Perbandingan Algoritma Genetika dan TSP Untuk Optimalisasi Jaringan Akses Fiber To The Home
Genetic algorithm and TSP are methods that can be solve optimization problem of route or path. This paper discusses the application of genetic algorithms and Traveling Salesman Problem modeling (TSP) to those problems. The process of genetic algorithm is the principle of natural selection to find the shortest route, while TSP is Optimization issues to find the shortest journey for traveling traders who want to visit several cities. In addition, this paper compares genetic algorithms with TSP in finding the shortest route. The shortest route search is performed on the ODP device (Optical distribution point) on the FTTH access network passed by the salesman. The results is an optimal routes using genetic algorithms at 4.46 km, on 38 generations of 50 generations. While in TSP modelling is obtained an optimal route at 4.45 km on the second experiment of the twelve experiments. This route will affect the performance of the data transmission process on the FTTH access network, when this network attenuation is less than 28 dB (based on International Telecommunication Union standard). Keywords—  TSP, Genetic Algorithm, Optimization, FTTH
SISTEM PENGENALAN SUARA BAHASA INDONESIA UNTUK MENGENALI AKSEN DAERAH
In performing theater sometimes feature regional stories that use the characteristic accents of the displayed areas and there is a theater that uses the linguist to know the accent from the area so that the characters who want to staged to deepen the role. However, sometimes theater does not have a linguist to know the accent used is correct or not. Therefore, it takes a technology that can recognize the Indonesian voice using accents that can help linguists recognize regional accents called speech recognition. Voice recognition process is divided into two main parts of the method of feature extraction and pattern recognition methods. In this research we use Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) characteristic extraction method and pattern recognition method using Vector Quantization (VQ). The results of this test, the built application can be used to recognize the sound of Indonesian language using accent areas of Malay and sunda. To recognize sounds more effective with sounds that use the sentence because the value of voice features that use more sentences than the value of voice traits that use the word. Thus, the results obtained with a high accuracy using the sentence that is 80% for Malay Accents sentence and 80% for the Sundanese accent sentence. Then, for the accuracy of using the word "pergi" is 40% for the word using accent Malay and 60% for the word using Sundanese accent. Meanwhile, for the accuracy of using the word "persib" which is 90% for the word using accents Malay and 70% for words using Sundanese accents. Keywords—Speech Recognition, Accents, Linear Predictive Coding, Vector Quantizatio
Implementasi Fault Management (Manajemen Kesalahan) Pada Network Management System (NMS) Berbasis SNMP
The use of computer network technology to meet the needs of information quickly and diverse, resulting in the increasingly widespread and increasing complexity of a computer network. Therefore, we need a supporting facility to be able to supervise the network element that is by using Network Management System (NMS). The NMS model established by ISO includes 5 conceptual areas, there are Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security Management (FCAPS). One area that will be implemented in this research is Fault Management. The mechanism that will be used for error management is by detecting the occurrence of errors and sending notifications via email when the error appears, then logging report and make a diagnosis and to further recommend the solution to the error. The type of error reported in this system is errors when there is a failure of connectivity on the network device, errors due to services that are not running and not in accordance with the request, errors when high RAM usage, CPU load increases and the use of hard drives which started full. From the research results obtained, built NMS can send error notification and give solution recommendation via email to the network admin so if there is a network error, Fault Management activities can be done as early as possible so that the problem does not result in the deterioration of network quality. Kata kunci--Network Management; NMS; Fault Management; SNMP; System InformationÂ
Model Integrasi Sistem dengan Pendekatan Metode Service Oriented Architecture dan Model View Controller pada Pusat Penelitian Perkembangan Iptek Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia
The administration management as an activity and institute’s main task which is also called as Back Office System, supported by several information systems. The data need and information in one information system cannot be fulfilled only by one information source, but it needs a composition from a two or more sources in one institute/organization. To solve this problem, we need an architecture model which can solve integration system between different information systems. This Integrated Information System Design Research Method uses Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach as the architecture base, Model View Controller (MVC) method as the model in the programming (coding). The applied development method SOA utilizes Service Oriented Modelling and Architecture (SOMA) development system, it is a system design method which classifies business process in to a service group. The SOA application is because of its loosely coupled, highly interoperable, reusable and interoperability characteristics cause SOA reliable in information development and integration. While the integrated information system which is built using MVC method, easier to be maintained and developed. Abstract – Kebutuhan akan kemudahan pelayanan yang di dapatkan oleh Demand for ease of service in getting by the public from the World the Banking, has its own contribution hearts everyday life. Regardless of these advantages, the banking sector is also characterized by shortages arising from the application of the procedures used, especially within the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia TBK Parigi Branch Office is one branch of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Manado region that wants continue to improve the pattern of banking services. The situation can be seen from the number of stacking of customers queuing for services provided by the Bank. Thus, this study will be focused on the simulation and implementation of Queue System Online at PT. Bank BNI branched office TBK Parigi. The aim of the implementation of this system is to reduce the accumulation of customers that can not be predicted. This study resulted in an online queue system that serves to reduce the number of queues that can not be predicted. Cybercrime because of the people who are not responsible, with the aim of damaging, modifying, and eliminating one's data, one of them with hacking techniques to be able to infiltrate into the data storage makes it easy to commit a crime. Treatment can be performed on cybercrime using forensic science as a problem solver. Cybercrime has digital evidence as traces of a criminal case, with digital evidence forensic science analysis to find out what activities performed on a criminal case. This study analyzed digital evidence on the network by utilizing Raspberry pi as a medium for hacking the network and to obtain digital evidence on the network . Aplikasi E-Commerce Sebagai Jembatan Perancang dan Konsumen Pada T-Shirt Design
Abstract — In Indonesia, there is still not a special website that accommodates designers to design, to sell t-shirts with their own design, most websites only sell t-shirts. Abroad, some websites have been selling design t-shirts such as Teespring. Teespring makes it easy to create, sell, and order custom t-shirts, but has the disadvantage that the price is less affordable for the people of Indonesia. T-Shirt Design is an e-commerce website that makes it easy to create, sell and order custom t-shirts with affordable prices. T-Shirt Design embraces designers as sellers with their own design products and accomodate selling their custom t-shirts. T-Shirt Design will process orders from designer/seller and display t-shirt products that have ready to sell to consumer. Consumer can order, buy t-shirt product, and pay it. After receiving the product, consumer will give the feedback that use to improve serving, accuration, expedition. Sistem Pakar untuk Menentukan Penyakit dengan Gejala Kaki Bengkak Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining
Abstract— Leg swelling is a symptom of a disease that can cause death if left untreated. Treating the symptoms of swollen legs needed an expert in the field of health. An expert system is a system that adopts human knowledge to solve a specific problem usually needed an expert. The expert system will be used to assist users in diagnosing diseases that lead to leg swelling. An expert system will be developed with a forward chaining method and the method of representation of production rules. System that has been built has been tested with 50 cases of medical records, which the system can diagnose 76% of the disease if the data is complete and detailed, but is only able to diagnose 22% to 32% if the data is incomplete
