Sistem Pakar Jenis Ulos di Acara Adat Batak Toba Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining
With the rapid development of technology, the type of ulos used is an obstacle in the traditional party of Batak Toba, Ulos is an object used in a traditional activity that is very important for Batak Toba people. Many types of ulos in Batak Toba therefore require a long time and ineffective results to look ulos types that are suitable for traditional activities. An expert system is a system that attempts to adopt human knowledge to computers, and one alternative to detect the type of ulos that will be used for certain customary activities. Through an expert system, it is easier to detect ulos types that are suitable for use in these customary activities, and also requires an accurate identification process to provide the right decision results. The identification method that used is forward chaining method. The usefulness of this research is to help users to access ulos types that are suitable for use in Batak Toba custom activities. 
Perancangan Alternatif Penawaran Plan Small Medium Enterprise Menggunakan Pegasystems 7 (Studi Kasus : PT. Asuransi Sinarmas)
PT. Asuransi Sinarmas is a company that provides insurance services with various products offered. One of them is Small Medium Enterprise (SME) which is a part of Produk Simas Sehat Corporate (SSC) that guarantees small-scale companies to ensure the well-being of their employees and their families in the health sector with a predetermined premium value. Misinformation about good warranties, plans, total value of premiums and benefits that can occur can affect the value of an insurance product to a customer. The purpose of this study is to assist the broker or marketing company in offering SME insurance products to prospective customers through calculation of premiums based on the selected collateral and minimize the occurrence of incorrect data input and calculation of premium SME. This application is built using Pegasystem 7 and the method used is Research and Development (R & D). System testing is done by black-box testing method and analysis of test result based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). So the conclusions obtained from this study is the application can run as expected because it can be a means to help brokers provide information related to the company's health insurance products. Information provided about insurance covered by insurance companies to SME category companies wishing to become customers of this insurance product. 
Aplikasi Transaksi Crowdsourcing Komunitas Fotografi Berbasis Web
Development of information technology gives significant impact in the development of photography field. Digital technology is becoming a commonly used media for modern photography works. With every advantage of digital technology, photography works are now relatively easy to be accessed by everyone. However, to find and see the portfolio of photographers in accordance with the required criteria is quite difficult because there is no special media that stores the profile of the photographer community and its portfolio. Another factor that also affects the search for photographers is the cost determined by both parties. In some cases, the cooperation does not continue due to cost issues that can not be agreed. The proposed application is a crowdsourcing web application where gather the works of photographers both professionals and amateurs. In this application, every photographer is given the same chance to get a photography project based on their skill and interest. Anyone who needs a photo also given a simplicity and effectivity to search any competent photographer who can fulfill their specific need. This web application also displays Metadata of digital photo works that store any copyright information
Aransemen Nada Alto, Tenor, dan Bass Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika
Harmony is the key element in producing a piece of music. When a song will be sung by the choir, the song should be arranged in a division of soprano, alto, tenor, and bass voice parts first. Unfortunately, not everyone has the ability to determine the harmonic notes division. There are theories to make a harmonic division of voice parts. Based on the theories, an application for notes arrangement can be developed. The application development uses Application Programming Interface (API) JFugue that can represent music as programming script. Genetic Algorithm is used to implement the application. Chromosome in Genetic Algorithm contains the music notes that have translated into the value of algorithmic music and its duration. Selection is done by giving a reward for the correct notes arrangement and punishment for the wrong notes arrangement. The testing result of this application is already showing a good result. The results of fitness function are in accordance with the verification result from the expert. The average percentage of truth note arrangement is above 98%
Pembangunan Dashboard Lokasi Rawan Tanah Longsor di Indonesia Menggunakan Tableau
Indonesia's geographical location is encountered by three major plates of the world causing the land of Indonesia is prone to landslide disaster. A landslide disaster can cause material and immaterial damage. The National Board for Disaster Countermeasure (BNPB) is an institution that has data on the disaster in large size including landslide natural disaster. So that the data can be processed into information more valuable, it required an application that can visualize the data so that it can display information in the form of disaster-prone areas and safe from disaster, especially landslides. The implementation of business intelligence is very suitable for this case so that BNPB can classify the disaster, especially landslide in every territory in Indonesia to facilitate the public get information about landslide disaster that happened and can become a reference in disaster mitigation preparedness. This research uses one of business intelligence software that is Tableau to show visualization in the form of a dashboard about landslide disaster that happened in Indonesia. 
Analisa Perbandingan Metode Klasifikasi Euclidean Distance Dengan Fuzzy Logic Mamdani Untuk Mengidentifikasi Kematangan Buah Mangga Berdasarkan Metode Ekstraksi Fitur Ciri Statistik Orde Dua
Mango fruit is a fruit that has a high value in Indonesia and has a wide market share ranging from traditional markets to modern markets. At harvest time, the mango fruit is still selected manually based on visual observations from an expert on fruits. The lack of public knowledge about the maturity of this fruit makes the community sometimes difficult to choose a fruit that is ripe. So doing the research to detect mango Gedong fruit by looking at its skin texture and color. Features of Gedong will be extracted using second order feature extraction method that is energy, contrast, correlation, inverse different moment, and entropy. This application is built by comparing the two methods of classification namely Euclidean Distance, and Mamdani. By comparing the results of the two methods of classification, the user can know the maturity classification of mango Gedong more accurate. So, the result of this research shown that the most accurate method in mango fruit maturity classification is Euclidean Distance method with an accuracy of 83.33% with a total of 60 tests from 120. While Mamdani method has accuracy level under Euclidean Distance that is 63,33% with total 60 tests from 120. 
Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan berbasis Web (Studi Kasus : SMP Masehi Pekalongan)
The library in SMP Masehi Pekalongan did not well manage and not yet computerized. Based on these problems, this research aims to design and create a library-based information system website in SMP Masehi Pekalongan. The research method used is waterfall development model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The development of this information system uses the Codeigniter framework for system functions because it has high benchmarks, good performance, and works based on the basic concepts of MVC (Model, View, Controller) making it easier to manage the system. The result of this research is a web-based library information system. The system has two users namely admin and students where each user has features in accordance with the permissions they have. Librarians can create and manage book data reports ranging from book lending, book data, and other book information. Data processing in the library becomes easier because it uses library information system
Implementasi dan Analisis Metode Hierarchical Token Bucket dan Per Connection Queue pada Jaringan Multi Protocol Label Switching Traffic Engineering untuk Layanan Voice over Internet Protocol
In growing industrial era, communication technology through IP network is becoming vital for supporting enterprises productivities. One of high performance communications that is used nowadays is VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP is able to do remote communication without spending high fees. Alongside with high requirements of transmitting and receiving data packet in network, bandwidth management is necessary, so that the decreasing of network performance will not occur. Bandwidth management methods supported by MikroTik RouterOS are HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) and PCQ (Per Connection Queue). This research compared HTB and PCQ methods for stabilizing VoIP based on MOS (Mean Opinion Score) parameter and QoS (Quality of Service) parameters such as delay, jitter, throughput, and packet loss using MikroTik devices. In this research, VoIP was tested in MPLS-TE (Multi Protocol Label Switching Traffic Engineering) network. The advantages of TE in MPLS combined with bandwidth management method are maximizing the resources and services in a network and resulting good QoS. The result of this research is that the best QoS and MOS values are from MPLS-TE network using HTB method in normal condition and full bandwidth. In normal condition, the value of delay is 16,02 ms, jitter is 0,00000004 ms, 0% for packet loss, and 146,4 kbps for throughput. When bandwidth is full, delay is 40,567 ms, 0,000000073 ms for jitter, packet loss is 12,667%, and throughput is 58,2 kbps.
