『探究』の姿を引き出す道徳科におけるしかけ : 自己の生き方について考えを深めていこうとする姿をめざして
Get PDF学校提案をもとに，道徳科における発達の段階を視野に入れた『探究』の姿を設定し，その姿を引き出すために， しかけを講じた。３年生では，「カリキュラムの工夫」「ICT機器の活用」「評価活動の工夫」のしかけ，６年生では「自分たちの生活に関わる単元をとおした学習課題の設定」「グループでの話し合い」「納得解の共有」「視点を設けた振り返り」のしかけを行った。実践を行う中で，３年生では「カリキュラムの工夫」「ICT機器の活用」「評価活動の工夫」，６年生では「自分たちの生活に関わる単元をとおした学習課題の設定」「グループでの話し合い」「視点を設けた振り返り」が，『探究』の姿を引き出すために効果的なしかけとして明らかになった。また，６年生でしかけの一つとして行った「納得解の共有」は，今回の実践に特に必要性のないものであることが明らかとなった
Influence of Psychological Safety and Group Cohesiveness on Creativity in University Seminars : A Hierarchical Linear Modeling Approach
No full textThe purpose of this study is to examine how the creativity of seminar students is affected by psychological safety and group cohesiveness in university seminars. Although there is considerable research that attributed the source of creativity to individual traits and psychological factor, there is evidence that some group-specific traits are the main determinants of creativity rather than individual factors. In this study, a sample of 197 students and 41 seminars obtained from a questionnaire survey administered to a total of 230 third-year students belonging to 20 national and private universities in Japan is included in the analysis. The following two findings were revealed through the results using a hierarchical linear model : First, the creativity of seminar students was higher in seminars where the level of psychological safety was higher. Second, there was no statistically significant relationship between group cohesiveness of the seminar and the creativity of the seminar students. These findings suggest that, in seminars conducted in a professional education context, just increasing cohesiveness is insufficient and it is essential to provide educational support to create a psychologically safe group environment where seminar members can honestly and frankly exchange opinions. This supports seminar students to formulate their own ideas and solve problems creatively and autonomously

Besides, there is a possibility of issues arising when it becomes necessary to review or improve the designation of Urban Renewal Corporation. Furthermore, There are differences in the frequency of communication through partnership.本研究は都市再生推進法人の指定や継続に関わる手続きの全国的な運用状況を把握した上で、推進法人・行政間のコミュニケーション頻度に相違が生じる要因を整理し、これらを踏まえて推進法人制度を活かした公民連携まちづくりを推進するための課題を明らかにすることを目的とする。 研究の結果、推進法人指定時の審査基準はあるが、全国一律的な内容が大半であり、推進法人とその他のまちづくり団体との差別化が曖昧になりかねないことや、推進法人の指定継続を判断する評価基準を設けている行政は無いため、推進法人の指定見直しや改善が必要になったときに問題となる可能性があることがわかった。また、推進法人指定の発意よりも、行政が認識する推進法人の役割や、ビジョン等の有無及び策定過程、業務上の関与によってコミュニケーションの頻度に違いがあることがわかった。 今後は、推進法人と行政のパートナーシップが適切に構築できるようにコミュニケーションが図られているかどうかといった点を法人指定の継続の評価指標のひとつに取り入れることが期待される

No full text地方自治体において，市民の声を集めるアンケート調査をクラウドソーシングとして実施することで社会課題の解決や行政サービスの改善を目指す試みが行われている．しかし，このような仕組みが実際に活発に運用されている成功例は多くない．市民の参加を促すには動機付けが必要であり，単純で効果的な方法は報酬を支払うことであるが，地方自治体が多数の市民を継続的に参加させるほどの報酬の財源を確保することは困難である．本研究では，自治体を含む何らかのコミュニティ内を想定して実施するコミュニティ型クラウドソーシングにおいて，好意から生じるコミュニティへの貢献の気持ちが，少額の報酬しか得られないタスクに対する動機付けを補い，少額の報酬であってもクラウドソーシングのサービスが成り立つのではないかと仮定した．本仮定に基づいて，行動経済学における動機付け効果を組み込んだクラウドソーシングフレームワークの設計を行い，実験によりその効果を検証した．具体的には，行動経済学において効果が認められている単純接触効果やイケア効果等によって，好意と少額の報酬が相補的な効果をもたらす可能性を検証した．実験の結果，これらの行動経済学に基づいた動機付けの仕組みにより，少額の報酬でも参加者のタスク実行を動機付けられる可能性を確認した．Local governments are attempting to solve social issues and improve administrative services by crowdsourcing surveys to collect citizens' opinions. However, there are not many successful examples of such mechanisms in active operation. Motivation is necessary to encourage citizen participation, and a simple and effective method is to pay rewards, but it is difficult for local governments to secure the financial resources to pay enough rewards to continuously involve a large number of citizens. In this paper, we hypothesize that, in the crowdsourcing within a community, positive feelings toward the community motivates people to contribute to the community by performing tasks even with small rewards, and that crowdsourcing services can be operated even with small rewards. Based on this hypothesis, we designed a crowdsourcing framework that incorporates the effects of motivation and attachment formation in behavioral economics, and tested its effectiveness through experiments. As a result of the experiment, we confirmed that these motivational mechanisms based on behavioral economics may promote participants' task execution even with small rewards

Along with this, the number of students with secondary disorders is increasing. The teachers are having difficulties dealing with this increase, therefore improvements of the existing education system are needed.In this survey, we conducted a questionnaire targeting teachers in the high school section of special needs schools about how to deal with behavioral problems caused by secondary disorders.
