JAによる多様な農作業支援の現状と課題
Get PDFBulletin本論文の目的は，多様な農作業支援を行う農協が今日においてどのように支援し，課題を有しているかをJA ふらのの事例から明らかにすることである。JA ふらのの農作業支援は，子会社を通して行われており，社員，アルバイト，派遣社員などの多くの雇用形態が存在した。今日においては一部のアルバイトの減少を他地域からの派遣社員の増員がカバーしているが，社員の確保が困難になっていた。社員の確保には少なくとも給与改善が必要であり，利用者である組合員との対話を通して改善することが求められている。This study aims to elucidate how agricultural cooperatives support various agricultural works and the recent issues they are facing, using the JA Furano case. The agricultural work of JA Furano is supported through a subsidiary, and generates various forms of employment including employees, part-time workers, and dispatched employees. Recently, the decrease in some part-time workers is offset by an increase in the number of dispatched employees from other regions. However, retaining the employees has become difficult.
