    Get PDF
According to the Indian constitution, one of the fundamental rights is the right to education, and secondary education is an important sub-sector of the entire education system because it shapes and directs the child toward a bright future. Bihar has historically been a major centre of learning and is home to one of the oldest universities in the country, but the state\u27s modern education system paints a different picture. Bihar has the lowest literacy rate in the country, at 61.80%, according to the latest census data. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the state of secondary education in Bihar. This research is based on content analysis, which includes newspaper articles, articles from reputable sites such as CENSUS, U-DISE, NUEPA, and NCERT, and reports from reputable sites such as CENSUS, U-DISE, NUEPA, and NCERT, among others. The data shows Bihar\u27s vulnerability in achieving secondary education after analyzing several reports and articles. According to NUEPA statistics for 2014-15, Bihar\u27s net enrolment ratio in secondary education fell to 42.08 percent, compared to 93.77 percent in primary education. Although the Bihar government has made significant efforts at the secondary level, such as making text books available to all secondary students at a low cost through BSTPC and introducing several schemes such as Bihar Shatabdi Mukhyamantri Balika Poshak Yojna, Mukhyamantri Bicycle Yojna, and Shaikshnik Paribhraman Yojna, the overall transition rate from elementary to secondary education remains at 84.64 percent. The study of secondary education in Bihar highlighted the major issues that require immediate attention and action in order to ensure that high-quality education is maintained

The "Double New" refers to new curriculum and new teaching materials for general high school. The "Double New" has put forward higher requirements for high school English teaching. The traditional high school English reading teaching is mostly pure reading teaching, which is difficult to combine reading and writing and realize the migration from reading to writing. It is difficult to combine reading and writing to achieve the transfer from reading to writing. The integration of reading and writing units can effectively solve this situation. This paper takes Unit 3 of Compulsory 2 of senior high school English of new version of PEP as an example to explain how teachers can realize the integration of reading and writing units in high school English in the context of the "Double New", and explores how to make high school English reading integrated around the six elements and develop the core English literacy through the analysis of unit texts, interpretation of teaching objectives and design of teaching activities. In this paper, we explore how to make high school English reading closely integrated with the six elements, develop the core English literacy, explore the connotation of the text, implement moral education, and realize the education of the subject

Production Management: Analyzing the alignment of knowledge management with production management

    Get PDF
The development of new information in the field of project management has had a significant effect on the manufacturing industry. As a result, it is critical that service development procedures be optimized in every project. The rise in cement manufacturing production was supposed to be accomplished through the utilization of knowledge management principles and knowledge management as a mediator, which was the purpose of this research. The research was carried out across a number of different cement-producing sites in the Kurdistan area of Iraq. The researchers looked at four different aspects of knowledge management in order to determine how much production could be increased by using knowledge management. These aspects were knowledge creation, knowledge storage management, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application, with knowledge management acting as a mediator. The researchers utilized a quantitative research methodology in the form of a survey in order to carry out the current analysis that is being presented. The questionnaire was handed out in a randomized fashion to around one hundred and forty administrative staff members working for a variety of cement production enterprises in the Kurdistan area. However, the researchers did manage to gather a total of 128 completed surveys. The study employed hierarchical multiple regression analysis as well as the Sobel test in order to evaluate the research hypotheses that had been created. According to the findings, each component of knowledge management—knowledge creation, knowledge storage development, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application—had a distinct and significant positive relationship with increased production at carpet manufacturers in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. This was the case regardless of which component of knowledge management was examined. In addition, the findings indicated that all knowledge management concepts with a mediator (a project management development program) had an indirect positive and significant relationship with increased production at cement manufacturing facilities in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The mediator in this case was the project management development progra

Polar Question Particle Ke in Bagri

    Get PDF
The aim of this paper is to provide an account for the unique properties of the polar question particle (PQP) Ke in Bagri. Being a dialect of Hindi, this PQP is similar to its Hindi counterpart Kyaa in many aspects: optional occurrence in polar (Yes/No) questions, selectiveness in embedded polar questions, information structural effects. However, unlike Hindi, it is restricted to only polar Y/N questions and cannot occur in a clause-initial position, similar to PQP Ki in Bangla and Odia. Since Ke in Bagri meets all the necessary conditions explicitly laid out in Bhatt and Dayal (2018), we argue that this lexical item qualifies as a PQP residing in ForceP and has a presuppositional requirement that its complement must be a singleton-set question. Moreover, Ke is enclitic in nature requiring some phonological element to be present to its left

    Get PDF
The closure of schools is one of the most significant impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Teaching during the quarantine period presented unique challenges to special education teachers (SPED) who teach students with additional learning needs. This study described the lived experiences of special education teachers while teaching during the quarantine period using the qualitative phenomenology approach. Based on the findings of the study, the success of SPED teachers is defined by active communication and collaboration which help realize the implementation of quarantine teaching and learning. Moreover, four themes emerged for the challenges of SPED teachers, which include: lack of sufficient attention, support and resources from the administration; special education teachers’ technological skills must be improved; special education teachers encountered emotional flounders and uncertainties; and constraints in monitoring and assessing students’ learning and progress. Finally, the coping mechanisms of the SPED teachers are described in two themes: special education teachers adapt practices in the new teaching dynamics and special education teachers develop stress management strategies. Administrators should devise a strategy and distribute adequate funds to meet the needs of the SPED teachers and students in this era of quaranteaching
