Today in the era of globalization, the influence of technology is very important, for we can notice its role in all aspects of human life. Exercise is an important thing to consider for healthy life. Run is the simplest sport option and can be done by almost all circles and layers of society. The problem is, people are too busy so do not have enough free time and free space to go to exercise. Treadmill is the tool used to solve the solution. By using the treadmill, people can exercise to run without having to get out from their house. However, in its use people sometimes have an accident because they do not understand the functions of features on the treadmill. Metode K-Means Clustering dengan Atribut RFM untuk Mempertahankan Pelanggan
The effort to keep customers is one of the important CRM strategies in each business that can increase profits for the company. The XYZ workshop which became the case study in this study focused more on attracting customers than implementing customer retention strategies. The aim of this research was to analyze customer transaction data in the XYZ workshop using the K-Means clustering method with RFM attributes to classify customers and determine appropriate strategies to retain customers. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, whereas data analysis was carried out through the stages of data selection, preprocessing, transformation, processing and continued with RFM strategy analysis. The results of this study obtained 5 clusters with different strategies according to the RFM score obtained. This strategy can be used by XYZ workshop as a strategy to retain customers to provide more benefits. 
Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Retribusi Pada Usaha Kecil Dan Sektor Usaha Informal Menggunakan Location Based Service Untuk Mendukung Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah
Based on UU No. 9 of 1995, Small Enterprises are small-scale people's economic activities and meet the criteria of net worth of at most two hundred million rupiahs or have annual sales of at most one billion rupiahs and own ownership in the form of individual businesses. The government seeks to empower the business world to improve the growth of the business climate, fostering and developing so that small businesses are able to grow and strengthen themselves into strong and independent businesses. The issue that is developing at this time is not optimal data collection of people who have small businesses from the informal business sector due to the form of their business which is individual and not incorporated so that the lack of Regional Original Income can be obtained by the country. Many small businesses take place outside the formal sector from economic transactions formed by the country, but have the potential to increase business service fees. The informal sector refers to small businesses that are managed by individuals or families but are not equipped with adequate business licensing, red zone violations, reluctance in reporting tax obligations, non-compliance with labor regulations that regulate work contract issues, and have no legal guarantees in dealing with suppliers / customer. This research was compiled to create an information system capable of increasing the sources of Regional Original Income, especially those originating from regional retribution in accordance with UU No. 28 of 2009, namely business service fees which are regional levies as payment for special business services provided and / or provided by regional government for the benefit of individuals or legal entity. The using of the Location Based Service method on the software that is built will be able to handle and coordinate information on small businesses in each region so that it can help local governments to manage Regional Original Income specifically Business Services Retribution optimally. 
Evaluasi Tingkat Kapabilitas Kinerja Layanan TI pada Layanan Internet Bidang A Menggunakan Framework COBIT 5 Domain MEA 01 (Studi Kasus : Satuan Organisasi XYZ – Lembaga ABC)
Information technology (IT) has a very important issue to support business activities in the organization. IT for business has a huge impact on the sustainability of the organization. Bidang A's objective in the Indikator Kerja Utama (IKU) is the implementation of reliable information technology, so Bidang A makes Service Level Agreement (SLA) for agreement level of service quality. For Bidang A requires evaluation to assess the level of service performance capability and makes recommendations to IT services that have not achieved (IKU) in the RENSTRA of Satuan Organisasi XYZ. Bidang A started implementing the COBIT 5 framework as the current governance update action. Bidang A has not yet assessed whether the implementation of the COBIT 5 framework on Bidang A's Internet service has gone well, so this evaluation activity is an initial evaluation of IT Service Performance and IT capability level using the COBIT 5 framework as a measurement tool. The domains used in COBIT 5 are Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA). MEA01 is used because MEA01 collects, validates, and evaluates IT business and IT process objectives to provide performance transparency, conformity and drive achievement of organizational goals
Kajian Konsep MIT 90’s Sebagai Salah Satu Kerangka Kerja untuk Membangun Sistem Informasi Bisnis
The development of information systems brings a big change to organizations and companies. Information systems can be utilized by the organization or company as core competencies because it can be used in assisting decision-making. This study aims to show the development of MIT 90's and demonstrate that MIT 90's is one of the best frameworks used to plan, develop and implement information systems. This study does not thoroughly describe the understanding and development of MIT 90's because this research has not examined all available sources. However, this study contributes to the improvement of MIT 90's theory and practice for the development of information systems within organizations and companies. The approach in this study was conducted by reviewing and synthesizing scientific papers and publications related to MIT 90’s. This study addresses the following: MIT 90's development seen from the definitions and factors (elements) within the MIT 90's; MIT 90's supporting factors as a framework for building information systems; implementation of MIT 90's to help organizations and companies build appropriate information systems. The results show that MIT 90's is suitable to be used as one of the frameworks for building information system
Sistem Penyeleksi Penerima Bantuan Beras Miskin Kauman Kidul Menggunakan Metode Weighted Product Berbasis Mobile
The problem of poverty is one of the problems that has not been resolved yet in almost all developing countries such as Indonesia. The problem of poverty also affects the health education and income. The government has conducted various means to overcome the problem of poverty but it still has not been decreased yet because of a lot of errors in the distribution of assistance. Decision support system (DSS) is one of the methods to resolve the problem of poverty and errors in the distribution of assistance. Weighted Product methods (WP) is included of category of DSS which very suitable to select many of criteria that have provided by the government. WP method also gives results that are calculated very accurately and can be called as a method of ranking. This system becomes the solution and makes the distribution of assistance easier for administrative village officers. The system is used to select acceptance to help poor rice-based mobile. Using Weighted Product method, this system can run well proved by the valid result of comparison of Excel calculation with the calculation of existing algorithms in the system
Penerapan Firebase Realtime Database Pada Prototype Aplikasi Pemesanan Makanan Berbasis Android
In this modern era, the action of information retrieval process and meals ordering in the culinary business become a trending issue, from the information about the lowest until the expensive prices, and from the foods stalls until the luxurious restaurant. One of the samples in Warung Lawas in Salatiga city, whereas the process of searching and ordering foods are still manual which is the customers must find the place to eat and order the meals manually, therefore the process of culinary business in this present time is not really effective yet in saving the time. Nowadays, by employing firebase technology named ‘realtime database’ which is highly developed, for this reason an application to order the meals is made by using ‘cloud computing’ technology with ‘realtime database’ firebase based on Android. The use of ‘realtime database’ firebase aims to transfer the data ‘realtime’ because in that way the process of ordering by using the application will be faster. The result of this research is to point out that the system that had been made to help the user in ordering the meals in Warung Lawas Salatiga turns into being more effective and efficient. 
Desain dan Implementasi Sistem Pengendalian Otomatis untuk Mengatur Debit Air Pada Prototipe Bendung sebagai Pencegahan Banjir
Weir is a construction which is used to withstand the rate of water, and ensure water is distributed evenly. In Indonesia there are many weirs are controlled manually. It is less effective because of many human errors, for example in Garut (21/09/2016) and Bekasi (11/20/2014, 04/21/2016). In this study, the automatic weir control system was designed using VDI 2206 design method. Data of water level and flow sensor were processed by a fuzzy logic method to determine the opening of sluice and condition of the weir (safe/danger). Data is displayed on interface based on Microsoft Visual Studio. The test results on the prototype (32x20x18cm) indicate system can work automatically with 99.7% accuracy. The error is affected by ultrasonic sensor error: 5,61% and water flow sensor: 4,83%. Interface show sensor data from microcontroller can be displayed in real time. Benefits of this system are it is easy to control and monitor the weir, water flow is distributed evenly, and provides early warning information to anticipate flooding. 
Pengembangan Aplikasi Panduan Pengenalan Kampus Universitas Siliwangi Berbasis Augmented Reality Pada Perangkat Android
Siliwangi University annually holds a new student registration. Before entering the lecture activities, students are required to follow the student orientation program. However, the quality of given material, provided time, with physical and psychological condition of the students during the orientation become a barrier in the absorption of campus introduction information. Knowledge of campus building, the faculty which includes faculty staff, and available facilities will become the student needs in the course of support every campus activity. Based on that identified problems, application of augmented reality-based introduction guide on Android device become a solution in campus introduction of Siliwangi University to users, both for the academic community. The concept of this application is to introduce the campus buildings through an installed camera on the user's smartphone. By pointing smartphone camera to a monumental looking facility or building, users will get information about the building's description, lecturers and staff list, and photo gallery. The application which developed using the Luther-Sutopo method has been tested by alpha testing which results are functionally appropriate, as well as on beta testing obtaining a value of 70.6% of the constructed application is declared feasible to be used with the "Good" interpretation according to the Slovin validation level.
