    滾珠螺桿進給系統之發熱量模擬研究;Simulation study on the heat generation of a ball screw drive system

    [[abstract]]為了改善滾珠螺桿進給系統的加工精度,在本研究中建立一個數學模型來模擬滾珠螺桿進給系統的溫度分布和熱變位。首先利用雷射干涉儀來取得滾珠螺桿進給系統在各種工況條件下的定位精度,然後校準熱模型中的熱變形量直到與實驗結果相互吻合,再通過複雜的工況條件進行驗證。在此熱模型中也探討各項係數及操作條件下對於模擬結果的影響,包含環境溫度、熱對流係數、潤滑油黏溫關係式、螺帽速度及加速度係數等。而模擬結果顯示滾珠螺桿進給系統之發熱量在螺帽速度10 mpm下大約為700 W/m2,在螺帽速度5 mpm下大約為400 W/m2,單一工況之模擬結果誤差為4 μm,而在複雜工況條件下的誤差為7 μm。 In order to improve the machining accuracy of a ball screw drive system, in this study a mathematical model is developed to simulate the temperature distribution and thermal displacement of the ball screw drive system. Firstly, the position accuracy of a ball screw drive system is obtained using a laser interferometer at various working conditions. Then simulated thermal deformations are calibrated to match experimental results. Then the model is verified by complex working conditions.The effects of various coefficient and operating conditions are also investigated in this model, including ambient temperature, heat convection coefficient, lubricant viscosity relationship, nut speed and acceleration coefficients. The result show that the heat generation in the ball screw drive system is around 700 W/m2 at the nut speed of 10 mpm, whereas 400 W/m2 at 5 mpm. The position accuracy predicted by this model is 4 μm in simple working conditions, whereas 7 μm in complex working conditions

    [[abstract]]傳統上認為越南相對其他先進國家發展較為落後的刻板印象,但事實上越南改革開放後以快速發展。本研究將以pest模型來分析越南給予台商的投資環境,透過這政治、經濟、社會、科技四個面向的分析,讓讀者能簡單快速的了解越南現今的投資環境與歷史脈絡,激發對越南的興趣,從中希望可以促使台越交流更加頻繁。然而這些頻繁並非信手捻來,而是透過多年來許多交流後,面對台越之間各式各樣的衝突後,現今努力建構完成的交流,本研究提供讀者以較多元的面向去了解台商在越南的投資行為,跳脫過往侷限在政治經濟的框架,以求最能符合現況的分析,及不同的觀點。 Traditionally, Vietnam believes that compared with other modern countries, it has developed a relatively backward stereotype. However, in fact, Vietnam has developed rapidly since its reform and opening up. This study will use the “pest model” to analyze the investment environment that Taiwan gives to Taiwanese businessmen. Through this analysis of political, economic, social, and technological aspects, the reader can quickly and easily understand Vietnam’s current investment environment and history, inspiring Vietnam. The interest from which we hope to promote more frequent exchanges between Taiwan and Vietnam. However,These are not frequent successes. Communication between Taiwan and Vietnam are built completely after many communications and facing various conflicts between two countries for several years. This study provides readers with a more diverse outlook to understand Taiwanese investors in Vietnam.     [[abstract]]2008年台灣第二次政黨輪替,馬政府為解決緊張的兩岸局勢,積極推動兩岸交流制度化,除「九二共識」外,亦提出「不統、不獨、不武」的新三不政策,欲解決台灣低迷的外交困境。然兩岸關係的發展錯綜複雜,牽扯到的不僅是國內體系層次的問題,亦受國際層次因素得制約,反之國際體系層次,亦受到國內層次反饋,彼此間互動性具動態性,因此本文將探運用宋學文教授(Dr. Hseik-Wen, Soong)所建立之“(3+1)i 決策模型”及層次分析,探討2008年至2016馬英九政府執政時期的大陸政策,其系統外部之國際因素及國內層次中不同層面的影響。並對未來台灣大陸政策提出建議。 Whatsoever the relationship between these two countries are more than complicated, because its’ issues are not only associated with the level of domestic system, but also the factors at the international level. Thus, the main focus of this study is to use the model from Dr. Hseik-Wen, Soong to further investigate the mainland policy at the period under Malaysian government during 2008 to 2016; also the outside factors that are impacted by both internal and external effect within the international policy. In conclusion, study then puts forward some suggestions on China's mainland policy in the future

    [[abstract]]隨機投影 (Random Projection) 方法,又被稱為 JL-embeddings,是近年發展成功的一項重要方法,尤其在處理大數據問題時,提供了一項很好的選擇,本文第一部份整理並敘述了這方面的成果,包含 Sparse Random Projection 之發展。隨機投影之用途之一是用以估計原資料矩陣之 singular values,本文對生成變數為N(0,1)時該估計式之分佈進行了探討,但沒有獲得可用之成果。模擬則顯示該估計式有高估現象,應非不偏估計式。 The Random Projection method, also known as JL-embeddings, is an important method for successful development in recent years, especially when dealing with big data problems. This is a good choice. Describes the results in this area, including the development of the Sparse Random Projection.One of the purposes of random projection is to estimate the singular values of the original data matrix. In this paper, the distribution of the estimator when the generator is N(0,1) is discussed, but no available results are obtained. The simulation shows that the estimate has an overestimation and should not be biased

    [[abstract]]冷抽製程適用於各種金屬成型,近年來隨著加工技術的提升,從早期抽製線材逐漸運用於管材或棒材冷抽,而冷抽成型為金屬材料於常溫或在結晶溫度以下,由工件施以拉力使其通過模眼,以得到與模眼定徑區相同截面形狀。而冷抽製程中最關鍵之技術在於模眼設計,若模眼設計不佳會使工件通過模眼時,會使工件易產生缺陷,影響加工品質。本研究探討碳鋼棒材於冷抽製程中人字紋發生之原因與冷抽參數間關係,利用SIMUFACT有限元素模擬軟體並使用Oyane破壞準則及元素刪除法以分析碳鋼棒材於冷抽製程中產生缺陷之冷抽參數。首先以網格收斂性探討不同網格大小對冷抽模擬之準確性,探討不同冷抽參數對等效應力、等效應變、應力分量、破壞值之影響,並以不同應力分佈情形搭配時序分析深究其人字紋破壞成因。最後以上述結果歸納出冷抽破壞極限參數,以利於實務上可輕易選擇合適的冷抽製程參數以確保於製程中工件不會產生中心人字紋缺陷與斷裂之情形。 Cold drawing process technology is widely applied in metal forming. In recent years, due to the improvement of the forming technology, Cold drawing is used in pipe, bar and wire manufacturing. During cold drawing, metallic materials are drawn through a die at room temperature or temperature below recrystallization temperature to obtain a uniform cross-section profile. Die design, including reduction of area, die angle and friction coefficient, and number of cold pass are critical factors which influence the formability and quality of the end products and the possible defects of fracture occurred during drawing.In this research, possible conditions for the formation of the chevron crack (or central bursting) of circular bars during cold drawing process are simulated and predicted by using finite element software SIMUFACT, Oyane damage criterion and separating nodes method. First, the grid convergence analysis is explored to discuss the accuracy of different grid sizes for the simulation. Second, analysis discussion on the effect of die angle, friction coefficient and reduction of area on the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, stress component and damage value were conducted. Third, the stress development and distribution, and the timing analysis are investigated to explore the possible mechanisms of the central bursting. By summarizing the limited damage parameters of the cold drawing, the appropriate process parameters for a defect-free cold process are proposed

    奈米金光柵耦合生物感測器;Research of Label-free Grating Coupling Biosensor Modified with Gold Nanoparticles

    [[abstract]]本研究使用光柵耦合生物感測器結合奈米金的修飾進行靈敏度檢測及生化檢測。晶片製程採用射出成型大量製作品質均一的光柵晶片,再運用濺鍍的方式製作晶片的二氧化鈦波導層,並藉由調整濺鍍含氧量及濺鍍時間來最佳化晶片的靈敏度,在濺鍍參數為含氧量40%、波導層厚度90 nm時,可使晶片之靈敏度最佳化,由小範圍折射率(n=1.3355至n=1.343)蔗糖溶液檢測靈敏度可達-35 RIU^-1。 本研究設計雙槽道光柵耦合生物感測器,為了檢測奈米金修飾在光柵及波導層平面的效應,在晶片修飾奈米金後進行小範圍折射率(n=1.3355至n=1.343)蔗糖溶液檢測靈敏度。光柵在修飾奈米金前(晶片靈敏度未最佳化),靈敏度為-18.34±0.87 RIU^-1 (n=3),修飾後靈敏度為-11.93±0.16 RIU^-1 (n=3)有下降的趨勢;在平面波導測試晶片靈敏度則提升,從未修飾的-0.12 ±0.38 RIU^-1提升到-1.47 ±0.22 RIU^-1。 最後對晶片進行生化檢測,未修飾之光柵晶片檢測可測得平均最小濃度(LOD)為1.11×10^-7±2.67×10^-8 g/ml (n=3),最佳LOD為8.08×10^-8 g/ml。在光柵上修飾奈米金後進行生化檢測(DNP/anti-DNP)的檢測可測得平均最小濃度(LOD)為6.05×10^-8 ±4.61×10^-9 g/ml (n=3),最佳LOD為5.54×10^-8 g/ml。奈米金有提升晶片生化檢測的效果。 In this study, we immobilize the gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on a label-free biosensor which uses grating waveguide couplers for sensitivity detection and immunoassay of dinitrophenyl/anti-dinitrophenyl antibody (DNP/anti-DNP). In terms of fabrication processes, the injection molding and sputtering are used, by adjusting the sputtering oxygen content and sputtering time to optimize the chip sensitivity. When the sputtering oxygen content is 40% and the thickness of the waveguide layer is 90 nm, the biosensor has the optimum sensitivity of -35 RIU^-1, when the refractive index of sucrose solution changes from 1.3355 to 1.343. This study develops a dual-channel grating coupled biosensor to investigate the effect of immobilized location (the grating or the waveguide) of AuNPs on the sensitivity. The sensitivity of the biosensor’s grating is -18.14 ±0.87 RIU^-1 (n=3), and the sensitivity after modified AuNPs is -11.93 ±0.16 RIU^-1 (n=3). After AuNPs are modified on the waveguide, the sensitivity of the biosensor improves from -0.12 ± 0.38 RIU^-1 (n=3) to -1.47 ± 0.22 RIU^-1 (n=3). Finally, this study tests the immunoassay of DNP/anti-DNP. The measured average limit of detection (LOD) of the unmodified biosensor is 1.11×10^-7 ±2.67×10^-8 g/ml (n=3), and the best LOD is 8.08×10^-8 through DNP/anti-DNP interaction;and the measured average LOD of the AuNPs modified biosensor is 6.05×10^-8±4.61×10^-9 g/ml (n=3) , and the best LOD is 5.54×10^-8 g/ml through DNP/anti-DNP interaction. This indicates that the AuNPs improves the performance of the biosensor in the immunoassay of DNP/anti-DNP

    [[abstract]]在DLP-SLA快速成型系統中,工件成型的品質會受製程參數、機台性能及材料影響,若能找到改善方法,便能提高快速成型機性能及更精準的模型。本研究首先對快速成型機進行製程參數最佳化,目的為選擇適當的加工參數使工件尺寸具有最小標準差及減少製程時間,利用部分因子實驗篩選出影響顯著之因子,再由反應曲面法之中央合成設計實驗,求得最佳製程參數。其次DLP-SLA快速成型系統常見光源為紫外光或可?光,兩者均有能量分布不均之現象,光源不均勻會導致工件標準差上升,此現象可由灰階補償方法產生光罩,便能改善能量分布不均的情形。最後在最小標準差的形況下,分別對X方向與Y方向進行收縮係數補償,即可獲得更加準確的工件。 In digital light processor stereolithographic (DLP-SLA) system, the quality of part is affected by the processing parameter, the performance of the machine and the material. If we improve the factor above, the performance of the rapid prototyping machine will be promoted, and the more accurate part will be made.In this thesis, first, we optimize the process parameter of rapid prototyping machine for the appropriate machining parameters to minimize standard deviation in size and the process time of the part. Secondly, the light source of DLP-SLA usually is the ultraviolet light or visible light, both of which are the uneven distribution of energy that contributes the high standard deviation of the part. We use the gray-scale light mask to compensate the insufficient of the original mask to get the minimum standard deviation of the size. Finally, we compensate the shrinkage factor, respectively, in the X direction and Y direction to get more accurate 3D print part

    美日同盟體系變遷: 以區域安全為導向之跨層次觀點分析;Levels of Analysis: A Study on the Changes of U.S.-Japan Alliance with A Regional Security Perspective

    [[abstract]]美日安保體制迄今已超越半世紀,對此議題之相關研究已不勝枚舉,然而,大多數研究卻都只局限於單一理論之應用,鮮少有透過跨層次觀點來予以分析美日安保體制之變遷因素,以至於有不能完整詮釋美日安保體制之變遷因素與以偏概全的情況發生,進而遭致批判脫離社會現況。因此,本文認為在全球化與資訊流通迅速的當下,整合理論之應用已明顯是最能詮釋事務變遷之研究方式,這也是為何本文將採取以區域安全為導向之跨層次觀點分析,來探討美日安保體制為何會有所變遷。但由於是以安全議題為出發點,所以將有別於以往的跨層次分析方式,而是採用一種以國際結構(outside-in)為主軸,並加上國內政治與領導人等(inside-out)之影響因素為輔的研究方式,以避免單一層次研究之侷限性。此外,本文也試圖應用美國評斷日本於美日安保體制中之表現的審核機制,來分析日本從1951年美日安保條約之制定,至迄今間,於美日安保體制中的角色、任務和能力等地位是否有逐漸提升之趨勢? The Security Treaty Between the United States and Japan was signed on 8 September, 1951. For over 50 years, there are many associated researches on the U.S.-Japan security alliance, yet most of the researchers adapt in only one single theory to study the alliance partnership, instead of a levels-of-analysis approach which could possibly analyze the factors of the change, development and transformation of U.S.-Japan security alliance in a comprehensive perspective.Thus, due to respect of globalization and information transfer efficiency, I believe levels-of-analysis is a proper research approach to interpret and study international affairs in the era of dynamic. This research focuses on why the U.S.-Japan security alliance system changes over time, with a perspective on regional security. Putting the regional security into perspective, the levels-of-analysis approach of this research is slightly different from the usual approach. By taking an outside-in method as the primary factor analizing way and inside-out as a secondary factor analyzing way, I suggest it will be able to avoid the demerits and constraints caused by taking only one single level as a research approach. In addition, I also analyze whether since 1951, Japan’s changing role in the U.S.-Japan security alliance system acceleterate with the RMC assessment

    [[abstract]]人權保障仰賴國家之間的公約簽屬以及非國家組織的保障,然而關塔那摩灣拘留營的存在,為達成國家安全的目的而規避了人權的重視,除了違反美國對於人權的遵守之外,也踩進了國家安全與人權保障的邊線,經由了解關塔那摩灣拘留營的例子,若往後在反恐戰爭當中再度出現類似的議題時,將會有一個例子作為借鏡,並更能夠在不激化恐怖份子的情況之下去處理反恐戰爭的相關議題。 本研究主要先分為兩種方向,一個是從「人權保障」去探討拘留營產生的問題,另一個則是從「國家安全」的角度去看拘留營的必要性;首先從「人權保障」出發,去探討拘留營內部的法律適用問題、過度刑求、強迫餵食以及醫療資訊洩密等議題;接著再從「國家安全」的層面進行探討,透過了解拘留營本身的價值,探討關塔那摩灣拘留營在反恐戰爭上的地位與必要性。 本研究的結論為四點,分別是「反恐戰爭下的拘留需要一套認定標準」、「分辨潛藏恐怖份子與人權保證的困難」、「降低已知的恐怖攻擊風險」、「拘留營建置成本與限制」等四項結論。以關塔那摩灣拘留營作為例子,往後面對拘留恐怖份子相關的議題時,台灣可以更進一步的做出適當的處置方式,盡可能的減少不必要的犧牲與困難。 Human rights protection relies on the signing of the convention between the States and the support of non-State organizations. However, the existence of the detention camps in Guantanamo Bay has circumvented the importance of human rights for the purpose of achieving national security, In addition to violating the United States for human rights compliance, but also stepped into the National security and Human rights protection of the sideline, By understanding the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, in the event of a similar issue in the war on terror, there will be an example of being a mirror and able to deal with the issue in better way.This study is mainly divided into two directions, one is from the Human rights protection to explore the issue of detention camps, and the other is from the National security angle to see the need of detention camps; first from the Human rights protection to discuss issues such as the application of law, excessive torture, forced feeding and medical information disclosure, And then to explore the value of the detention camp itself from the angle of national security, to discuss the Guantanamo Bay detention camp in the war on the status and necessity.In conclusion, this research present four finding, First, the need for a set of criteria for detention under the war on terror. Second, the difficulty of resolving hidden terrorist and human rights guarantees. Third, reducing the risk of known terrorist attacks. Fourth, the cost and limited on detention camp. As Guantanamo Bay detention camp an example, when face with detention of terrorist issues, Taiwan can further make appropriate disposal to reduce unnecessary sacrifice and difficult

    半概似估計方程式在空間過量零值資料的應用;

    [[abstract]]在醫學、公共衛生以及生物研究等的研究中資料常伴隨著大量的零值。對於這些多餘的零值若是無法適當地交代就很有可能產生估計的偏誤,使得最後導出錯誤的推論(Lee and Wang, 2006)。在本文中,我們將探討在空間過量零值資料上的估計問題。利用變異數矩陣去估計其相關矩陣,使用半概似函數估計式估計廣義線性模型的參數。配合泰勒展開式修正估計的降低估計時所產生的誤差。由模擬結果得知,在使用泰勒展開式輔助的情況下,配合不同的空間矩陣模型所估計的結果和真實空間矩陣模型相比誤差不大,且在樣本數不大的情況下即可達到不錯的估計。此外配合上泰勒修正的估計也比未使用泰勒修正的估計較準確且有效。在此實驗中讓我們知道,配合泰勒方程式修正過的估計式,在使用不同的空間矩陣時可以提升估計的準確度,使其達到更佳的效能
