Pengaruh Ketebalan Lapisan Tipis ZnO terhadap Kinerja Sel Surya Perovskit Fleksibel
Photoelectrode preparation that requires high heating temperatures will hinder the future development of PSCs on flexible plastic substrates. Therefore, ZnO is a viable alternative for flexible PSCs because it can be processed at low temperatures. This research focuses on the influence of ZnO photoelectrode layer thickness on the optical properties and performance of PSCs. The transmittance of ZnO thin films was found to be more than 50% in each sample. In addition, the bandgap obtained ranged from 3.12 to 3.20 eV. The efficiency results are 0.90×10-5% at a thickness of 10 µm, 1.09×10-5% at a thickness of 8 µm, 2.68×10-5% at a thickness of 6 µm, and the best efficiency is 4.31×10-5% at 4 µm thickness. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, reducing the thickness of the ZnO photoelectrode layer can increase the transmittance and efficiency of solar cells so that solar cell performance increases

Studi Awal Sonifikasi Pada Data Gerak Parabola Berbantuan Arduino Uno R3 Atmega328
Parabolic motion is the typical phenomenon in classical mechanics. The students are able to understand the concept by reading the data in the parabolic function. However, there is limited material for visual impaired students to study the parabolic motion data. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is the parabolic motion experiment development using sonification method. Research has been carried out to analyze the accuracy of the frequency produced by the speakers in data conversion assisted by Arduino Uno. The research also analyzes the effect of elevation angle variations on the resulting frequency changes. The data collection process is carried out by analyzing the percentage of accuracy using the average technique of the data recorded by the Phyphox application. The data analysis of the Phyphox application is compared with the data obtained from the Tracker application. From the results of data analysis obtained the percentage value of the velocity for the angle 30o, 45o, and 70o were 99.92%, 99.67%, and 98.42%, respectively. Therefore, it can be said that the preliminary sonification study is feasible to be used in physics experiments on parabolic motion learning, especially for visual impaired students. The final plotting result of this research shows that the frequency versus time at each angle produces a graph in the parabolic form. While the effect of angle variations on frequency changes is that the larger the angle, the slower it will reach the peak frequency
Analisis Nilai Kalor dan Laju Pembakaran Arang Cangkang Buah Karet
Rubber fruit shells are found as agricultural waste. Many farmers have not used rubber fruit shells. Therefore, the researchers made alternative fuels from rubber fruit shells containing 60-80% cellulose and 5-20% lignin. The research objective was to analyze the calorific value and burning rate of rubber fruit shell charcoal. The combustion rate test is carried out by burning charcoal and measuring how long it takes to turn into ash, and the mass of the burned ash. The heating value is done by making a simple furnace from a can filled with charcoal with a mass of 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g, 25g and 30g. 200ml of water is placed on the stove until it boils, measure the time and temperature when it boils. The result of the longest burning rate is 2.12g / minute. The heating value that results in high temperatures and large coals is 332.4 kJ. The conclusion of this study is that rubber fruit shells which have a large mass are very good to be used as an alternative fuel with a very high combustion rate and calorific value
