    ANALISIS HASIL PERTANDINGAN PUTARAN 1 DAN 2 TIM PUTRA PROLIGA BOLAVOLI TAHUN 2025

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1). mengetahui gambaran hasil perolehan poin teknik scoring skill terhadap poin kemenangan (2). mengetahui Analisis scoring skill terhadap poin kemenangan Putaran 1 dan 2 tim putra bolavoli PLN Mobile Proliga tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Prosedur pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan studi dokumen berupa dokumen P2 volleyball (match result) pada kompetisi PLN Mobile Proliga Tahun 2025. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil 20 pertandingan dari 5 tim bolavoli putra peserta Proliga Tahun 2025. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1). Hasil perolehan poin teknik scoring skill tim putra bolavoli Proliga tahun 2025 terbanyak dihasilkan melalui spike sebanyak 1814 poin atau 56,87%, poin yang dihasilkan melalui block sebanyak 287 poin atau 9,00%, poin yang dihasilkan melalui serve sebanyak 165 poin atau 5,11% dan poin yang dihasilkan melalui faktor opponent error sebanyak 924 poin atau 28,97%, terhadap poin kemenangan sebanyak 3190 poin. (2). Analisis teknik scoring skill terhadap poin kemenangan tim putra bolavoli Proliga tahun 2025 melalui teknik spike pada Putaran 1 sebesar 56,81% pada Putaran 2 meningkat menjadi 57,43%, teknik block pada Putaran 1 sebesar 9,11% pada Putaran 2 menurun menjadi 8,80%, teknik serve pada Putaran 1 sebesar 5,18% pada Putaran 2 menurun menjadi 5,04%, faktor opponent error pada Putaran 1 sebesar 29,60% pada Putaran 2 menurun menjadi 28,73%. ***** This study aimed to (1) determine the distribution of points obtained from scoring skills toward winning points and (2) analyze the contribution of scoring skills to winning points in Rounds 1 and 2 of the men’s volleyball teams participating in the PLN Mobile Proliga 2025. This study employed a descriptive research method. Data collection procedures were carried out through observation and document analysis using P2 volleyball match result documents from the PLN Mobile Proliga 2025 competition. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample consisted of the results of 20 matches from five men’s volleyball teams participating in the Proliga 2025. The results showed that (1) the highest contribution of scoring skills to winning points was generated through spike techniques with 1,814 points (56.87%), followed by opponent error factors with 924 points (28.97%), block techniques with 287 points (9.00%), and serve techniques with 165 points (5.11%), contributing to a total of 3,190 winning points. (2) The analysis of scoring skills toward winning points indicated that the contribution of spike techniques increased from 56.81% in Round 1 to 57.43% in Round 2, while block techniques decreased from 9.11% to 8.80%, serve techniques decreased from 5.18% to 5.04%, and opponent error factors decreased from 29.60% to 28.73%

    ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI INVOICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (INES) PADA DIVISI FINANCE TELKOM PROPERTY

    Perkembangan digitalisasi telah mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi sistem informasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional, terutama di bidang keuangan. Salah satu sistem teknologi informais tersebut adalah Invoice Management System (INES), yakni sistem elektronik yang dirancang untuk mengelola alur proses invoice secara menyeluruh, mulai dari tahap penerimaan, verifikasi, persetujuan, hingga penyelesaian pembayaran. Telkom Property, sebagai entitas anak perusahaan PT Telkom Indonesia, telah menerapkan INES di Divisi Finance guna mendukung administrasi keuangan organisasi. Meskipun demikian, dalam praktiknya masih teridentifikasi sejumlah hambatan yang memerlukan kajian mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Invoice Management System (INES) di Divisi Finance Telkom Property, dengan penekanan pada pemanfaatan sistem dalam mendukung aktivitas kerja, mutu sistem dan pelayanan, serta keuntungan yang diperoleh dari implementasinya. Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, melibatkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, serta survei awal penelitian. Subjek penelitian meliputi dua orang manajer dan tiga orang staf Divisi Finance Telkom Property yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan pengalaman serta partisipasi aktif mereka dalam operasional INES. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan INES telah memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan efisiensi operasional, percepatan proses administrasi invoice, serta kemudahan dalam memantau status tagihan dan transaksi pembayaran. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan transparansi serta integrasi data keuangan. Meski demikian, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan dalam implementasi INES, seperti masalah konektivitas jaringan, kegagalan sistem saat beban tinggi, ketidaktepatan dalam kalkulasi pajak, serta performa fitur kliring yang belum sepenuhnya efektif. Pada umumnya, penerapan INES di Divisi Finance Telkom Property dinilai memadai, tetapi masih membutuhkan perbaikan dan penguatan lebih lanjut dari segi teknis serta operasional untuk mengoptimalkan kontribusinya terhadap performa keuangan perusahaan. One of these information technology systems is the Invoice Management System (INES), which is an electronic system designed to manage the entire invoice process flow, starting from the stage of acceptance, verification, approval, to payment completion. Telkom Property, as a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia, has implemented INES in the Finance Division to support the organization's financial administration. However, in practice, several obstacles are still identified that require in-depth study. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Invoice Management System (INES) in Telkom Property's Finance Division, with an emphasis on the use of the system in supporting work activities, system and service quality, as well as the benefits obtained from its implementation. The method applied is qualitative descriptive, involving data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews, field observations, documentation, and initial research surveys. The research subjects included two managers and three staff of Telkom Property's Finance Division who were selected using purposive sampling techniques, based on their experience and active participation in INES operations. The findings of the study revealed that the implementation of INES has had a positive impact in the form of increasing operational efficiency, accelerating the invoice administration process, and making it easier to monitor the status of bills and payment transactions. This system also contributes to increased transparency as well as integration of financial data. However, this study identified several challenges in the implementation of INES, such as network connectivity problems, system failures during high loads, inaccuracies in tax calculations, and the performance of clearing features that are not fully effective. In general, the implementation of INES in Telkom Property's Finance Division is considered adequate, but it still needs further improvement and strengthening in terms of technical and operational aspects to optimize its contribution to the company's financial performance.     ANALISIS SISTEM PENYIMPANAN ARSIP DINAMIS PADA DIVISI GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTING PT KPN PLANTATION

    Di era globalisasi yang terus berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan kearsipan menjadi semakin krusial untuk menjamin efisiensi dan efektivitas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi sistem penyimpanan arsip dinamis di Divisi General Ledger Accounting PT KPN Plantation. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi serta menganalisis upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan dari pegawai General Ledger Accounting. Analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian proses, meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tahapan pengelolaan arsip telah berjalan secara sistematis melalui kombinasi prosedur fisik dan digitalisasi menggunakan E-Archive, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala yang signifikan. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi mencakup aspek manajerial seperti tingginya volume transaksi yang menyebabkan penumpukan dokumen dan keterbatasan ruang, aspek teknis berupa ketidakstabilan E-Archive, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang ahli di bidang kearsipan. Berbagai kendala ini secara kolektif menurunkan tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem, sehingga diperlukan adanya strategi perbaikan yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi untuk mewujudkan tata kelola arsip yang andal dan berkelanjutan. ***** In this era of ongoing digitalization, the use of information technology in records management is becoming increasingly crucial to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to examine the implementation of a dynamic archive storage system in the General Ledger Accounting Division of PT KPN Plantation. Specifically, this study identifies the obstacles encountered and analyzes the efforts made to overcome these challenges. Using a qualitative approach, primary data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies with informants from General Ledger Accounting employees. Data analysis was carried out through a series of processes, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that although the stages of archive management have been carried out systematically through a combination of physical procedures and digitization using E-Archive, its implementation still faces significant obstacles. The problems identified include managerial aspects such as high transaction volumes that cause document backlogs and space limitations, technical aspects such as the instability of the E-Archive system, and limited human resources with expertise in archiving. Collectively, these obstacles reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of the system, requiring a comprehensive and integrated improvement strategy to achieve reliable and sustainable archive management

    ABSTRAK Raihan Khalis Muhammad (1410621077), Analisis Framing Media Online Dalam Pemberitaan Kericuhan Demo 25 Agustus 2025 Tolak Kenaikan Tunjangan Anggota DPR Pada Portal Berita Detik.com dan Kompas.com; 186 halaman; 20 buku; 22 jurnal; 16 situs. Pemberitaan mengenai kericuhan demo 25 Agustus 2025 tolak kenaikan tunjangan anggota DPR menjadi perhatian luas masyarakat dan media massa. Media online memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk persepsi publik melalui cara membingkai (framing) suatu peristiwa dalam pemberitaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis framing media online dalam pemberitaan kericuhan demo 25 Agustus 2025 tolak kenaikan tunjangan anggota DPR pada portal berita Detik.com dan Kompas.com. Pemilihan portal berita tersebut berdasarkan akses media online terbanyak di Indonesia menurut katadata.co.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model analisis framing Robert Entman yang meliputi empat elemen, yaitu Define Problems (bagaimana media mendefinisikan masalah), Diagnose Causes (mendiagnosis penyebab), Make Moral Judgement (penilaian moral), dan Treatment Recommendation (merekomendasi solusi). Objek penelitian terdiri dari sepuluh berita, masing-masing lima berita dari portal berita media online Detik.com dan Kompas.com yang dipublikasikan pada 25–26 Agustus 2025. Jumlah berita yang diteliti tersebut menyesuaikan untuk membatasi objek penelitian agar tidak terlalu luas sehingga hasil analisis dapat lebih fokus dan mendalam. Pemilihan tanggal tersebut dilakukan untuk menganalisis konstruksi framing pada saat awal kejadian yang diberitakan. Media online Detik.com menampilkan pola framing mikro dan security oriented dengan fokus pada kericuhan, dampak langsung dan jangka pendek serta pentingnya penertiban demi stabilitas sosial yang detail. selaras dengan karakteristik pemberitaan media online Detik.com yang cepat, sensasional dan berfokus pada berita "hot" untuk menarik perhatian pembaca massal. Dari segi keberpihakan, media online Detik.com cenderung berpihak pada nilai ketertiban dan keamanan. Sementara itu, media online Kompas.com menampilkan pola framing makro dan human rights oriented dengan menekankan konteks tuntutan, dampak kemanusiaan serta refleksi etika dan demokrasi. Framing ini humanis dan reflektif yang mencerminkan karakter pemberitaan media online Kompas.com sebagai media yang lebih analitis, kontekstual dan mendalam. Dari segi keberpihakan, media online Kompas.com berpihak pada nilai kemanusiaan, keadilan sosial dan kebebasan sipil. Perbedaan framing pemberitaan media online Detik.com dan Kompas.com ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing media memiliki kecenderungan dan sudut pandang yang berbeda dalam mengonstruksi realitas sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa framing pemberitaan media online berpengaruh dalam membentuk opini publik terhadap peristiwa demonstrasi sehingga diperlukan sikap kritis dari masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi berita. News coverage of the unrest during the August 25, 2025 demonstration opposing the increase in allowances for members of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) attracted widespread public and media attention. Online media play an important role in shaping public perception through the way events are framed in news reporting. This study aims to examine how online media frame the coverage of the unrest during the August 25, 2025 demonstration opposing the increase in DPR members allowances on the Detik.com and Kompas.com news portals. The selection of these news portals is based on their status as the most accessed online media in Indonesia according to katadata.co.id. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using Robert Entman’s framing analysis model, which consists of four elements: Define Problems (how the media define the problem), Diagnose Causes (identifying the causes), Make Moral Judgement (moral evaluation), and Treatment Recommendation (proposed solutions). The research objects consist of ten news articles, comprising five articles from Detik.com and five from Kompas.com, published on August 25–26, 2025. The number of articles analyzed was deliberately limited to prevent the research scope from becoming too broad, thereby allowing for a more focused and in-depth analysis. These dates were chosen to examine the construction of framing at the initial stage of the reported events. Detik.com demonstrates a micro level and security oriented framing pattern, focusing on the unrest, its immediate and short-term impacts, and the importance of maintaining order for social stability in a detailed manner. This approach is consistent with Detik.com’s news characteristics, which emphasize speed, sensationalism, and a focus on hot news to attract mass readership. In terms of alignment, Detik.com tends to side with values of order and security. Meanwhile, Kompas.com presents a macro level and human rights oriented framing pattern by emphasizing the context of the protesters demands, humanitarian impacts, and ethical and democratic reflections. This framing is more humanistic and reflective, reflecting Kompas.com’s journalistic character as a more analytical, contextual, and in-depth news medium. In terms of alignment, Kompas.com tends to support values of humanity, social justice, and civil liberties. The differences in framing between Detik.com and Kompas.com indicate that each media outlet has distinct tendencies and perspectives in constructing social reality. This study concludes that online media framing plays a significant role in shaping public opinion regarding protest events.     PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN BERHITUNG MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING SISWA KELAS III SDN GONDANGDIA 01 PAGI

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung perkalian menggunakan model Problem Based Learning peserta didik kelas III SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi yang berjumlah 31 orang. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Agustus akhir semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemis dan MC. Taggart melalui empat tahapan pada setiap siklusnya yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes siklus. Analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan persentase skor observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas perserta didik serta tes keterampilan berhitung pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berhitung perkalian melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning pada peserta didik kelas III B. Pada siklus I dan II hasil tes keterampilan berhitung peserta didik memiliki persentase ketuntasan sebesar 56,08% dan 90,32%. Persentase hasil pemantau aktivitas guru pada siklus I dan II diperoleh sebesar 70% dan 88%, sedangkan persentase aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I dan II diperoleh sebesar 62% dan 84%. ****** This classroom action research aimed to enhance students’ multiplication numeracy skills through the Implementation of the Problem Based Learning model among the III B students of SDN Gongdangdia 01 Pagi. The study involved 31 students’ as participants and was conducted from late August during the first semester of 2025/2026. The research employed the Classroom Action Research approach based on the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model, which consists of four cyclical stages: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. Data were collected through observation and testing anf analyzed by calculating the percentage score of teacher and student activities, as well as the students’ multiplication skill tests at the end of each cycle. The findings indicated a significant improvement in students’ multiplication numeracy skills through the use of the Problem Based Learning model. In cycles I and II, the students’ numeracy skills test results had a completeness percentage of 56.08% and 90,32%. The percentage of teacher percentage activity monitoring results in cycles I and II was 70% and 88%, respectively while the percentage of student activity in cycles I and II was 62% and 84%

    MEREPRODUKSI IDENTITAS NASIONAL DIASPORA INDONESIA DI MALAYSIA MELALUI SEKOLAH INDONESIA KUALA LUMPUR (SIKL) 1969-2020

    Keberadaan diaspora Indonesia di Malaysia merupakan fenomena sosial historis yang berkembang seiring dengan dinamika migrasi dan hubungan bilateral antara Indonesia dan Malaysia. Salah satu persoalan utama yang kerap dihadapi komunitas diaspora Indonesia terutama generasi muda, adalah proses pembentukan dan keberlanjutan identitas nasional di tengah sistem pendidikan Malaysia yang berorientasi pada penggunaan bahasa Melayu dan Inggris. Kondisi ini berpotensi melemahkan transmisi nilai-nilai kebangsaan Indonesia pada anak-anak diaspora. Dalam konteks tersebut, SIKL hadir sebagai institusi pendidikan formal yang tidak hanya menyediakan akses pendidikan berkurikulum nasional, namun juga berperan sebagai agen simbolik dalam mereproduksi identitas nasional Indonesia di ruang transnasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis latar belakang historis berdirinya SIKL serta mengkaji peran dan praktik pendidikannya dalam upaya mereproduksi identitas nasional diaspora Indonesia di Malaysia selama periode 1969-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri atas 5 (lima) tahapan, yakni pemilihan topik, heuristik atau pengumpulan sumber, verifikasi atau kritik sumber, interpretasi atau penafsiran, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdirinya SIKL pada 1969 silam merupakan sebuah respons atas meningkatnya populasi diaspora Indonesia paska berakhirnya Konfrontasi Indonesia-Malaysia serta keterbatasan akses pendidikan berkarakter Indonesia bagi anak-anak diaspora. Dalam praktiknya, SIKL memiliki peran strategis dalam mereproduksi identitas nasional melalui penggunaan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar, penerapan kurikulum nasional, integrasi nilai Pancasila, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan simbolik dan kultural seperti pelaksanaan upacara bendera, peringatan hari besar nasional, hingga pentas seni dan budaya Indonesia. Dengan demikian, SIKL tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, tetapi juga sebagai ruang simbolik yang memperkuat nasionalisme dan menjaga kesinambungan identitas nasional diaspora Indonesia di Malaysia. Melalui praktik pendidikan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan, SIKL berkontribusi penting dalam mempertahankan identitas kebangsaan generasi diaspora di tengah tekanan asimilasi dan globalisasi. ***** The existence of the Indonesian diaspora in Malaysia is a historical social phenomenon that has developed in line with the dynamics of migration and bilateral relations between Indonesia and Malaysia. One of the main issues often faced by the Indonesian diaspora community, especially the younger generation, is the process of forming and maintaining national identity within the Malaysian education system, which is orientated towards the use of Malay and English. This condition has the potential to weaken the transmission of Indonesian national values to the children of the diaspora. In this context, SIKL serves as a formal educational institution that not only provides access to education with a national curriculum but also acts as a symbolic agent in reproducing Indonesian national identity in a transnational space. This study aims to analyse the historical background of the establishment of SIKL and examine its role and educational practices in efforts to reproduce the national identity of the Indonesian diaspora in Malaysia during the period 1969-2020. This study uses a historical research method consisting of five stages, namely topic selection, heuristics or source collection, verification or source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the study show that the establishment of SIKL in 1969 was a response to the increasing population of the Indonesian diaspora after the end of the Indonesia- Malaysia Confrontation and the limited access to Indonesian-style education for children of the diaspora. In practice, SIKL plays a strategic role in reproducing national identity through the use of Indonesian as the language of instruction, the implementation of the national curriculum, the integration of Pancasila values, and the implementation of symbolic and cultural activities such as flag ceremonies, national holiday celebrations, and Indonesian arts and cultural performances. Thus, SIKL not only functions as a formal educational institution but also as a symbolic space that strengthens nationalism and maintains the continuity of the national identity of the Indonesian diaspora in Malaysia. Through systematic and sustainable educational practices, SIKL makes an important contribution to preserving the national identity of the diaspora generation amid the pressures of assimilation and globalisation

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada materi Persebaran Flora dan Fauna di Dunia dan Indonesia Kelas XI SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI-2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing adalah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah purpossive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian dan angket persepsi siswa. Teknik analisis data berupa uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai N-Gain Score adalah 0,4327 yang termasuk kriteria sedang dengan persentase 42,37% yang berarti kurang efektif dengan tingkat sedang. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, yaitu Y = 39,855 + 0,370X. Artinya, jika penerapan model PBL (X) bertambah satu satuan maka nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis (Y) mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 37%. Sedangkan untuk koefisien determinasi hanya sebesar 0,113. Artinya dalam penelitian ini, model Problem Based Learning (PBL) memiliki pengaruh yang lemah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa hanya 11,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking on the material of the Distribution of Flora and Fauna in the World and Indonesia of Class XI of SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta. The type of research used is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study were class XI-1 as the experimental class and XI-2 as the control class with the number of students each being 36 people. The data collection technique in this study was purposive sampling. The instruments used were essay tests and student perception questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were in the form of normality, homogeneity, linearity, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study obtained an N-Gain Score of 0.4327 which is included in the medium criteria with a percentage of 42.37% which means it is less effective with a medium level. The results of the simple linear regression test, namely Y = 39.855 + 0.370X. This means that if the application of the PBL model (X) increases by one unit, the value of critical thinking ability (Y) increases by 37%. While the coefficient of determination is only 0.113. This means that in this study, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model had a weak influence on students' critical thinking skills.     Video game pada era digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana hiburan, tetapi juga dapat memunculkan proses pemerolehan bahasa yang terjadi secara tidak disengaja atau incidental learning. Dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa asing, fenomena ini muncul ketika pemain berinteraksi dengan teks berbahasa asing tanpa tujuan eksplisit untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman dan persepsi pembelajar bahasa Jepang terhadap proses incidental learning membaca yang terjadi saat bermain Bokujou Monogatari: Olive Town to Kibou no Daichi, serta mengidentifikasi strategi membaca yang digunakan dalam memahami teks berbahasa Jepang di dalam game tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas empat orang pemain Bokujou Monogatari yang juga merupakan pembelajar bahasa Jepang dengan latar belakang dan tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket pra wawancara dan wawancara semi-terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik thematic analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa responden mengalami proses incidental learning membaca bahasa Jepang melalui paparan teks yang bersifat fungsional dan kontekstual, seperti dialog dengan NPC, deskripsi item, petunjuk misi, dan elemen antarmuka (User Interface). Dalam proses tersebut, responden menggunakan berbagai strategi membaca secara alami, seperti pemanfaatan konteks visual, contextual guessing, serta skimming dan scanning sesuai dengan kebutuhan permainan. In the digital era, video games function not only as entertainment but also as environments where unintentional language acquisition, known as incidental learning, may occur. In foreign language contexts, this phenomenon emerges when players engage with target-language texts without explicit learning intentions. This study aims to describe Japanese learners’ experiences and perceptions of incidental reading learning while playing Bokujou Monogatari: Olive Town to Kibou no Daichi, as well as to identify the reading strategies employed to understand Japanese texts within the game. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach. The participants consist of four players of Bokujou Monogatari who are also learners of Japanese with diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. Data were collected through pre-interview questionnaires and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that participants experienced Japanese reading incidental learning through repeated and contextual exposure to functional in-game texts, including NPC dialogues, item descriptions, mission instructions, and User Interface (UI) elements. During gameplay, participants naturally employed various reading strategies such as visual support, contextual guessing, as well as skimming and scanning to meet in-game needs. This process occurred without explicit learning intentions and was generally recognized only through retrospective reflection after gameplay.     RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI GERBANG LOGIKA BERBASIS ANDROID

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep dasar logika digital akibat minimnya media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi E-Learning Logic Gates berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Rangkaian Logika, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kelaikannya melalui penilaian ahli dan pengguna. Proses pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan forward engineering dengan model SDLC Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka, implementasi fitur materi, simulasi, dan evaluasi, serta pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing. Kelayakan aplikasi divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan mahasiswa melalui instrumen User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai rancangan dan memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 94,6% dari ahli materi dan 84% dari ahli media, keduanya berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak”. Penilaian oleh 35 mahasiswa menghasilkan nilai rata-rata UEQ pada aspek daya tarik 1,95 “sangat baik”, kejelasan 1,86 “baik”, efisiensi 1,84 “baik”, ketepatan 1,98 “sangat baik”, stimulasi 2,15 “sangat baik”, dan kebaruan 1,54 “baik”. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi E-Learning Logic Gates dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran digital dan mampu mendukung pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi logika digital secara lebih interaktif dan efektif. ***** This research is motivated by students' low understanding of basic digital logic concepts due to the lack of interactive and easily accessible learning materials. This research aims to design and develop an Android-based E-Learning application for Logic Gates as a learning medium for the Logic Circuits course, and to evaluate its feasibility thru expert and user assessments. The development process was carried out using a forward engineering approach with the SDLC Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, interface design, content feature implementation, simulation, and evaluation, as well as testing using Black Box Testing. The application's feasibility was validated by content experts, media experts, and students using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) instrument. The research results show that the application runs according to the design and obtains a feasibility percentage of 94.6% from material experts and 84% from media experts, both of which fall into the "Very Feasible" category. Assessments by 35 students yielded an average UEQ score of 1.95 for attractiveness "very good", 1.86 for clarity "good", 1.84 for efficiency "good", 1.98 for accuracy "very good", 2.15 for stimulation "very good", and 1.54 for novelty "good". Overall, the E-Learning Logic Gates application is declared suitable for use as a digital learning medium and is able to support students' understanding of digital logic material in a more interactive and effective way

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas permainan kelompok dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri remaja putus sekolah di Yayasan Nursahabat Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dan desain one-group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 remaja putus sekolah yang berada di bawah binaan Yayasan Nursahabat Jakarta Timur. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket kepercayaan diri dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji Paired Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja putus sekolah setelah mengikuti kegiatan permainan kelompok. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepercayaan diri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri remaja putus sekolah di Yayasan Nursahabat Jakarta Timur. Permainan kelompok dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif metode pembinaan psikososial yang bersifat partisipatif dan menyenangkan bagi remaja putus sekolah. ***** This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group games in improving the self-confidence of school dropout adolescents at the Nursahabat Foundation, East Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The participants consisted of 30 school dropout adolescents under the guidance of the Nursahabat Foundation. The research instrument was a self-confidence questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a Paired Sample t-test. The results indicated an improvement in the level of self-confidence of school dropout adolescents after participating in group games. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between self-confidence levels before and after the intervention. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that group games are effective in enhancing the self-confidence of school dropout adolescents at the Nursahabat Foundation, East Jakarta. Group games may serve as an alternative psychosocial intervention that is participatory and enjoyable for school dropout adolescents
