IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA LINEAR SEARCH BERBASIS WEB PADA APLIKASI MANAJEMEN LEMBUR DINAS SOSIAL MAGETAN
Get PDFDinas Sosial Kabupaten Magetan sebagai instansi yang bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan sosial masyarakat dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal. Salah satu aspek penting adalah pengelolaan upah lembur, yang merupakan hak pegawai atas pekerjaan di luar jam kerja reguler. Selama ini, proses pencatatan lembur masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembar kerja dan catatan fisik, yang berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan serta kurang efisien. Berdasarkan penelitian dan implementasi menggunakan metode SDLC model Waterfall, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi manajemen lembur berbasis web yang memanfaatkan algoritma Linear Search. Aplikasi ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan lembur, menggantikan metode manual, serta mempercepat proses pencarian data. Fitur verifikasi dan persetujuan digital juga membantu meminimalkan kesalahan administratif. Sistem ini mendukung transparansi dan memungkinkan pegawai serta manajemen memantau status lembur secara real-time. Untuk pengembangan ke depan, disarankan penambahan fitur rekapitulasi otomatis dan integrasi dengan perangkat absensi digital agar data lembur dapat ditarik secara otomatis dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu pencarian data mencapai 7,05 detik, yang menunjukkan kinerja pencarian yang cukup efisien dalam konteks aplikasi web internal. Selain itu, untuk menangani dataset besar, algoritma pencarian dapat dioptimalkan menggunakan Binary Search. Pelatihan bagi pegawai juga penting agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan sistem secara maksimal. Aspek keamanan juga perlu ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan enkripsi data dan autentikasi dua faktor guna melindungi data pegawai secara menyeluruh
ANALISA KEKUATAN MATERIAL KOMPOSIT CAMPURAN SERBUK TEBU, SERBUK KAYU ULIN DAN PET PLASTIK BERMATRIKS RESIN EPOXY DITINJAU DARI UJI KEKERASAN DAN STRUKTUR MAKRO
Get PDFThe use of organic waste and plastic as composite materials is a real effort to overcome environmental problems while creating environmentally friendly alternative materials. In this study, sugarcane powder, ironwood powder, and PET plastic were recycled into a composite with epoxy resin as the matrix. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of knowing the variation in filler composition on the hardness value and macrostructure of the resulting composite. Seven specimens were made with varying combinations of sugarcane powder and ironwood powder, while the composition of PET plastic and resin was kept constant. Hardness testing was carried out using the Rockwell HRB Scale method, while the macrostructure was observed using a metallurgical microscope. The test results showed that the higher the ironwood powder content, the specimen hardness value increased. The highest hardness value was recorded at 83.8 HRB in specimens containing 20% PET plastic, 0% sugarcane powder, and 30% ironwood powder, while the lowest value of 63.5 HRB occurred in specimens containing 30% sugarcane powder, 0% ironwood powder, and 20% PET plastic. Macro observations showed that specimens with a dominant ironwood content had a denser and more homogeneous surface. In contrast, specimens with a dominant sugarcane powder showed a more porous surface. It can be concluded that ironwood powder significantly increases the material's hardness, while sugarcane powder tends to decrease its mechanical performance. This research demonstrates that waste, previously considered worthless, can be processed into materials with good technical characteristics and has the potential for further development in engineering applications

Get PDFLow self-esteem is a negative feeling towards oneself that can be caused by trauma or long-lasting negative self-evaluation; a lack of positive support and repeated abusive experiences can exacerbate low self-esteem, which is a negative emotion towards oneself that can be caused by trauma or prolonged unfavorable self-assessment. The aim of this case study is to provide nursing care for patients with schizophrenia who have ongoing issues with low self-esteem. The nursing process approach, which starts with assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, implementation, and evaluation, is used in the case study technique employed to prepare this research.
From the assessment conducted by the writer, evaluation findings revealed that the patient felt embarrassed to socialize and felt inferior because of a fear of being considered strange. According to the evaluation, a diagnosis of persistent low self-esteem was made, with no theoretical gaps. Over four days, nursing implementation was carried out, starting with techniques 1 to 3 and evaluation. This was beneficial for nursing in enhancing the patient's self-esteem and the patient's confidence in the nurse. With evidence of actions such as talking to friends, washing the face, and performing the task of tidying the bed, all done independently without assistance, evaluation findings were obtained according to the established criteria. The nursing care provided over these 4 days yielded an evaluation result that the patient was able to improve their self-esteem and became a more productive and confident individual than before.

RINGKASAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kerjasama tim, gaya kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas di Ndalem Manten Ponorogo Jawa Timur. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para karyawan di Ndalem Manten wedding organizer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dan freelance di Ndalem Manten wedding organizer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan, kerjasama tim, seleksi tenaga kerja freelance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas di Ndalem Manten Wedding Organizer Ponorogo.

Get PDFThe increasing number of female workers working at night, both in the formal and
informal sectors. Economic factors, industry demands, and greater gender equality
in the workplace are driving more women to work at night. This condition, although
it provides opportunities for women to be economically independent, also opens up
the potential for greater risks, such as work accidents, physical violence, sexual
harassment, and higher health problems compared to male workers. This study uses
a normative legal approach, which aims to examine and interpret existing legal
texts to understand the content and purpose of these legal norms. The data
collection method used in this study is library research. Library research is a
method that focuses on exploring existing written materials, which can be in the
form of books, journal articles, research reports, laws and regulations, and other
documents that are relevant to the topic being studied. The legal protection that has
been regulated provides equal rights for female and male workers, including in
terms of wages, leave rights, occupational safety and health, and competency
development. Companies have an obligation to provide protection, but in reality,
there are still many companies that have not fully complied with these provisions.
In addition, although there are regulations that regulate these rights, less than
optimal implementation in the field has caused these regulations to not be fully
implemented. One of the steps needed is to conduct more intensive socialization
regarding the rights of female workers, both those related to legal, health, and
occupational safety aspects. This socialization can be carried out by government
institutions, trade unions, or women's organizations, so that female workers better
understand the rights they have and how to demand appropriate protection

No full textAfter the COVID-19 pandemic hit, pharmaceutical companies have become a crucial part of maintaining the health order in Indonesia. Pharmaceutical companies have seen growing demand for all aspects of medical care. This has led investors to begin looking at pharmaceutical companies for investment purposes, seeking growth and maximizing profits. Based on this, it is interesting to discuss the integrity of pharmaceutical companies' financial statements, ensuring they are attractive to investors, in light of audit tenure and auditor rotation practices, which are expected to influence financial statement integrity. This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure and auditor rotation on financial statement integrity in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive quantitative methods. The study population was obtained from the website www.idx.co.id, comprising 14 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with several sampling criteria, resulting in nine pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. Data were collected using documentation from www.idx.co.id and analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The results indicate that audit tenure, partially, has no significant effect on financial statement integrity, and auditor rotation has no significant effect on financial statement integrity. Simultaneously, audit tenure and auditor rotation have no significant effect on financial statement integrity

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui implementasi aplikasi “Kasir Pintar” dalam membantu pengelolaan laporan laba rugi pada Toko Kelontong MarthaShop di Kota Surabaya. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan pencatatan keuangan yang tidak sistematis dan berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan dalam penghitungan laba rugi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi data yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi Kasir Pintar mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan transaksi harian, mempercepat penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta membantu pemilik toko dalam memantau pendapatan dan laba kotor secara otomatis. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi oleh pemilik usaha dan ketergantungan terhadap koneksi internet. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi Kasir Pintar memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan akurasi pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam pengelolaan keuangan UMKM

The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents who can represent customers of Lalika by Mariza Madiun store. customer satisfaction and service quality partially have a significant and positive effect on revisit intention and based on the simultaneous hypothesis (F test) stating that relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and service quality have a significant and positive effect on revisit intention. Mariza Madiun have been running as they should, so in this case it needs to be maintained and developed further so that customers remain interested in revisiting intention (return visits)

This study examines the role of the Doplang Traditional Culinary Market and market sustainability in supporting the economy of the community in Pandan Village, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency. The research is motivated by the potential of traditional culinary markets as drivers of local economic development and preservers of cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of the Doplang Culinary Market to increasing community income, the growth of business units, and the sustainability of the local economy. This research applies a case study with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population consisted of 60 traditional culinary traders at Doplang Market, all of whom were used as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation during April to May 2025 and analyzed descriptively. The findings show that the majority of respondents (70%) earned an average daily income between IDR 300,000 and IDR 500,000. About 43% of traders experienced a slight sales increase, 37% moderate, 10% significant, while another 10% reported no increase. The average business capital also grew from IDR 300,000–500,000 to above IDR 600,000, indicating reinvestment in business activities. In conclusion, the Doplang Traditional Culinary Market significantly contributes to community income, encourages the growth of small businesses, and supports sustainable local economic development. Strengthening market facilities, providing business management training, expanding access to capital, and promoting local culinary tourism are recommended to enhance its long-term positive impact.
