Bilancio consolidato: le teorie di consolidamento e i riferimenti normativi
No full textIl bilancio consolidato è lo strumento di rappresentazione e misurazione della situazione patrimoniale, finanziaria ed economica di un gruppo di imprese inteso come complesso economico unitario. Esso costituisce la risposta all’esigenza di disporre di informazioni contabili adeguate all’evoluzione progressiva dei sistemi di produzione economica verso forme istituzionalmente complesse e articolate. "Bilancio consolidato" si rivolge sia agli studenti universitari sia ai professionisti. Partendo dai riferimenti dottrinali (le diverse teorie di consolidamento) e dalle problematiche di definizione dell’area di consolidamento, illustra le funzioni, la composizione e le modalità di redazione del bilancio consolidato. Il testo sviluppa in parallelo la trattazione del bilancio consolidato redatto in applicazione della normativa nazionale con quella del bilancio consolidato redatto secondo gli IFRS, evidenziando analogie e diversità tra i due sistemi. La spiegazione è arricchita da diversi box esplicativi e da vari esempi; gli esempi numerici, in particolare, illustrano le elaborazioni di consolidamento per più periodi amministrativi, in modo da illustrare gli effetti del consolidamento sia nel primo anno che nei successivi. Al termine di alcuni capitoli sono presenti anche degli esercizi riepilogativi, più altri esercizi al termine del volume

No full textLe rime di Giovan Giorgio Trissino conoscono un’ampia diffusione manoscritta nei primi decenni del Cinquecento, accanto a quelle di autori di primissimo piano come Iacopo Sannazaro o Pietro Bembo. Nella princeps delle Rime del 1529 convergono quindi testi frutto di un’attività poetica distribuita su un esteso arco cronologico, dalla «prima giωvineza» alla soglia dei cinquant’anni. L’esito è una raccolta in cui affiora un lucido progetto di classicismo: sebbene a Petrarca venga riservato un ruolo prioritario fra i modelli, infatti, le "Rime" attingono abbondantemente sia dalla tradizione greca e latina sia da quella volgare due-trecentesca. Il volume offre il testo della princeps delle "Rime", rivisto e corretto, specie per quanto riguarda l’impiego del sistema ortografico trissiniano, alla luce dei principi di filologia dei testi a stampa e sulla scorta delle indicazioni che si ricavano dall’usus del vicentino o da sue esplicite indicazioni. Il testo critico è corredato di un commento puntuale che, per la prima volta, rende conto del mosaico di citazioni, di riprese e di libere traduzioni da svariati componimenti (greci, latini e volgari) di cui è innervata la produzione lirica di Trissino
Light-driven modulation of proximity-enhanced functionalities in hybrid nano-scale systems
No full textAdvancing quantum information and communication technology requires smaller and faster components with actively controllable functionalities. This work presents an all-optical strategy for dynamically modulating magnetic properties via proximity effects controlled by light. We demonstrate this concept using hybrid nanoscale systems composed of C60 molecules proximitized to a cobalt metallic ferromagnetic surface, where proximity interactions are particularly strong. Our findings show that by inducing excitons in the C60 molecules with resonant ultrashort light pulses, we can significantly modify the interaction at the Cobalt/C60 interface, leading to a remarkable 60% transient shift in the frequency of the Co dipolar ferromagnetic resonance mode. This effect, detected via a specifically designed time-resolved Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect (tr-MOKE) experiment, persists on a timescale of hundreds of picoseconds. Since this frequency shift directly correlates with a transient change in the anisotropy field—an essential parameter for technological applications—our findings establish a new material platform for ultrafast optical control of magnetism at the nanoscale

No full textFollowing the so-called multilingual turn (May) there has been a growing interest
in the promotion of translingual literacy practices in and outside the classroom.
Among such practices, arts-based and multimodal projects are said to enable learners to experiment with their linguistic resources and critically reflect on how they use them, while also promoting their creativity, self-expression, and agency. With this in mind, the MILE (Museums and Innovation in Language Education) research group and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection (Venice) collaboratively designed the project Io vado al museo, aimed at promoting linguistic diversity and social inclusion through pre-, during-, and post-visit translingual object-based activities across the classroom and the museum. In this article, we will mainly focus on the post-visit phase in which young adult migrants from the Provincial Centre for Adult Education and Training (CPIA) in Venice created a plurilingual podcast aired on the university radio. Through employing a Critical Ethnographic Research approach, our study shows that encouraging adult migrants to employ their plurilingual resources and identities to create an audio story inspired by the museum
artworks and share it with the wider public helped them develop metalinguistic
awareness, cooperation, and agency pointing to the transformative potential of podcasting between the classroom and the museum
La doppia vita di una traduttrice palestinese: un ponte tra ferite e parole
No full textQuesto saggio esamina l’atto della traduzione da Gaza come una forma di testimonianza di un mondo che scompare, dove la lingua stessa diventa un veicolo di sopravvivenza e un luogo di lotta. Di fronte alla cancellazione in corso, i traduttori palestinesi occupano uno spazio liminale, facendo da ponte tra l’immediatezza del dolore provato in arabo e le strutture distaccate, spesso sterilizzate, di un’altra lingua, non concepita per trasmettere una tale devastazione. Il testo medita sul peso etico della traduzione di storie partorite tra le macerie, testimonianze plasmate dagli attacchi aerei, tra il ricordo e la minaccia del silenzio. Ciascuna parola deve attraversare un terreno segnato dal potere, dagli eufemismi, dall’indifferenza, costringendo la traduttrice a navigare sul labile confine tra l’attenuazione del dolore ai fini della leggibilità e la conservazione della sua urgenza in una lingua condizionata a neutralizzarlo. Radicato nell’esperienza palestinese, questo saggio sostiene che la traduzione non è più un’attività solo linguistica, ma politica e morale, che porta la responsabilità del rifiuto della scomparsa, della resistenza all’addomesticamento e del mantenimento di uno spazio per voci che potrebbero non sopravvivere oltre la frase. Nel tradurre la Palestina, i traduttori operano non solo per trasmettere significato, ma per conservare la vita, l’agentività e la memoria in un mondo che spesso esige la cancellazione prima di offrire la propria attenzione.This essay examines the act of translation from Gaza as a form of bearing witness to a disappearing world, where language itself becomes both a vessel of survival and a site of struggle. In the face of ongoing erasure, the Palestinian translator occupies a liminal space, bridging the immediacy of grief experienced in Arabic with the distanced, often sanitized structures of another language that was never designed to carry such devastation. The text meditates on the ethical weight of translating stories born in the rubble, testimonies shaped between airstrikes, between remembrance and the threat of silence. Each word must pass through a terrain marked by power, euphemism, and indifference, forcing the translator to navigate the fine line between softening grief for legibility and preserving its urgency in a language conditioned to neutralize pain. Anchored in the Palestinian experience, the essay contends that translation is no longer merely a linguistic task, but a political and moral one, charged with refusing disappearance, resisting domestication, and holding space for voices that may not survive beyond the sentence. In translating Palestine, the translator labors not only to carry meaning, but to preserve life, agency, and memory in a world that often demands erasure before it offers attention
Attitudes of Humanities Students and Aspiring Teachers Toward Quantitative Educational Research: An Introductory Study

Papanastasiou's (2005) scale, the study compared attitudes between students who attended traditional lectures and exercises and those who participated in practical research labs. The results indicate that students involved in research labs demonstrate more positive attitudes and a greater awareness of the value of educational research. However, both groups share common anxieties about the challenges associated with research. The study highlights the need to integrate more practical opportunities to foster a positive view of research among future humanities teachers

Natronomicrosphaera hydrolytica, gen. nov., sp. nov., a first representative of the phylum Planctomycetota from soda lakes
No full textDespite intensive microbiological characterization of soda lake microbial communities, no culturable representatives from the phylum Planctomycetota have been isolated from these haloalkaline habitats. In the context of studying polysaccharide utilization by soda lake microbial communities, we used polysaccharide hyaluronic acid as enrichment substrate at aerobic, moderate haloalkaline conditions (1 M total Na+, pH 9.5). This resulted in a selective enrichment and isolation in pure culture of a bacterial strain AB-hyl4 belonging to Planctomycetota. The cells are tiny motile cocci growing in large aggregates, with the Gram-negative type of ultrastructure and producing a yellow pigment. This obligate aerobic saccharolytic heterotroph has an extremely narrow growth substrate range including, besides hyaluronic acid, melezitose and glycerol. The membrane lipids consist of phosphatidylcholine and two types of neutral lipids, including hopanoids and monounsaturated C17 and C19 hydrocarbons. Phylogenomic analysis placed the isolate into the family Phycisphaeraceae, class Phycisphaerae, as a new genus-level lineage. Its genome contained a gene encoding a polysaccharide lyase from the PL8 family which is probably responsible for the degradation of hyaluronic acid to a dimer, followed by its transport and hydrolysis into monomers in periplasm and final glycolytic degradation in cytoplasm. On the basis of distinct phenotypic and genomic properties, strain AB-hyl4T (DSM 117794 = UQM 41914) is proposed to be classified as Natronomicrosphaera hydrolytica gen. nov., sp. nov
