SDGs Curriculum in Schools in Wakayama : A report toward the establishment of the ESD for SDGs Consortium
No full text本稿は、和歌山大学教育学部がすすめる共同研究事業「和歌山大学を中心としたESD for SDGsコンソーシアム推進」に関し、この研究活動に加わる学校でのSDGsに向けた教育の推進に向けた取り組みを、中間的に報告することを目的とする。プロジェクト自体の狙いはSDGsに関わる教育実践を行う学校の組織化と、教育情報の共有システムの構築であり、これらを通じて相乗的に地域全体としての質の向上を図るものである。ここでは、このプロジェクトに位置づけられる複数の学校における実践事例について報告し、さらにこれに連なる新たな可能性を持った取り組みについて外観しながら、SDGsに向けた教育の今後の方向性を探るものである

Get PDF第二次大戦中に時局に抗して学問的な良心を貫いたことで稀有な存在とされる西岡虎之助の敗戦直後の講義ノート（東大経済学部の日本経済史）を公開する。本来公開を目的としない手記であり、研究者・教育者としての西岡の真の姿を示す史料となり、敗戦後歴史学の等身大の実像、ひいては良心的な知識人の思考を知る手掛かりとなる。ここで紹介する前半の中からは、国体護持・天皇擁護（至尊免責）、米国占領政策批判、赤色デモクラシー（共産主義）傾斜という、西岡の不安定な確信が明らかになる。国家の行く末をスウェーデンに求める点もオリジナルな政治評論として注目されるであろう。なお、公開については所蔵者の了解を得ている。本稿は、日本学術振興会助成金（基盤研究Ｃ課題番号21K00870 ）の成果である
An Essay on Capitalism
No full textDefinitions of capitalism have been ambiguous and various, not only because the word is not a rigorous economic term but also because it has been used to express many important messages in the context of the 20th century. Generally speaking, it can mean any of the following four concepts : ① liberalism, ② market economy, ③ profit-seeking society, and ④ modern industrial society. This paper attempts to validate these four concepts in turn and make clear the necessary conditions for defining the meaning of capitalism in the context of the 21st century

No full textThe historiography of geoscience in the 20th century in Japan is reconsidered through 57 volumes of diaries (1914-1963) of Mochizuki Katsumi (1905-1963), a geology professor at Shizuoka University, from the following four viewpoints: 1) Scientific thought of geotectonics: Considering Mochizuki's own theory of geotectonics from his relations with other researchers such as Otuka Yanosuke (1903-1950), professor at the Earthquake Research Institute and the Faculty of Science of the Imperial University of Tokyo; 2) Mutual relationship between geology and geography: Tracing Mochizuki's teachings and research in the two disciplines at the higher schools of Kanazawa and Shizuoka; 3) History of geoscience education: Illustrating the transition of ‘geoscience’ including human geography, from the World War II era to the post-war period; 4) The life history of a scientist: Positioning a personal history, which records details of educational reforms in the history of universities and cultural history of Japan
『探究』の姿を引き出す算数科の学び : 発達の段階を視野に入れた『探究』のしかけによって
Get PDF本年度は，発達の段階を視野に入れた子ども自ら探究する学びの実現を目的とし，研究を進めた。よりよく問題解決する学びの実現に向け，主体・協働・活用・省察の４つの姿が繰り返し，豊かに具現化している姿を目的に実践を行った。２年生「かけ算」の実践において，生活場面の中に問題を見つけ，どうすれば解決できるかと試行する過程で，絵や図を用いて「かけ算の意味」を正しく理解することを目的とした。ここでは２つの式を見比べる際に絵や図を用いることで，これまでの問題との違いや本当に今の考えが合っているか一旦立ち止まり考える「省察」と絵や図を「活用」する姿をめざした。しかけが有効に働き子どもたちの『探究』する姿があった。一方、発達の段階に応じた教師の出るタイミングや内容について課題が残った。４年生は，「変わり方」の実践において，二つの数量関係を見いだし，表や式を用いて変化や対応の特徴を考察した後，問題解決をする場面を設けた。そうすることで，考察に用いた表現や結果を用いてよりよく問題解決する主体の姿を引き出すことをめざした。その結果，具体的な場面において，表や式を用いて変化の様子を表したり，変化の特徴を読み取ったりすることができたと考える。また，伴って変わる二つの数量関係を見いだし，それらの関係に着目し，表や式を用いて変化や対応の特徴を考察する力が育ってきた
