Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi aparatur, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan alokasi dana desa terhadap Pembangunan desa di Kecamatan Maospati Kabupaten Magetan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa dan anggota BPD yang dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling sebanyak 75 responden. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner di setiap desa dan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Pembangunan Desa dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 3,160 > 1,993. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Pembangunan Desa dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 3,632 > 1,993, serta Transparansi Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Pembangunan Desa dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 4,325 > 1,993. Selain itu juga terdapat bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, dan Transparansi Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa secara silmutan berpengaruh terhadap Pembangunan Desa dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau 22,386 > 3,12

Perkembangan dan kemajuan di dunia perbankan sangat pesat telah mempengaruhi daya saing di lingkungan dunia perbankan. Sehingga keputusan konsumen dalam pengambilan kredit dipertimbangkan dengan tingkat suku bunga, kualitas pelayanan kredit dan prosedur kredit terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat suku bunga, kualitas pelayanan kredit dan prosedur kredit terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit pada BPR Daerah Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga, kualitas pelayan kredit dan prosedur kredit tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada pengambilan kredit di BPR Daerah Kabupaten Madiun.

HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DOMINAN KEPALA RUANG DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM MUHAMMADIYAH PONOROGO
No full textAs the direct leader in the nursing unit, the ward head’s leadership style plays an important role in influencing nurses’ motivation, enthusiasm, and work ethic. High-quality nursing care is one of the key indicators of nurse performance. This research seeks to explore the connection between the ward head’s predominant leadership style and the performance of nurses at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital.
This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 79 nurses from the inpatient unit at Ponorogo General Hospital were included as both the population and sample, using a total sampling approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire to determine the dominant leadership style and its relation to nurse performance.
The results indicated that most ward heads at Ponorogo General Hospital (58 respondents) adopted a democratic leadership style, making it the most dominant style observed. Regarding nurse performance, the majority were classified as having good performance (40 respondents or 50.6%), while the remaining 39 respondents (49.4%) were considered to have fair performance. Statistical analysis using the Chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.001, which is below the significance level of 0.05, indicating a significant correlation between the dominant leadership style and nurse performance in the hospital’s inpatient unit.
In conclusion, the democratic leadership style, identified as the dominant approach among ward heads, has a positive influence on nurse performance. It is recommended that hospital management continue to foster and support the development of a more communicative leadership approach in order to build a work environment that is conducive, productive, and high in quality

Abstract
Document management in government agencies is essential to ensure administrative effectiveness and public service quality. However, the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises of Ponorogo Regency still relies on a manual paper-based archiving system, leading to issues such as slow data retrieval, document loss risk, and time inefficiency. To address these challenges, this research develops a web-based document management application equipped with a search feature using the Sequential Search algorithm. This algorithm is selected for its simplicity and ability to perform linear searches without prior sorting. The development process adopts the Waterfall model, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Testing was conducted using the Black Box method and performance evaluation of search times based on various criteria, such as document type, letter number, title, and date range. Results indicate that the application achieves an average search time of 59.07 milliseconds across all test scenarios, demonstrating fast, accurate, and consistent performance. The implementation of this system improves administrative efficiency, simplifies archive retrieval, and reduces the risk of data loss. This study concludes that the Sequential Search algorithm is effective for small to medium-sized datasets and provides an optimal solution for archival digitalization in government institutions..

Nurse as a professional health care were required to maintain and improve a good performance in nursing care. Nurses often has a high stressors which is can be a predictor to burnout syndrome. Burnout syndrome can a negative impact in nurse performance to delivering a nursing care. The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between burnout syndrome and nurse performance at RSU ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo.
This study was a correlation quantitative with a cross sectional method. A total of 70 respondents from 13 wards were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. This study used The Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) isntrument and The Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation (OPPE) instrument. Data were analyzed using a SPSS software with the Spearman’s Rank correlation test and a significance level of 0,05.
The result showed that the majority of RSU ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo nurse has a moderate level of burnout syndrome (92,9%), while most nurses demonstrated good performance levels (75,7%). Statistical analysis showed that no significant relationship betweet burnout syndrome and nurse performance at RSU ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo (p-value = 0,429 ≥ 0,05).
Nurse has a responsibility to provide professional nursing care under any conditions. Nurse with good self-management and self-control will maintain high performance even when nurse in burnout conditions. This research is expected to provide insights for nurses to improve self-management, for hospitals to provide interventions to reduce burnout syndrome, and for further research to explore other factors related to burnout syndrome and nurse performance, as well as the impact of interventions on both variables.

Pembelajaran Seni sketsa seringkali memberikan tantangan bagi pemula, karena keterbatasan dalam memahami bentuk, dan proporsionalitas sebuah gambar. Metode konvensional, seperti buku panduan gambar dan petunjuk langsung, seringkali tidak memberikan umpan balik yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi IMAJI, sebuah sistem yang dirancang menggunakan metode Prototype dan dikembangkan bersama algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) arsitektur MobileNetV2 yang diimplementasikan melalui Tensorflow Lite. Aplikasi memanfaatkan teknologi ARCore untuk menampilkan overlay pola sketsa di atas media gambar nyata, serta menghitung nilai Mean Squared Error (MSE) untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesesuaian antara hasil gambar pengguna dan template. Metode White Box digunakan untuk menguji sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan gambar sketsa dengan sangat akurat ke dalam dua belas label objek dan tahapan gambar. Umpan balik secara langsung yang ditampilkan berdasarkan nilai MSE berhasil membantu pengguna dalam mengetahui kesalahan gambar. Integrasi AR dan CNN dalam aplikasi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas serta interaktivitas dalam proses pembelajaran sketsa.

The purpose of this final report is to determine how effective and efficient the budget realization report is, which uses data sourced from the Population Control and Family Planning Office. This data was obtained through observation, interviews, and from the budget realization report documents of the Population Control and Family Planning Office. The data is described using effectiveness and efficiency methods. This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management at the Population Control and Family Planning Office (DPPKB) in Ponorogo District.Based on the effectiveness measurement results, it shows that the PPKB Office of Ponorogo District successfully achieved an effectiveness ratio of 106.35%, which falls into the very effective category, as revenue realization exceeds the set target. This indicates that the institution is capable of maximizing its revenue in support of the planned programs. However, the efficiency ratio.
Based on the results of the effectiveness measurement, it shows that the Ponorogo Regency PPKB Office managed to achieve an effectiveness ratio of 106.35%, which is classified as very effective, because the realization of revenue exceeded the set target. This indicates that the institution is able to maximize its income in supporting the programs that have been planned. However, the efficiency ratio was recorded at 96.52%, which is included in the category of less efficient, showing that even though there was no waste, the budget had not been utilized optimally. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis, The results of the study show that the budget management of the Population Control and Family Planning Office (DPPKB) is categorized as very effective, with revenue realization exceeding the target. However, budget efficiency is still not optimal, indicating challenges in its management. Factors that support effectiveness include local government support, inter-agency coordination, and competent human resources. The challenge to efficiency, on the other hand, has to do with complex bureaucracy and inadequate budget planning.

No full textThe moral crisis occurring in society today, such as the increase in deviant behavior, a lack of manners, and the erosion of values of honesty and responsibility among the youth, highlights the importance of systematic and directed efforts in moral education. Therefore, in elementary schools, strategies for guidance are needed that can serve as a foundation to prevent falling into negative behaviors. This research focuses on guidance strategies for students, aiming to describe moral development and the results of implementing guidance strategies at SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type by directly observing conditions in the field. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo is: 1) The strategy with BTQ, where before starting the teaching and learning activities, students are accustomed to praying first and also reading the Quran together. 2) A development strategy with the IPM Kids organization, which allows students to take on more responsibility, in addition to becoming accustomed to performing religious activities on time and in an orderly manner. 3) A development strategy with school cultures; with the existence of school culture, students will be accustomed to respecting elders, becoming more polite, shaking hands with teachers, throwing trash in its place, and greeting teachers when passing by. The reason for implementing these strategies is to train students to be more disciplined with time when participating in religious activities, in addition to encouraging students to do good deeds while at school.Of course, it also equips students to always do good and not fall into negative things

literacy culture. So it needs interesting learning media. In the case in the field, the read-
ing interest of students at SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo is in the good category.
This is driven by the existence of picture books as a driver of students' reading interest
in SDMT Ponorogo. This research is a case study with data collection techniques ob-
tained by researchers through observation, interviews with teachers and other sources
that aim to analyze the role of school literacy movements on students' reading interest
and character formation. GLS at SDMT has met the criteria for the School Literacy
principle. Picture story books are a medium that plays a role in fostering interest in
reading and writing for lower-classstudents. The development of the literacy movement
at SDMT is classified as creative and visionary in developing students' reading interest,
so it needs to be developed again to support students' cognitive development
