A Study on the way of training to nurture the practical teaching ability of elementary school teachers : Focusing on changes in teacher behavior in elementary school physical education classes
No full text本研究は、現職の小学校教師を対象に、これまでの教師教育に関する研究の成果をふまえた研修内容を仮説・実践し、それが研修後の教師行動と態度得点、ならびに学習集団機能を変容させうるのかどうかについて事例的に検討することを目的とした。その結果、1）態度測定の診断結果はいずれの学級とも「高いレベル・成功」の範疇であった。唯一、C 学級は女子の態度スコアがアンバランスであったが、「価値」尺度のスコアが男女とも向上した。2）学習集団テストの診断結果は、A 学級とC 学級いずれも男女共に「高い」と診断された。3）態度得点ならびに学習集団機能を向上させたC 教師の教師行動の変容を検討した結果、一問一答の単純に完結するやりとりから、「創意的発問」を駆使して、子どもの考えを探り深めていくやりとりへと変容していたことが認められた。これらのことから、教員研修においては、講義による知識の教示に加えて、授業動画の視聴等により、よい授業の姿をイメージ化させることで自らの授業を改善し、それを研修の場で再度検証するといった研修体制を構築できれば、教師の成長に資する効果的な研修になりうる可能性が高いものと考えられた
Reconsideration and trial of Torrance’ s creativity test Ⅳ : Survey and analysis of college students
No full textThis paper is a study of children’s creativity development based on the Creativity Test by E.P.Torrance (1915-2003). In this study, we conducted a drawing development and creativity demonstration survey of college students and a survey of behavioral characteristics of college students in their early childhood. Based on the results,we captured the relationship between drawing and behavioral characteristics and discussed the factors necessary to foster rich creativity. The results suggest that in order to develop and demonstrate creativity, educational support that fosters a positive attitude toward things from early childhood
Quantification of chloride ions in brackish water and its application to inquiry learning in high school
Get PDFWe tried to measure quantity of chloride ion in sea water by Mohr method at estuaries of the Wakagawa River and Kinokawa River. From these results, it is clear that the concentrations of chloride ion at estuaries are correlated with ebb and flow of the tide. The maximum of concentrations of chloride ion observed at estuary of the Wakagawa River is 18,560mg L^-1,and this value is similar to ca.19,000mg L^-1 in the Kuroshio Current.On the other hand, the concentrations of chloride ion observed at estuary of the Kinokawa River are almost smaller than those at estuary of the Wakagawa River. This result is attributable to larger amount of running water in river. Finally, these experiments were applied into practice in high school

No full textThis paper explains why traditional marketing management accounting systems can no longer effectively manage marketing activities. It is widely accepted that Anthony's (1965) influential framework contributed to the control of traditional marketing activities. Typically, traditional marketing management was carried out by the company hierarchy comprising upper level managers, marketing controllers, and middle managers. Anthony's management control also assumed that managers would implement marketing strategy. Therefore, it was well suited to providing guidelines or indicating norms for marketing management. However, with a change in the underlying premise of marketing, it was widely recognized that traditional management control systems were ill-suited to the management of new forms of marketing activities. In particular, reinforcing customer value was recognized as one of the important ways in which a competitive advantage could be attained. This consensus was no longer consistent with the assumptions of traditional management control. It resulted in the phenomenon of “relevance lost.” It has become apparent that a strong need now exists for the establishment of new management control systems for managing customers. It is also necessary to discuss what framework(s) or perspective(s) are appropriate for managing customers

Get PDF本研究では、校長経験者から①対応が難しかった保護者からの要求について、さらに②管理職として保護者との関わり方で気をつけていたことについて、聞き取りを行った。聞き取った内容を事例として捉え、小野田（2013）の知見をもとに分析し、現在の保護者の要求の特徴を明らかにすることを本研究の目的とする。聞き取りから挙げられた保護者への対応の心得は、小野田（2013）の知見のポイントと共通しており、いずれも重要であることがわかった。また、聞き取りの事例から見える保護者の要求の特徴は、小野田（2008）の指摘する社会的な問題の現れが、より進んだ形で出現しているものであることがわかった

No full text時代の移り変わりに伴う若年層の就労観の変化は、学校現場にも影響を及ぼしており、新規採用教員に限らず、これからの成長が楽しみであった教員が、急に離職してしまうといったケースが和歌山県内でも起こっている。本稿では、初任から10年目、９年目、８年目を迎え、新たなミドルリーダーとしての活躍が期待されている３人の教員へのインタビュー調査を通して、彼らの成長を支えた要因について考察した。教員の成長を促す要因として、子供たちによる支えや初任者自身の「訊く力」、寄り添い支える支援者の存在があることがわかった
