    Analisis Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Maluku Utara Menggunakan Indeks Geary C Berdasarkan Resampling Estimasi Densitas Kernel

    In this study, it is discussed the Regency/City Human Development Index (HDI) in North Maluku Province to determine the spatial influence of HDI. The data used are Regency/City HDI in North Maluku Province from 2013 to 2017. Furthermore, spatial autocorrelation test with Geary C index is used based on resampling by using Estimated Kernel Density. The test is done to determine whether the Regency/City HDI affects the neighboring Regency/City HDI. Based on the results of optimal bandwidth usage (hopt) with a repetition of 10000 times it is obtained p-value 0.0318, 0.0272, 0.0282, 0.0262 and 0.0258, respectively from 2013 to 2017. Thus, there is a spatial between Regencies/Cities in North Maluku Province from 2013 to 2017. In other words, if the HDI in a Regency/City is high then the neighbouring Regency/City HDI tends to be high, and vice versa

    The high demand of the community for money that causes crime is the circulation of fake paper money. Counterfeit money if shared has the same physical as the original money issued by Bank Indonesia. To avoid the public accidentally transacting using counterfeit money, the government has actually socialized the 3D method (Seen, Diraba, and Diterawang). However, along with technological developments, the technique of making counterfeit money will also require the development of alternative techniques that can be used to help save fake money. Determining the authenticity of Rupiah banknotes can be done using pattern classification methods, one of which can be accommodated by artificial neural networks. LVQ neural network (Learning Vector Quantization) and Backpropagation are two types of artificial neural networks that do supervised learning. Extraction of features that show the authenticity of banknotes can be done using the HSV color space. This color space consists of components H (Hue), S (Saturation), and V (Value). This is the background of the topic chosen for analysis choosing the LVQ and Backpropagation methods in determining the authenticity of Rupiah banknotes based on HSV parameters. Evaluation analysis taken from the level assessment The evaluation results using the composition of the test data consisting of 10 original money images and 8 original money images obtained results both LVQ and Backpropagation networks were able to classify real and fake money images with 100% acquisition rates. However, when viewed from the MSE value, the LVQ network has a better performance with the supporting MSE value being 0. The test results from the preparation time, the Backpropagation network requires a shorter time compared to the LVQ network

    Lampung has the only breeding of in situ butterflies engineered in Indonesia namely Gita Persada Butterfly Park, which has approximately 211 butterfly species. Butterflies can be classified according to patterns found on the wings of a butterfly. The weakness of the human eye in distinguishing patterns on butterflies is a foundation in building butterfly identification based on pattern recognition. This study uses 6 species of butterflies: Papilio memnon, Troides helena, Papilio nephelus, Cethosia penthesilea, Papilio peranthus, and Pachliopta aristolochiae. The butterfly dataset used is 600 images. The butterfly image used is in the form of the upper wing side. The pre-processing stage uses the method of scaling, segmentation, and grayscale. The feature extraction stage uses the canny edge detection method by applying smoothing, edge strength, edge direction, non maximum suppression, and hyterisis thresholding. The classification phase uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method with values k = 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 obtained under the Rule of Thumb. The identification of butterfly require a classification time of 8 seconds. The highest accuracy is obtained from testing with a value of k = 5 by 80%

    This study aims to determine the level of air pollution based on gas waste and ambient air quality, so it can be known which chimney releases waste gas the most and the least. It also knows which villages are most affected and safest from gas waste from PG Mojopanggung. Weighted Product method is used to calculate the level of air pollution. The results showed that from the side of the gas waste, the Stork I Boiler Chimney is the most discharging chimney gas waste, while the value of pollution by chimney kettle in PG Mojopanggung all does not exceed the standard quality that has been determined. Conversely, in terms of ambient air quality, Jatimulyo village is the village most affected by gas waste from PG Mojopanggung. There are some air pollutants that exceed the specified quality standard but not too much difference. To overcome the air pollutant that exceeds the quality standard, PG Mojopanggung performs the gas waste treatment and several other solutions

    Two-wheeled motorized vehicles provide a separate role in shortening travel time and can also save travel costs compared to using public transportation (city transportation). With the availability of motorized vehicle facilities for students, parents do not have to bother with their child's business going to school, so children can go to their own school. However, the presence of motorized vehicles brought by students to school resulted in a decrease in parental supervision of their children. Therefore, this study aims to create a monitoring and control system for website-based motor vehicle operations with the help of Arduino Uno, Neo Ublox 6M GPS Module, and SIM900 GSM Shield which is installed into a motorized vehicle that is useful as a motor vehicle controller. Using this system can increase parental supervision of children when using motorized vehicles. Arduino installed in motorized vehicles then waits for the GPS signal from the Neo Ublox 6M GPS Module, after that the GPS data will be sent to the web service using the SIM900 GSM Shield. The web service will calculate the distance between 2 points, that is, the zone of the zone with the location of the prototype after comparison with the size of the zone that has been determined, if the calculation results exceed the zone, the prototype will turn off the engine. From the results of GPS accuracy testing using HDOP has produced a good rating and the use of the GPS NEO module is feasible to be used as the current location data provider and also the prototype response to the zone has been tested and produces an average value of 14.8 seconds.   Keywords: GPS, Arduino Uno, GPS Neo Ublox 6M module, GSM Shield SIM900, Vehicles monitoring system, web service

    Mammal is a type of animal that has many diverse characteristics, such as vertebrates and breastfeeding. In this study, the HOG feature and the k-NN method were proposed to classify 15 species of mammals. This study uses the LHI-Animal-Faces dataset which has fifteen species of mammals, where each type of mammal has 50 images measuring 100x100 pixels. The image will be conducted the process by the HOG feature extraction process and continued into the classification process using k-Nearest Neighbor. The performance of the HOG and k-NN features that get the best value is in deer and monkey, the best results for precision, recall, and accuracy are at k=3 where HOG feature extraction provides good vector features to be used in the classification process using the k-NN method

    Smart car parking system has become very important these days because it is very helpful and saves a lot of time to find a parking spot. However, the installation of that system is too expensive, then not everyone can afford it. Affordable solution for car parking spot detection can be implemented using installed camera or CCTV combined with computer vision method. New problem appears if the camera position is limited like indoor building causing one marker shape can be captured in different shape due to the different camera angle. In this work, I do a research to detecting marker using moment invariant method. Even the shape of marker changed a little, moment invariant method can still recognize that shape with overall accuracy 91.94%
