Culture is what defines a nation, it is a decisive factor that shapes all of our life aspects. Since it affects every aspect, then it will definitely have an effect on organizations as well, but whether this effect is positive or negative, this is the main objective of the paper. The paper studies three main terminologies which are culture, values and organizational behavior. Values constitute culture so both are much related to each other, how both influence the overall behavior of the organization is the focus of the study. Both affects all other life aspects not only the working environment and the behavior of employees. Therefore, Culture and values are important to a nation. Organizational behavior also means the behavior of employees inside the organization and it is reflected in services provided, this is also very important because it affect the quality of service and customer satisfaction which decides whether an organization will be successful of not. Both variables studied in the paper are very critical to the workplace and the market of a country in order to develop. The paper focuses on Egypt because the Egyptian culture is one of the strongest cultures that existed through history. It is divided into three main chapters: Chapter one about culture and values, chapter two is about organizational behavior and factors that affect organizational behavior, and chapter three links between the two main terminologies

Today we witness a case of high inflation rate in Egypt over the last decade until it reaches double digits level. As we have inflation rate of 31.95% and people who are living below poverty line is 35%. So this problem only harm the low income families as they spend more on the necessities than the rich, and the increase in the food items are greater than the non-food items, so they won’t be able to get their basic need of living (food). Therefore, they will give up whether on quality or quantity. In addition, the inflation not only will effect on the food item but also on the non-food one. As these families also will give up on their children’s education, whether by removing their children from the schools or by sent them to a lower quality one because they cannot afford these fees. So this will also creating another problem which is creating a generation with low education quality and this with its role will harm the economy as these generation will not help the economy but they will be more load on the government. Therefore, this paper aims to contribute about distributing income among families in Egypt in USD dollar instead of LE

Egypt is a strong country and it has a great future , but it suffers from some problems that is needed to urgent intervention. these problems like : Fiscal revenue and foreign exchange earnings decreased while expenditure increased sharply causing high inflation, high unemployment rate, high budget deficits, deficit in the balance of payments, foreign exchange reserve loss and rising public debt. this is besides low human capital (education and health) , poor infrastructure, low access to finance, and poor external competitiveness.... etc. these problems existed from many years ago , but it start to increase to reach to high level since 2011 revolution and the political instability that took place. after the political stability took place for 3 years . In 2014, Egypt adopted a new constitution and elected a new president who was candid with the electorate. the new government was insist on the need to reform the economy. The new government has taken many actions to solve these problems. this paper will focus on one action only that Egypt took to solve its significant problems this action is to make an arrangement with the international monetary fund ( IMF) to solve some macroeconomic problems. From these problems that the paper is going to focus on is "imbalanced of payments ( Assets≠ liabilities or money inflows ≠ money outflows ). the three accounts of the Egyptian balance of payment facing a deficit ( current account - trade account and capital & financial account ), specially the trade balance that faced a high deficit that the imports of Egypt is more than its exports. so this paper will show " how this arrangement will affect on Egypt's balance of payment ?.

Background: Various techniques for tissue engineering have been introduced to aid the regeneration of defective or lost bone tissue. The aim of this study was to compare the in vivo bone-forming potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) on induced bone defects in rats’ tibiae. Methods: In total, one defect of 3-mm diameter was created in each tibia of 36 Wistar male rats. There were two groups: group A, left tibia bone defects that received PRF; and group B, right tibia bone defects of the same animal that received BM-MSCs loaded on a chitosan scaffold. Subsequently, Scanning electron microscope/energy-dispersive X-ray (SEM/EDX) analyses was performed at 3 and 10 days, and 3 weeks postimplantation and following euthanasia; (n=12).Results: The EDX analysis performed for each group and time point revealed a significant increase in the mean calcium and phosphorous weight percentage in the BM-MSC-treated group relative to the PRF-treated group at all-time intervals (P < 0.05). Moreover, the mean calcium and phosphorus weight percentage increased as time progressed since the surgical intervention in the PRF-treated and BM-MSCs groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions: In the present study, both BM-MSCs and PRF were capable of healing osseous defects induced in a rat tibial model. Yet, BM-MSCs promoted more adequate healing, with higher mean calcium and phosphorous weight percentages than PRF at all-time points, and showed greater integration into the surrounding tissues than PRF

Home automation systems, or smart home technologies, are systems and devices that can control elements of any home environment lighting, appliances, telephones, home security and mechanical, entry and safety systems. Home automation systems can be operated by electricity or a computer chip using a range of different types of switches. A simple device, such as a light can be activated by a signal from a motion detector, or can be part of a computerized home automation system. As a very basic definition, tends to refer to home automation as anything that gives the user remote or automatic control of things around the home. The main objective of this project is helping disables that couldn’t utilize with technology and electronic machines that could make the user more comfortable when using this technology at home. This project is consisting of some futures that could help the user to control devices like (Android Application, Arduino Microcontroller and Web application). This project is consisting of controlling (light, fan) and automatic sensors (PIR motion sensor, ultrasonic sensor, JPEG camera, smoke sensor). The microcontroller (Arduino) in this project that control switching opening and closing the sensors and devices, where the main device in the project is Arduino (microcontroller device) that is connected to the web application and then to the android application. The sensors of the security are PIR motion sensor, smoke sensor, PIR sensor detects motion by heat while the smoke sensor detects leaking of smoke and gas, ultrasonic sensor helps the blind people to determine the objects that are near to them by connecting Bluetooth to the Arduino. The devices that are controlled are (fan and light) where light is connected to Relay board that is connected to the Arduino, the fan is connected with the temperature sensor that detects the temperature when to open and close the fan when temperature is high or low. This project consists of voice notes and buttons in the android application that the user controls the system using the mobile application, where the sensors could help him in security of the smart home through JPEG camera and PIR motion sensor that detects any objects that have heat and take a photo for the camera to know

It’s a good i dea to devel op a customized tool between peopl e usi ng the common and wi del y used technology of smart phones.Communication between people is very important, so social media came to life. Social media applications like Facebook, WhatsApp, Facetime...etc., facilitate the communication between people in which they can call each other through video/audio call freely without being restricted by mobile networks, and share their moments with each other. The proposed system is Chat/Audio/Video Application that allows people to call each other freely and share images and location. Using advanced protocols like XMPP, SIP and specific newly developed server applications like Openfire and Asterisk we could develop our app in our own way. And in our future work we aim to make the system more secured, to add more features to facilitate the communication between people and provide more luxury

What Services Can Be Provided by Telemedicine? Sometimes telemedicine is best understood in terms of the services provided and the mechanisms used to provide those services. Here are some examples: Primary care and specialist referral services may involve a primary care or allied health professional providing a consultation with a patient or a specialist assisting the primary care physician in rendering a diagnosis. This may involve the use of live interactive video or the use of store-and-forward transmission of diagnostic images, vital signs, and/or video clips along with patient data. Remote patient monitoring, including home telehealth, uses devices to remotely collect and send data to a home-health agency or a remote diagnostic testing facility (RDTF) for interpretation. Such applications might include a specific vital sign, such as blood glucose or heart ECG, or a variety of indicators for homebound patients. Such services may supplement the use of visiting nurses. Consumer medical and health information includes the use of the Internet and wireless devices for patients to obtain specialized health information and access online discussion groups that provide peerto-peer support. Medical education provides continuing medical education credits for health professionals and special medical education seminars for targeted groups in remote locations. • What Delivery Mechanisms Can Be Used? Networked programs link tertiary care hospitals and clinics with outlying clinics and community health centers in rural or suburban areas. The links may use dedicated high-speed lines or the Internet for telecommunication links between sites. American Telemedicine Association (ATA) estimates the number of existing telemedicine networks in the United States at roughly 200, providing connectivity to over 3,000 sites. Point-to-point connections using private high-speed networks are used by hospitals and clinics that deliver services directly or outsource specialty services to independent medical service providers. Such outsourced services include radiology, stroke assessment, mental health, and intensive care (ICU) services. Monitoring center links are used for cardiac, pulmonary or fetal monitoring, and home care services. Often normal land-line or wireless connections are used to communicate directly between the patient and the center, although some systems use the Internet. Web-based e-health patient service sites provide direct patient outreach and services over the Internet. Under tele medicine, these include those sites that provide direct patient careTelemedicine is the use of medical information exchanged from one site to another through electronic communications to improve a patient’s clinical health status. Telemedicine includes a growing variety of applications and services using two-way video, e-mail, smart phones, wireless tools, and other forms of telecommunications technology
