Our idea came to light when we noticed in the community of our university that we have a huge problem with parking the cars in the right place; a lot of students and university staff park their cars as a second row or even a third row. When we thought about solving that problem we found that it’s a common problem in our country and our community as well , Saf-Tany is the name of our idea as a useful mobile application to help our university in the first place, our country in the second place, and the whole world in the third place. A database was generated to let the people communicate with the people who face the previous problem. A mobile application was built as a user interface using the database to communicate between the person who is stuck with his car, and the other person who blocked the mention person above.Nassef , Mohammad

The impact of the Egyptian political changes on Egypt’s GDP from 1997 till 2017
In this research paper I will be talking about how the political changes that occurred in Egypt had an impact on its gross domestic product from the year 1997 till 2017. Egypt has went through uncountable amount of changes in the past 20 years, political, economical and even social changes; that some you might even not know about. This research paper will highlight the influence of politics on the economy, specifically in Egypt.
I will mention the political changes through presidential changes, revolutions, policies applied and even the foreign Egyptian relations. This will lead us to how each president that took place through these years had an influence on Egypt. I have picked to specifically talk about Egypt’s gross domestic product because as an economist I know well that the gross domestic product is one of the most important variables in any country’s economy.
I will be using the help of some previous studies and also information from articles. I will also highlight my contribution in this research by showing how different mentalities of each president with his policies applied and revolutions with or against him lead to a decline or growth of gross domestic product and I will relate the two variables together

A SOFTWARE TOOL FOR PROCESS AND PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE AREA UNDER CMMI
The Capability Maturity Model Integration [CMMI] focuses on improving software and systems . CMMI consists of best practices that address product development and process improvement. It addresses practices that cover the product’s life cycle from conception to delivery and maintenance. There is an emphasis on both systems engineering and software engineering and the integration necessary to build and maintain the total product .
In this paper, we propose a software tool (prototype) to enhance the way projects control its quality processes using CMMI principles. The tool is evaluated by specialized organization in the UK (Blue Eye Consulting) . The BEC used the tool in CSR project (Core Systems Replacement).
It automates the activities of the process and product quality assurance process area under CMMI . It helps to evaluate the performed processes , work product against standards and procedures . It is based on identifying and documenting noncompliance issues . It helps to ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed . The tool ability to register noncompliance issues formally through a database and allocating dates and owners helps in integrating the project issues and improving across team communications
Public Administration Reform in Egypt and Its Impact on the Egyptian Sustainable Development since 2016
There is the necessity to localize Egypt’s development process and a need for an allocated authority or responsibility across authorities and between the center and the periphery. Also, better assessment of the capacity of sub-national jurisdictions to formulate, execute, and report programs must take place, as well as dialogue, representation and consensus building to guide the process of prioritization at the local level. Moreover, to support democratic and competitive political processes (which are key for sustainable development) a credible set of laws and regulations codifying democratic norms and rules for political competition needs to be in place. Such a framework encompasses laws and regulations that govern the political processes (Sayed, 2004).
The recent efforts of the Government of Egypt are a reflection of its priorities and commitment to help citizens achieve a life characterized by dignity, freedom, and equal opportunity, ensuring that no one is left behind on the path to sustainable human development, inclusive growth and shared prosperity. Acceleration of transitioning from ideal static master plans to a dynamic set of coordinated mechanisms and continuing processes of monitoring, learning, adaption and improvement requires a global, regional and national agenda that is ambitious, innovative, flexible and dynamic, and above all, an agenda that is committed to leaving no one behind (Sayed, 2004)

Research problem
The majority of Egyptian citizen faced the problem of inflation in a different ways , but all Egyptian people influenced by inflation that decrease household final consumption by different rates through different crisis that faced Egyptian society even it economic problems or social or political , this is not individual problem but it’s general problem affect the 2 out of the 3 classes in Egypt which are ( Middle class and Lower class ) .
The problem of instability economic performance and make economic decision without study the impact of this decision make dangers economic issue .
Example what happened in Egypt after the floating the Egyptian pound , the Egyptian regime take this decision without forecasting the future inflation well using methods of forecasting or compare with other countries that took the same decision before Egypt with same economic conditions , the minister of finance after take with other financial institutions the decision of floating Egyptian pound said that the inflation of consumer price and inflation of deflator GDP also will increase between 7 to 15 percentage only , but what happened that the inflation increase by 32 percentage and higher also .
This increasing represent big economic issue will led to other problems .
The main objective of this honor thesis that try to analysis the factors that led to unstable household final consumption to improve household final consumption rate in future .
Alternative solution for the problem of drop on household consumption that try to control the net export of country that will improve the household consumption , if we cannot decrease inflation , also we have other alternative solutions to improve household consumption through monetary policy using interest rate for this reasons the question will be , What is the impact of inflation rate on household final consumption in Egypt from 2000 to 2016 ?Households make there own economic decisions on the basis of many Macro-economic factors and Micro-economic factors , in this thesis I will focus on one of important macro-economic factor that influence households consumption directly which is inflation rate but in this thesis will compare between impact of inflation on household final consumption after and before Egyptian revolution 2011 .
Most researches among the available literature focus on the impact of inflation
on ( PPP / FDI / exchange rate ) but in this thesis I will explain the impact of inflation on household final consumption that not written in Egypt as a compare study between two different period of time first from 2000 to 2011 and second from 2011 to 2016 .
Also in this research will explain other factor that affect dependent variable ( Household final consumption ) and analysis the impact of every factor to clarify the impact of independent variable ( inflation rate ) in every case using one of econometrics model to analysis the data of inflation and household final consumption expenditure .
In this thesis I will difference between impact of inflation on household final consumption from 2000 to 2011 this period include importance economic event ( floated Egyptian pound in 2003 - financial crisis 2008 ) and the impact of inflation on household final consumption from 2011 to 2016 also this period include important economic and political event ( economic and political instability - IMF loan ) , and try to analysis this events using data to write my own conclusion and recommendations

The proposed project investigate an automatic assessment
method for correcting and scoring student's answers
including the essay answers. The correction process deals
with the answer syntactically and semantically. The
semantic correction is based on Supervised Machine
Learning approach. While the syntax correction is based on
two similarity algorithms. The first is the Cosine Similarity,
and the second is the Levenshtein Similarity The proposed
project's purpose is to provide a self-contained educational
platform for students to practice on. Rather than only
providing an auto-correction service for questions, it does
also provide a variety of services that serve the same goal,
in the form of a mobile app for the students for the sake of
portability and easiness. A Website is also presented for the
Teachers as platform for managing and controlling the
learning and practicing process

A Linguistic Approach for Opinionated Documents Summary
Now, the web pages contain opinions on almost anything, at review sites, forums, discussion groups, and blogs which called user generated content. They contain valuable information for different users such as persons or organizations, the processes of collecting, analyzing and classifying them to positive or negative opinions in addition to summarizing the opinions are considered a very important research issue. Summarizing opinions helps users to explore the opinion of others about the key aspects of a topic or an entity. The proposed opinion summarization system receives a document that contains a set of opinions about an entity and generates a summary considering the important aspects, their relations, their sentiments and the textual evidences, as expressed in the reviews. In this paper we present a linguistic approach to summarize the opinionated documents across different domains, our evaluation based on a dataset of hotels, cars and various products reviews. The reviews collected from Tripadvisor, Amazon and Edmunds, each review document consist of a set of unordered, redundant reviews sentence, there are approximately 100 sentences per review document. The summary depends on the type of the opinion which is direct, comparative, or superlative. Each type is assigned to a specialist who is responsible for the summary. We compare our approach with a research provided by Kavita and et.al who proposed “opinosis” which based on the graph theory
