    Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Pelayanan PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Ambon Menggunakan Metode Servqual dan Lexicon Based

    Abstract— PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Ambon Branch is one company that is engaged in the field of services is always trying to provide the best service to the community. With the competition being so tight tight, it should the company to do is continue to keep customers want and remain faithful to use his services. The purpose of this study is to find customer satisfaction of services provided from post office Ambon branch through the questionnaire data. This research uses a servqual model and lexicon based method. Servqual model is a method of descriptive models that describe the level of customer satisfaction. Servqual model consist of five servqual dimension and GAP analysis. Lexicon based method is a simple method for analysis of the questionnaire data to the reality of service that perceived by customers. The results of this paper will be used to make post office aware of their customer satisfaction and also to identify wich part of the services needs to be improved. Keywords— Customer, GAP Analysis, Lexicon Based, POS Indonesia, Servqual Model

    Sundanese Alphabet is one of the Indonesian cultural heritage. The preservation of Sundanese Alphabet is a task that should be done by Indonesian people as one of the ways to protect the existence of Sundanese Alphabet, one of them is by knowing kinds of Sundanese Alphabet which are divided into 4 parts, such as Ngalagena, Pangwilang, Swara and Panyora. The implementation of Information Technology (IT) is a must to be done as the innovation to get all kinds of information. The Efforts to introduce the Sundanese Alphabet is by making an application based technology Augmented Reality, therefore in this research, is created an application of Augmented Reality based on Android by using Marker-Based Tracking. The model system to support this research is by using Luther-Sutopo version, who says that six steps (Concept, Design, Materials Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution). The results of this research are the application that has been made can show 3D of Sundanese alphabet object that will appear in 4 different markers. Based on the results of survey assessment to this application is 93% on very strong criteria, so this application can be accepted well by the users

    Children with autism are characterized by symtomps and delays in cognitive fields, social interaction, and behaviors that appear before the age of three. Parents sometimes do not know if their child has autism so they do not know how to cope. It is necessary to design a diagnosys system so that parents can know and detect the autism disorder as early as possible. The classification system is using Naïve Bayes method by comparing the probability result for each three category (aloof, passive, active but odd).     EVALUASI ALGORITMA RUNUT BALIK DAN SIMULATED ANNEALING PADA PERMAINAN SUDOKU

    Sudoku is one of the popular puzzle games in many countries. How to solve this game is being the Non Polynomial Completeness problem. Because of that, a lot of research has been done to find the most effective algorithm completing Sudoku. This study presents the evaluation of algorithm in completing the Sudoku 2 x 2 and 3 x 3. The most common algorithm is brute force and backtracking. There is also simulated annealing algorithm. The evaluation is done by comparing the step of each algorithm to solve the Sudoku and also their running time. The result of this evaluation shows the differences of each algorithm characteristic in solving this Sudoku problem. By comparing the result of this study, the most effective algorithm can be chosen. Based on the test, concluded that the backtracking algorithm is more effective than the simulated annealing algorithm which the value reach 50%

    Diabetic Retinopathy is a disease that strikes the retina of the eye in patients who have diabetes mellitus. Medical examination against sufferers of Diabetic Retinopathy is done with observation directly by eye surgeons. In this case, eye retinal images are taken using the camera the fundus. Retinal fundus Photographs resulted from fundus cameras usually are not able to give a clear picture against the retinal blood vessels. This makes it difficult for doctor to analyze images of the retina. It takes a relatively long time to find out the results of the examination. Overcoming these weaknesses, a system was built using a computational model to change the retina image pixel retina into a feature of the retina. So it can help the doctor to decide medical actions quickly and precisely. In this research a system that can detect and classify the diabetic retinopathy was created, using local binary pattern method to extract the characteristics and learning vector quantization method for the classification process. Local binary pattern will generate an image of a uniform which has the most image information. The image will be a characteristics vector as input to the method of classification learning vector quantization. The results of the testing show that the number of levels of extraction of characteristics affect the results of the classification, in this case the best accuracy results is 85%.Keywords— Diabetic Retinopathy, Fundus Image, Local Binary Pattern, Pre-Processing, Learning Vector Quantization

    Performance Analysis of NFS Protocol Usage on VMware ESXi Datastore

    Hypervisor virtualization that uses bare metal architecture allows to allocate and provide resources for each created virtual machines. Resources such as: CPU and memory, can be added or upgraded anytime to the host hardware (virtualization server) to be able to create more virtual machines. However, upgrading the hard drive size cannot be done anytime if there are already have data or virtual machine that has fully operated on the host hardware, related to the raid system and the establishment of hard drive partition.Upgrading hard drive size on virtualization server can be done by using NFS protocol on NAS server. VSphere ESXi able to use NFS protocol and store the virtual disk that is used by virtual machine as guest operating system on network storage besides using local hard drive (host hardware hard drive). When the virtual machine want to run the guest operating system, it will request to write/read virtual disk there is stored on NAS by using NFS protocol through the network.In this research, measurements has been taken on data communication performance due the usage of NFS as virtual machine’s datastore in addition to local hard drive usage on server’s device. Measurements were performed by sending various data size from client to server (virtual machine) and measure write/read speed on server’s cache memory and hard drive, and measure RTT (Round-trip Time) delay between client-server.     Bioinformatics research is currently working on the changing of the DNA information, and marking the mutation for the DNA. For comparing DNA and finding out how two DNA can have similarities, bioinformatics using algorithms that works in global alignment and local alignment. The global alignment is comparing all the characters in sequence while the local only take a piece of characters from the alignment.  This study proposes two algorithms for processing the DNA sequence in global alignment. The akgorithms are Needleman-Wunsch and Lempel-Ziv algorithms. These algorithms work with building a scoring matrix and create an alignment based on the matrix. The experiment is conducted by testing DNA sequences randomly with the length less than 1000 characters and more than 1000 characters. Needleman-Wunsch leading with processing speed up to 1 miliseconds for less than 1000 character dataset and 42 miliseconds for more than 1000 characters dataset, while Lempel-Ziv is leading the processing speed on specific case of perfect phrase in DNA sequence
