Early Predictive Analysis of Coronary Heart Disease Using Patient Medical Record Data
Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide and poses a major challenge for healthcare systems, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia. This study aims to develop an early risk prediction model for CHD using a machine learning–based approach through hybrid integration of Neural Network (Multi-Layer Perceptron/MLP) and Random Forest (RF) to enhance both accuracy and interpretability. The dataset consists of 1,000 patient records containing demographic and clinical attributes, including age, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, smoking history, diabetes, and hypertension. The research process includes data preprocessing (imputation, outlier detection using the IQR method, and normalization with MinMaxScaler), feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The models were evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, and ROC-AUC metrics across three approaches: MLP, RF, and hybrid integration. The results show that the hybrid model achieved the best performance, with an Accuracy of 0.9958 and ROC-AUC of 0.9991, outperforming the individual models. These findings demonstrate that integrating the two algorithms produces a more stable, accurate, and clinically relevant predictive system, thereby supporting early detection of CHD in a more effective and human-centered manner.92 PagesTesis Magiste

study.133 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Juridical Analysis of Unlawful Acts in Copyright Infringments of the Song “Obuk Celleng” (A Study of Supreme Court Design No. 464 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2024)
The proliferation of song copyright infringement in the digital era, particularly on the YouTube platform—where works are frequently used or altered without the original creator's permission—serves as the background of this research. The primary issues examined include the legal regulation of copyright, the legal consequences of Unlawful Acts (Perbuatan Melawan Hukum/PMH) within the context of copyright, and a juridical analysis of the judges' considerations in the Supreme Court Decision Number 464 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2024.
This research uses a normative juridical with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection was conducted through library research, utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The data were analyzed qualitatively to draw deductive conclusions.
The results of the study indicate that the act of duplicating the lyrics, notation, chords, and arrangement of the song "Nasib Force One Buruk" owned by Rahman Efendi into the song "Obuk Celleng" without permission constitutes an Unlawful Act as regulated under Article 1365 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata). In its decision, the Supreme Court declared that Rahman Efendi is the legitimate creator and copyright holder, and subsequently annulled the copyright registrations made unlawfully by other parties. The conclusion of this research confirms that the PMH instrument is highly effective in protecting the economic and moral interests of creators in intellectual property rights disputes in Indonesia.96 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

From the results of economic analysis, it can be concluded that the preliminary plant design of fatty acid from palm oil fruit with a production capacity of 35.000 tons/year is feasible.558 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Legal Protection for Notaries Against Criminal Fraud Charges Related to Formal Obligations in Deed Execution (Case Study of Decision No. 196/Pid.B/2019/Pn Dps Jo. Decision No. 27/Pid/2019/Pt.Dps Jo. Decision No. 20 Pk/Pid/2020)
Notarial deeds that become the subject of disputes between parties or third parties often result in the notary being implicated as an accomplice or facilitator of a criminal act. This study analyzes the notary’s liability in cases of fraud committed by one of the appearing parties in a power of attorney deed executed before a notary (the judicial considerations in Decision No. 196/Pid.B/2019/PN DPS Jo. Decision No. 27/Pid/2019/PT.DPS Jo. Decision No. 20 PK/Pid/2020, and the forms of legal protection available to notaries involved in fraud-related criminal cases. This research employs a normative legal study approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The data used in this study consists of secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection was conducted through a literature review, and the analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. The findings reveal that the liability of a notary in cases of fraud committed by an appearing party in a power of attorney deed must first be assessed to determine whether the notary was actively involved in the fraudulent act. The judicial considerations in Decision No. 196/Pid.B/2019/PN DPS were based on Article 378 in conjunction with Article 55(1) of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP). In Decision No. 20 PK/Pid/2020, the panel of judges concluded that the defendant had indeed been negligent in the execution of the power of attorney for the sale of land between the victim and witness Mansyur Tambunan. However, the court ruled that such negligence fell within the realm of administrative law as a notary’s professional responsibility, rather than constituting a criminal offense. The forms of legal protection afforded to the notary in this case involved seeking judicial review, which was ultimately granted by the court. The defendant was acquitted of all charges, as the court determined that the act in question did not constitute a criminal offense. The Supreme Court’s ruling in Decision No. 20 PK/Pid/2020 explicitly stated that the defendant’s rights, name, and dignity must be fully restored.171 PagesTesis Magiste

Background. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of the
leading causes of mortality in the world, and its prevalence keeps increasing every
year, including in Indonesia. Inhalers are the main therapy for COPD, but many
patients still use them with incorrect techniques, which can reduce treatment
effectiveness and increase the risk of exacerbations. Objective. To identify
respondent characteristics, accuracy of inhaler use based on device type, the most
frequent errors, and analyze factors associated with the accuracy of inhaler
technique among COPD patients. Methods. This study was an analytical
observational study with a cross-sectional design, involving 88 samples of COPD
patients who used inhalers at Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis Universitas Sumatera
Utara Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan, 20155, INDONESIA. Results.
Most respondents were male, aged ≥60 years, had a secondary education level, and
were unemployed. The majority had been diagnosed with COPD for ≥2 years,
belonged to group E, had GOLD stage 2 obstruction, and one comorbidity. There
was a significant relationship between education level and inhaler use accuracy (p
<0.0001), and between inhaler type and accuracy (p=0.043). The SMI device was
used more correctly, while the pMDI device was most frequently used incorrectly.
Patients with higher education levels were seven times more likely to use inhalers
correctly than those with lower–middle education levels (OR = 7.284). Conclusion.

Molecular Docking of Diterpenoid Compounds from The Sambiloto Plant (Andrographis paniculata L.) Against Protein Programed Cell Death-Ligand 1 in Lung Cancer Therapy
Background: Lung cancer is a disease caused by genetic changes in epithelial cells of the respiratory tract that are uncontrolled in lungs. Factors that trigger the risk of lung cancer include a decline in the body's immune system in killing cancer cells. Excessive PD-L1 expression on PD-1 receptors can inhibit the performance of the immune system by suppressing T cell function. Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata L.) has potential as anti-lung cancer agent. In silico is a research method to analyze chemical compounds using computational-based software.
Objective: To determine whether the chemical compound content of the plant andrographis meets the Lipinski's rule of five parameters and can bind to the PD-L1 receptor in silico.
Method: Prediction of biological activity using the online PASS, testing Lipinski's rule of five using Swiss ADME, preparation and optimisation of ligand-receptor using AutoDock Tools 1.5.7, molecular docking with AutoDock Vina, validation with PyMOL and visualisation using Biovia Discovery Studio Visualizer. Downloading the PD-L1 receptor via Protein Data Bank (PDB) with code 8P1O. Two and three-dimensional models were downloaded using the PubChem website. Docking parameters were assessed based on the docking score.
Results: The content of the chemical compound terpenoid from the sambiloto plant meets the Lipinski's rule of five parameters and can bind to PD-L1 receptor in silico.
Conclusion: The chemical compound content terpenoid plant Andrographis paniculata is capable of binding to the PD-L1 receptor in silico, thus showing potential as a candidate for lung cancer treatment.100 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Legal Analysis Of A Lawsuit Being Declared Inadmissible (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard) In Ownership Disputes Over Land Rights That Have Not Been Resolved Through Village Customary Court Proceedings (A Case Study Of Decision Number 8/Pdt.G/2021/PN Lgs)
A NO (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard) verdict is a decision that declares a lawsuit inadmissible due to formal defects. Although a ruling stating that a lawsuit is inadmissible is not specifically regulated by legislation, it is frequently encountered in court practice. One such example occurred in case Number 8/Pdt.G/2021/PN Lgs. This decision involved a civil case concerning a land dispute located in the city of Langsa, Aceh Province. What is particularly interesting is the panel of judges’ consideration that the Plaintiff’s lawsuit was premature because a customary legal remedy through village-level resolution had not yet been pursued.
This research employs normative legal research methods. The data used includes primary, secondary, and tertiary data, collected through a literature study technique (library research). The data is then analyzed using a qualitative data analysis method.
The findings of the study indicate that the customary court process at the village level in Langsa City refers to Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 on the Development of Customary Life and Traditions and Aceh Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2013 on the Implementation of Dispute/Conflict Resolution in Customs and Traditions. A land ownership dispute that does not go through the village customary court process may result in the lawsuit being declared inadmissible in court, as the judge may consider it premature. Such a lawsuit is deemed premature because it bypasses the proper procedures, thus the judge may declare the Plaintiff’s claim inadmissible. The judge's considerations in ruling on Decision Number 8/Pdt.G/2021/PN Lgs by the Langsa District Court concerning an unlawful act claim over a land dispute are appropriate and correct. This is grounded in Article 135a HIR / Article 161a RBG and connected with Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 on the Development of Customary Life and Traditions, Aceh Qanun Number 10 of 2008 on Customary Institutions, and Aceh Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2013 on the Implementation of Dispute/Conflict Resolution in Customs and Traditions. The Aceh government plays a strategic role in sustaining and strengthening the customary law system in Aceh. By providing comprehensive training to customary officials, this training will help them perform their duties more effectively, increase their capacity in handling disputes, and create peace and justice within the Acehnese community.108 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
