ANALISIS INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION DI OPTIK SAUDARA PONOROGO
No full textOptics is a type of business engaged in the service and sale of eyeglass products. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) applied by Optik Saudara Ponorogo, both through direct communication strategies at the store and through social media, particularly TikTok. IMC is an approach that unifies various forms of marketing communication such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, interactive marketing, and personal selling into one integrated strategy to deliver consistent messages to consumers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that integrated marketing communication is quite effectively carried out at Optik Saudara Ponorogo, where IMC strategies have been implemented directly at the store through personal service, routine sales promotions, and interpersonal communication. Meanwhile, through social media, especially TikTok, the strategy is carried out by utilizing creative promotional content, trend-following approaches, as well as visual elements and communication styles tailored to the young audience. This study provides an overview of how comprehensive IMC implementation can support the effectiveness of marketing communication in both digital and offline contexts simultaneously.

Kecerdasan linguistik merupakan kecerdasan tentang mengelola
bahasa dalam berkomunikasi sehingga mudah dipahami. Di pondok
pesntren
Nashrus Sunnah Kota Madiun mengadakan kegiatan
ektrakulikuler Muhadhoroh yang dilaksanakan setiap pekan, kegiatan
ektrakulikuler muhadhoroh, bertujuan melatih mengembangkan kecerdasan
linguistik dalam aspek mendengar, menulis, membaca dan berbicara. ini
sesuai dengan teori Howard Gardner yaitu kemampuan seseorang untuk
berfikir dalam kata kata, tulisan, menyampaikan ide, memahami bahasa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan
menggunakan teknik mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adala para pendidik, tenega pendidik
dan santri putri madrasah salafiyah wustho pondok pesantren Nashrus
Sunnah yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler Muhadoroh.
Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan menarik kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler muhadhoroh
di pondok pesantren Nashrus Sunnah memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan
kecerdasan linguistik santri putri madrasah salafiyah wustho. Kegiatan
Muhadhoroh diwajibkan diikuti oleh seluh santri madrasah salafiyah
wustho dan semua santri mendapatkan giliran agar santri putri mampu
menulis isi materi muhadhoroh, berbicara dengan komunikasi yang baik dan
menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami dalam penyampaiannya.
Adapun Faktor pendukung kegiatan ini pembimbing kegiatan muhadoroh
adalah ustdzhnya langsung, isi materi berbahasa indonesia, sedangkan
faktor penghambatnya kurangnya waktu persiapan danntidak hafal materi
kareana kurangnya waktu latihan

Get PDFMany educational institutions do not have good extracurricular management, unlike some other institutions. In today's era, effective extracurricular management is needed to improve students' non-academic achievements and develop their skills. One example of an institution that is successful in this regard is SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, including data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Data validity is guaranteed through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that extracurricular management at SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo involves careful planning by holding work meetings at the beginning of each new school year, implementing organized activities, and routine evaluations to improve program effectiveness. The implications of extracurricular management at SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo include many people who register their children at the school and the good public view of SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo which prioritizes student achievement. Good extracurricular management at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Ponorogo is proven by the many achievements of students both regionally and nationally
ANALISIS PENERAPAN STANDAR AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN ENTITAS MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH PADA LAPORAN KEUANGAN CV PUTRA GULAMA JAYA MAGETAN
Get PDFJenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan serta kendala dalam menerapkan SAK EMKM pada CV. Putra Gulama Jaya Magetan yang dilihat dari laporan keuangan yang disusun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penerapakan SAK EMKM pada CV. Putra Gulama Jaya sudah sesuai meskipun belum sepenuhnya. Perusahaan sudah menyajikan laporan keuangan berupa laporan laba rugi dan laporan laba posisi keuangan, namun tidak menyajikan catatan atas laporan keuangan. Perusahaan masih berorientasi pada kas dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penyesuaian pada akhir tahun hanya dilakukan untuk penyesuaian koreksi fiskal dalam kewajiban perpajakan. Kurangnya sumber daya manusia masih menjadi hambatan dalam penerapan SAK EMKM.

NURSING CARE FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH NEUROSENSORY DISORDERS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS OF MEMORY DISORDERS

Aging is a natural biological process experienced by all living things and can cause damage to muscles, the nervous system, and other body tissues. One consequence is memory impairment, which is the brain's difficulty in remembering, storing, and processing information. This case study aims to evaluate the implementation of nursing care for an elderly person with memory impairment.
Nursing care for this elderly person with memory impairment was provided in March 2025 for five consecutive days in the Tresna Werdha Social Care Unit (UPT) Magetan. The nursing process was carried out using a systematic approach according to the stages of the nursing process.
The assessment results indicated that Mrs. K, an 85-year-old elderly person, was experiencing age-related memory decline. Symptoms included difficulty telling time and remembering the names of people she had just met, along with confusion during interactions. The nursing diagnosis was memory impairment. Interventions provided included memory training and cognitive stimulation. Evaluation showed improvement, although not yet a full recovery.
With ongoing nursing care, it is hoped that the client will be able to recall basic information such as the day, date, year, and the names of people she has just met. This gives clients a greater opportunity to manage and prevent worsening of memory impairment in the future..

PENERAPAN MARKETING PUBLIC RELATIONS PRABU MOTOR INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prabu Motor Indonesia menerapkan strategi Marketing Public Relations melalui media sosial TikTok dalam upaya memperkuat citra dan meningkatkan penjualan kendaraan bekas. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori Marketing Mix 11P sebagai landasan analisis, yang mencakup: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Packaging, Payment, Programming, dan Partnership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prabu Motor telah memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai media promosi yang efektif dengan konten yang konsisten, menarik, dan mengikuti tren. Strategi promosi yang digunakan tidak hanya menampilkan produk kendaraan, tetapi juga memberikan informasi, hiburan, dan membangun kedekatan emosional dengan audiens. Beberapa elemen 11P diterapkan secara maksimal melalui konten yang dikemas secara kreatif dan persuasif. Namun, aspek Process masih kurang optimal karena sistem transaksi online belum terverifikasi dengan baik, sehingga rawan penipuan. Selain itu, elemen Partnership belum dimaksimalkan karena Prabu Motor belum menjalin kolaborasi strategis secara resmi, melainkan hanya mengandalkan kedatangan konten kreator secara mandiri ke showroom. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi MPR melalui TikTok oleh Prabu Motor cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan eksistensi merek dan interaksi publik, meskipun masih perlu penguatan pada aspek proses digital dan kemitraan untuk menciptakan sistem pemasaran yang lebih terstruktur dan terpercaya
THE INFLUENCE OF PARENTS' DEMOCRATIC PARENTING PATTERNS ON STUDENTS' MEMORIZING THE QUR'AN
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the effect of democratic parenting on students'
achievement in memorizing the Qur'an. It specifically explores how parenting styles
characterized by support and autonomy contribute to children's motivation,
concentration, and consistency in Qur'anic memorization. Employing a quantitative
approach with a survey method, data were obtained from 87 students of Islamic
boarding schools and their parents using structured questionnaires. The data were
analyzed through simple linear regression to determine the relationship between
parenting style and memorization outcomes. The findings reveal that democratic
parenting has a statistically significant positive influence on students’ success in
memorizing the Qur'an. Parents who practice open communication, provide emotional
support, and engage their children in decision-making processes tend to enhance the
consistency and intrinsic motivation of their children in memorization. These results
underscore the importance of external factors, particularly parenting styles, in
reinforcing students' internal perseverance and religious commitment. The study
suggests that educational institutions and religious educators implement targeted
parenting programs to promote effective democratic parenting practices in support of
students' religious learning, particularly in Qur'anic memorization
IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM DOKTER KECIL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI MENULIS DI SEKOLAH DASAR MUHAMMADIYAH TERPADU PONOROGO
Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the implementation of the "Little Doctors" program improves students' writing literacy at the Ponorogo Elementary School (SDMT). Writing literacy is a crucial skill for students in this modern era. The Little Doctors program, originally focused on health education, has been adapted and developed as a contextual and meaningful learning medium to support students' writing skills. The Little Doctors program at the Muhammadiyah Terpadu Elementary School (SDMT) in Ponorogo involves fourth- and fifth-grade students as health agents within the school. Students are selected through a written selection process and participate in intensive training conducted with medical personnel from the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). In addition to domestic training, the little doctors at SDMT Ponorogo also have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and experience through training abroad, such as a trip to Malaysia. The little doctors at SDMT Ponorogo then write about their experiences in a story, which was later compiled into a book. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and document analysis of student writing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Little Doctors program positively contributed to improving students' writing skills, including word processing, grammar, and vocabulary. Thus, the Little Doctors program not only supports health education but also plays a positive role in developing writing literacy. The implications of this study indicate that integrating the Little Doctors program through students' experiential narrative writing can improve students' writing literacy
GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL GURU DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

teachers' social competence in Islamic educational institutions. The research employed a
descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews,
observations, and documentation. The analysis was carried out through data condensation, data
presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification stages, with data validity maintained through
source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the leadership style of female
principals not only contributed to the improvement of teachers' social competence, such as more
effective communication skills and stronger teamwork, but also increased work motivation and a
sense of responsibility toward educational duties. By fostering an environment that encourages
personal growth and work quality, the leadership style of women plays a crucial role in achieving
educational goals efficiently and optimizing the learning process at schools. Thus, the
democratic, collaborative, and empathy-based leadership of female principals becomes one of
the key factors in educational success
IMPLEMENTATION OF SINGING METHOD IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' LEARNING INTEREST IN MALAYSIAN SCHOOL
Get PDFStudents' interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is often a challenge that affects the effectiveness of learning. Lack of engagement and motivation hinders the achievement of learning goals. To overcome this, the singing method was introduced as an innovative approach to create a more fun and interactive atmosphere. This study aims to explore the application of singing methods in PAI lessons to increase students' interest in SB At-Tanzil Kayu Ara in Malaysia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and documentation. The data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. Managers, teachers, and students are the main informants. The results of the research on the application of the singing method can increase students' interest. By implementing Islamic songs related to the lesson content creates a fun atmosphere, making it easier for students to understand and memorize the material while increasing their engagement. This method also increases students' confidence during learning. Thus, the singing method can be an effective alternative strategy to increase students' interest, especially in PAI lessons, and should be applied more widely in various educational settings
