand religious values and children are able to apply them themselves, 2. The role of the teacher as a motivator in improving children's spiritual quotient, namely the teacher always encourages children when children are able to answer and participate in activities well, and the teacher gives rewards for what children have done, 3. The role of the teacher as a facilitator in improving children's spiritual quotient, namely the teacher provides and provides facilities to help children improve their spiritual quotient. thus the role that the teacher has implemented to improve the spiritual quotient of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan has been carried out properly

This study aims to describe the application of the conversation method in developing oral language skills in children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten. This research method is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources for this study were 2 B1 class teachers, 15 B1 class children, and 1 B1 class child's parents. The research was conducted at Kindergarten. The research was conducted using three techniques, namely observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the application of the conversational method in developing oral language skills in children aged 5-6 years at teachers use the conversational method in developing oral language skills of children aged 5-6 years, the application of the conversational method Proficiency is carried out through questions and answers between the teacher and children, conversation activities are carried out when teaching in class and outside the classroom. From the application of the conversation method, the child's oral language skills are increasingly developing, the child becomes more courageous to speak and express his wishes, and the child can interact and socialize with teachers and peers
PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN SKUB PADA PT GAM-KMS DESA TEBEDAK KABUPATEN LANDAK
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to find: 1) Compensation for SKUB employees, 2) Job satisfaction of SKUB employees, 3) The effect of compensation on SKUB employee job satisfaction. The form of this research is a correlation/associative study with a quantitative approach. The population is SKUB (General Monthly Employee Status) employees who work at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency. A sample of 118 employees was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents and uses documentation methods to complete the data needed to conduct research. The analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that: 1) The effect of providing compensation to SKUB employees is very high with a percentage of 87.97%. 2) SKUB employee job satisfaction in the company is classified as high with a percentage of 88.26%. 3) Compensation has an influence on SKUB job satisfaction at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency by 39.2%. Based on the SPSS results, a sig value = 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, so it was rejected and accepted. This means that "There is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction of SKUB employees at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency.

Thisresearch data is in the form of interviews and questionnaires aboutobstacles in the implementation of thematic learning during thecovid-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis show First, there arestill many teachers who do not conduct context analysis beforemaking lesson plans, do not analyze the learning media used, do notcoordinate with other teachers and do not provide feedback tostudents. Second, WhatsApp and Google Classroom are the mostwidely used applications as learning media. Third, there are severalobstacles experienced by teachers and students during theimplementation of online learning, namely internet access andquotas. Fourth, schools need to provide support to teachers andstudents, especially in providing internet access. Fifth, both studentsand teachers miss face-to-face learning activities directly
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI BERBASIS APLIKASI TELEGRAM PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA MATERI TATA SURYA
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the feasibility of animated video media based on the telegram application in science learning in grade VI Elementary School. This study uses a Borg and Gall research and development approach with nine development steps. The trial was carried out at SD Negeri 19 Sungai Raya in class VI. The research instrument is a validation questionnaire sheet and test questions. Based on the results of testing and validation, this product is valid and suitable for use in learning. The results of the validation analysis of material experts, media experts, student responses and class VI teachers stated that this product was valid and suitable for use after being revised. The results of the analysis of student achievement showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes after students used the product in learning. The learning outcomes of students after using this product are as many as 2 students with a "low" increase, 3 students with an "moderate" increase in learning outcomes, and 12 students with an increase in "High" learning outcomes

Get PDFThis study aims to find out an overview of wedding party traditions and civic culture that exists in wedding party traditions in members of the Pelimpaan Village community, Jawai District, Sambas Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools use observation guides, interview guides and documentation tools. The data analysis in this study was presented descriptively qualitatively, with ten informants, namely Village Heads, Religious Leaders, Hamlet Heads, RT Chairmen and six community members. The results showed: (1) The tradition of wedding parties in community members in Pelimpaan village consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, kaccik day, and bassar day. The preparatory stage begins with nyaro' meetings, making tarups, making emper-empers, borrowing glassware. Kacik day held ngantar pakatan, mulang-repatriating and eating besaprah events. The big day has zikir al- barzanji activities, Qur'anic khataman, besaprah meal, belarak, and bridal peace meal. (2) The culture of citizenship that exists in the marriage tradition of members of the Pelimpaan village community is civility, responsibility, self-discipline, care, solidarity and tolerance
