Development of a System for Dataset Collection and Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) Inference Based on Computer Vision in the Elcue Video Call Application
Computer vision-based sign language recognition plays a crucial role in improving communication accessibility for the Deaf community. This study develops a system that automates the collection of the Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) dataset and performs real-time hand gesture inference using OpenCV and TensorFlow. The system enables the device's camera to capture users' hand gestures, process images using image processing techniques, and store them in a structured dataset for inference purposes. Experimental results show that the system successfully collected 9,448 images, with each BISINDO sign consisting of 1,050 images recorded under various lighting conditions and camera angles. Inference conducted on nine different signs achieved an average accuracy of 86.3%, with certain signs such as A, C, D, Terima Kasih, and Halo exceeding 90% accuracy. However, the I sign had the lowest accuracy at 66.6%, indicating challenges in recognition due to hand movement complexity, variations in camera angles, and lighting conditions affecting inference accuracy.
Overall, the developed system has demonstrated good performance in automating BISINDO dataset collection and performing real-time inference. However, further improvements are required to enhance the system's reliability in recognizing signs under diverse real-world conditions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based promotional information system intended for the Lontong Baldes Helvetia MSME, a local culinary business located in the Helvetia District, Medan City, which specializes in traditional Indonesian cuisine. The main issue underlying this research is the suboptimal utilization of digital media as a promotional tool, resulting in limited reach of information to potential customers. Through the application of web-based technology, the system is developed using the Waterfall model approach to facilitate a structured design and implementation process. The website is built using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the Bootstrap framework, and MySQL as the database. The main features provided by the system include product data management, promotional content management, and online ordering. The user interface is designed to be responsive and easy to operate, enabling business owners to manage promotional content independently without requiring advanced technical skills. Jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court Over Attacks on a Nation’s Historical Monuments (Case Study of the Attack on Ukraine’s Derzhprom Historical Building by Rusia)
Armed conflicts in modern history often cause extensive destruction, not only to human lives but also to cultural heritage that forms the collective identity of nations. Historical monuments, despite their non-military status, are frequently targeted for political, military, or ideological purposes. Such destruction leads to the loss of historical, architectural, and symbolic national values. The International Criminal Court (ICC), established under the 1998 Rome Statute, holds jurisdiction over serious international crimes, including war crimes involving deliberate attacks against cultural property. This research examines three main issues: (1) the ICC’s competence in resolving attacks on historical monuments in a state; (2) the international legal framework for the protection of cultural property under the 1954 Hague Convention and the 1970 UNESCO Convention; and (3) the ICC’s competence in disputes concerning cultural property in the case of the Derzhprom Building attack in Ukraine by Russia under the 1998 Rome Statute.
The study adopts a normative juridical method with statutory and case approaches, drawing on primary legal materials (the 1998 Rome Statute, the 1954 Hague Convention, the 1970 UNESCO Convention, and the 1949 Geneva Conventions), secondary legal materials (books, journals, and prior research), and tertiary sources (legal dictionaries and encyclopedias).
The findings indicate that the ICC has the authority to prosecute individuals responsible for the destruction of the Derzhprom Building, as the act meets the elements of war crimes under Article 8 and Article 12 of the Rome Statute. The international legal framework provided by the 1954 Hague Convention and the 1970 UNESCO Convention affords special protection to cultural property in armed conflict. ad hoc acceptance of ICC jurisdiction enables the Court to process the case. The increasing demand for electrical energy requires innovations in the utilization of alternative energy sources. One solution that can be implemented is the use of mechanical energy from sports activities to be converted into electrical energy. This research aims to design and develop a Sports Power Plant (PLTO) using a stationary bicycle equipped with a heart rate monitoring system and electrical energy monitoring. This system works by converting the mechanical
energy from the pedals of the stationary bicycle into electrical energy through a generator. The rotation speed of the generator or DC dynamo affects the electrical power produced. Optimally, in this study, around 2000 RPM will
produce 5 - 6 Watts, which is then stored in batteries as a backup power source. Additionally, a heart rate monitoring system is used to measure the intensity of the user's workout, while the energy monitoring system functions to display the
amount of energy generated. The test results show that this system can generate electricity effectively, as well as provide real-time information about the user's performance and the power produced. With this innovation, it is hoped that the

Performance Analysis of Composite Motorcycle Clutch Pads Using Finite Element Method-Based Simulation
This study aims to analyze the performance of composite motorcycle clutch pads using simulation based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). The composite material used consists of a polymer matrix combined with natural fibers as a reinforcing material. This material has several advantages such as not damaging the environment, the ability to withstand heat, and has good friction properties. Simulations were conducted using ANSYS Student Version 2025 R1, with component geometry based on the clutch specifications of the Honda Supra X and standard HGP clutch pads. The research focuses on three main variables: equivalent stress (von-Mises), total deformation, and the coefficient of friction of the composite clutch pad under varying rotational speeds of 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm, and 3000 rpm with a constant load of 2 kg. The simulation results show that the coefficient of friction values were 0.53 at 1000 rpm, 0.50 at 2000 rpm, and 0.46 at 3000 rpm. The maximum stress reached 22.168 MPa, and the maximum deformation was 0.062699 mm. Using FEM, the simulation effectively visualizes the distribution of stress and deformation with greater precision and efficiency compared to experimental methods. The results also indicate a decrease in the coefficient of friction as rotational speed increases, which is crucial for evaluating the performance of composite clutch pads in motorcycle applications.57 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Corruption, which is categorized as an extraordinary crime, has a destructive impact on the governmental system and society. One form of this is the misappropriation of grant funds. This research analyzes Decision No. 19/Pid.Sus-TPK/2023/PN Jap concerning the misappropriation of BAWASLU grant funds in Asmat Regency. The research questions addressed in this thesis are how administrative responsibility transforms into criminal liability, the implications of PERMA RI Number 1 of 2020 on the Corruption Eradication Law, and a legal analysis of Decision No. 19/Pid.Sus-TPK/2023/PN Jap in relation to PERMA RI Number 1 of 2020.
The research method used in this thesis is the normative legal research method (juridical normative). The results indicate that the transformation from an administrative violation into a corruption offense is determined by the presence of the element of intent (mens rea) and actions that cause state financial losses.
Regarding the application of PERMA RI Number 1 of 2020, the decision of the Jayapura District Court Judge is deemed incorrect. In this ruling, the judge ignored the provisions of Article 6 paragraph (2) letter c of this PERMA RI, which classifies state financial losses amounting to Rp2.55 billion as “moderate,” but the judge categorized them as “low.” This error resulted in a criminal sentence that is not in accordance with the provisions of the said PERMA. This study aims to examine the influence of professional skepticism, independence, workload, and auditor experience on auditors’ ability to detect fraud. The focus of this research is on auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in the Medan area. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample consists of 51 auditors from 7 Public Accounting Firms in Medan, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The Effect of Scanning Strategy Based on Sequence and Movement on the Accuracy of Intraoral Scanning in Kennedy Class III
Impression in Kennedy Class III cases for denture fabrication can be done with IOS. Kennedy's Class III is a condition of tooth loss located between the teeth (bounded saddle), of course this makes stabilization and retention of the denture easier to achieve because there are supporting teeth on both sides compared to Kennedy's Class I and II The accuracy of IOS impression in Klas III Kennedy cases is more accurate than Klas I and II, this causes frequent use of IOS in Klas III Kennedy cases so it needs to be studied further. The accuracy of impression is influenced by several external and internal factors. Scanning strategy is the main factor that affects the accuracy of impression with IOS. The scanning strategy is a sequence and movements when scanning to improve the accuracy of the virtual model. The sequence during scanning consists of Occlusal Lingual Buccal (OLB), Occlusal Buccal Lingual (OBL), Lingual Occlusal Buccal (LOB), and Buccal Occlusal Lingual (BOL). The movement during scanning consists of linear, zig zag, and S. The accuracy of the scanning strategy in IOS can be assessed based on trueness and precission. The use of comparative analysis with CloudCompare v2.13.0 software can be used to see the trueness and precission values. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of scanning strategies based on OLB and LOB sequences with zig zag and linear movements on the occlusal surface of the anterior region on the trueness and precission of IOS impression in Kennedy Clas III cases. One stone model with a Kennedy class III case was scanned with the Extra Oral Scanner (EOS) once as a reference sample to obtain the trueness value, and scanned with the IOS forty times divided into four groups as samples. Group A was scanning with OLB sequence with zig zag motion on the anterior surface ten times, Group B was scanning with OLB sequence with linear motion on the anterior surface 10 times, Group C was scanning with LOB sequence with zig zag motion on the anterior region surface 10 times, and Group D was scanning with LOB sequence with linear motion on the anterior region surface 10 times. The results showed that there was an effect of OLB and LOB sequence scanning strategies with zig zag and linear movements on the occlusal surface of the anterior region on trueness and precission. Based on the average value of trueness and precission, group C (sequence LOB with zig zag movement on the occlusal surface of the anterior region) has the highest value with the smallest discrepancy value, which is 28 ± 6.79 µm and 31 ± 6.37 µm. The results of this study indicate that the LOB sequence with zig zag motion on the occlusal surface of the anterior region provides the highest accuracy, both in terms of trueness and precission. Thus, this technique can be recommended to be applied in daily clinical practice, especially in digital impression of IOS in order to obtain more accurate impression and support denture making in Class III Kennedy cases with more precision.104 PagesTesis Magiste
The Influence of Servant Leadership and Career Growth on Quality of Work Life in Generation Z Employees
Quality of work life is an important concern for companies in creating a work environment that supports employee welfare and productivity, especially for generation Z who have different work preferences and characteristics compared to previous generations. This study examines the effects of servant leadership and career growth on quality of work life in generation Z employees. This study used explanatory quantitative research involving 385 generation Z employees who work in service sector companies using the purposive sampling method. Data collection technique were conducted using a google form questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Based on the statistical test conducted, (R = 0.895; R Square = 0.801; F = 768.280; p = 0.000) indicated that servant leadership and career growth was found to have a positive and significant effect on quality of work life in generation Z employees. The Relationship between Emotional Regulation and Subjective Well-Being in Inmates at Women's Correctional Institutions
This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional regulation and
subjective well-being among inmates in a women's correctional institution. This
study involved 181 inmates selected using an accidental sampling method. The
research method is a quantitative research method with data collection using a
Likert scale with two measuring instruments. Emotional regulation was measured
using the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) while subjective well-being
was measured using the Positive Affect Negative Affect (PANAS) and
Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be
concluded that the higher a person's emotional regulation, the higher the
subjective well-being of inmates in the Women's Correctional Institution. The
results of this study indicate a significant relationship between emotional
regulation and subjective well-being (p < 0.005) among inmates in the Women's
