Tebuireng Islamic Elementary School Ir. Soedigno was established on
February 7, 2013 on the waqf land of the late Mr. Ir. Soedigno, which is a private
elementary school based on pesantren under the auspices of the Hasyim Asy'ari
tebuireng boarding school. philosophy of Islamic Elementary School Tebuireng Ir.
Soedigno is forming a faithful, knowledgeable and moral cadre with quality and
affordable educating institutions. This application aims to facilitate administration,
teachers and parents to monitor student learning outcomes during school,
provide payment information, schedules, and to facilitate administrative staff in
looking for student data or other data.
In this final project, the Siakad Application was chosen because of its
ease and users can reach a lot of information about the development of their
children during their Android mobile phone school. Without having to come to
school one by one to ask administrative staff. The author designs a web program
that is also installed into Android using a webview so that it can help the delivery
and data collection quickly. By looking at some of the many successful tests later
this application will be developed and can be a required application at Tebuireng
Islamic Elementary School Ir. Soedigno Kesamben.

Majapahit Islamic University (UNIM) is one of the universities in the Jabon
area precisely in the city of Mojokerto which has 13 study programs, 3 faculties
and 5 buildings. One of them is BAU is a technical and administrative element of
public services within the university so that each study program will require
submission of a work plan that helps each unit to carry out activities each year.
proposing a work plan must be sent a few months before the activity because
there are inhibiting factors that usually occur in the approval of the letter and the
incoming proposal. As the leader has a busy life outside or a visit, the disposition
does not go down, considering the incoming and forgotten letters and proposals.
The purpose of this research is to make an application for submitting work plan
activities, one of them is web-based. While the information system is a computerbased
system that provides information for users who use it according to their
needs. The data used are work plan data, detailed work plan data, evaluation
data, approval data, report data, proposer data, user data. The final result
obtained in this system is a report on the submission of work plan activities that
have been done every year which displays ID, Filename, Details, Evaluation and
approval.
The results of the questionnaire use application submission work plan that
has been filled in by representatives of units that are on the campus of Majapahit
Islamic University with questionnaires filled in as many as 8 sheets with 8
questions and the results obtained are 31 columns of very agreeable answers
from 8 people who have filled in, 29 Agree of agreeing answers from 8 people
who have filled in and from 8 people, there are 2 people who give 3 columns of
answers that do not agree. So it can be concluded that it is easier for users to
submit work plan activities.
There are 4 users in processing data on this work plan and annual budget
information system (RKAT). Each user has access restrictions as follows. The
proposer has access rights to enter registration, input RK, upload RK / file upload
and logout, WRK (Deputy Chancellor and Cooperation) has access rights in
viewing RK detail data, provides evaluation input on data that has been viewed
and Logout, Chancellor has access rights in viewing RK detail data, provides
approval input on RK that has been evaluated and Logout, Admin has print
access rights report from RK detail input or file upload, evaluation and approval.

Koperasi Karya Utama Jaya merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak
dalam bidang jasa pemasaran, pembelian maupun penjualan produk elektronik
atau bisa disebut juga sebagai Koperasi Serba Usaha. Salah satu barang yang
diminati banyak konsumen saat ini adalah barang elektronik. Salah satu cara
yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Karya Utama Jaya dalam menjual barang
elektronik tersebut adalah dengan cara lelang. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi
saat ini adalah proses pelelangan barang elektronik tersebut masih
menggunakan cara manual dan semua data masih dalam bentuk tulisan yang
dicatat pada buku pembukuan. Proses pelelangan juga memakan waktu cukup
lama dan banyak biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk mengadakan acara lelang.
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem adalah metode
waterfall. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan
MySql. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu sebuah sistem informasi
pelelangan barang elektronik berbasis web yang mampu memudahkan pihak
Koperasi Karya Utama Jaya dalam mengatasi masalah pelelangan yang selama
ini masih menggunakan sistem manual menjadi sistem lelang online yang dapat
diakses oleh semua orang tanpa harus mengeluarkan banyak biaya serta waktu
yang lama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, semua fungsi yang diuji
hasilnya valid. Berdasarkan pengujian kuisioner, tingkat keberhasilan dari sistem
yang dibangun adalah 78%.

Field Observation is Yearly routine for each University wether private or civil,
because field observation gives student knowledgement and train their skill to
chalenging in Job wether in institution or company. Job administrations especially
in Field Observation Aplicant services need more efficient to cut long verification
process.
Education Institution like University on Field Observation registration. In this
case, Informatics Engineering Study Program Faculty Of Engineering University
Of Islam Majapahit Mojokerto become target of observation because the
registration system of Observation’s Field is manual or offline so the registration
take a long time to verify. Like submission about place, filtering student who able
to take Field Observation and also verify the submission.
Web Based Field Observation Administration Application have been made
and developed. This system could manage Field Observation Applicant like
Registration, selection, payment verification, distribute The Teacher Guider with
automatic system.

Educational institutions are one of the vital fields that utilize technology.
Without technology, educational institutions are not enough to support a good
teaching and learning process. Bhakti Indonesia Medika Health Vocational
School (BIM) Mojokerto is one school that educates students to excel and excel.
The problem that exists in BIM Mojokerto Health Vocational School is the high
level of absence of students and frequent violations. Therefore, with the existing
problems, the author designs a Web-Based Student Attendance and Attendance
Monitoring Information System, this information system is useful for monitoring
students so that no students dare to skip school hours and commit violations.
This information synthesis is designed on a Web basis so that parents can easily
get it, parents can easily monitor attendance and violations of children in school,
with the existence of Web-Based Attendance Monitoring Information System and
Student Abuse is expected to make it easier for parents to monitor their children
without having to come to school and in this study using the waterfall method.

Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) adalah program pemerintah yang pada
dasarnya untuk penyediaan pendanaan biaya operasi nonpersonalia bagi satuan
pendidikan dasar sebagai pelaksana program wajib belajar. Program BOS
diharapkan dapat dikelola sesuai dengan asas Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah
(MBS). Oleh kerena itu dalam pengelolaan dana BOS sekolah dituntut untuk
mengembangkan pengelolaan dana secara profesional, transparan, dan
akuntabel.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi akuntansi
penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana BOS. Objek penelitian ini adalah SMA PGRI
Puri. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi sistem informasi akuntansi
terhadap struktur organisasi, dokumen, sistem pengendalian intern dan laporan
yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif
yaitu menguraikan secara menyeluruh terhadap pelaksanaan sistem informasi
akuntansi akuntansi yang diterapkan pada SMA PGRI PURIdan dibandingkan
dengan teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan sistem informasi akuntansi,
sehingga didapat hasil yang diinginkan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi
khususnya sistem pendapatan, penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas berjalan
dengan efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari struktur organisasi yang telah sesuai
dengan karakteristik sekolah, dokumen yang memadai dan terancang dengan
baik, sistem pengendalian intern dan laporan yang memadai, hanya saja belum
terbentuk rancangan flowchart pada sistem informasi akuntansinya.
Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, sistem informasi akuntansi, penerimaan dan pengeluaran
kas, dan pengendalian internal.

School Operational Assistance funds (BOS) is a government program that is
basically provide funding for non-personnel operating costs for primary education
units as implementers of compulsory education programs. The BOS program is
expected to be managed according to the principles of School Based
Management (SBM). Therefore, in the management of BOS funds, schools are
required to develop fund management professionally, transparently and
accountably.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accounting information system
for BOS funds. The object of this research is PGRI PURI Senior High School.
Testing is done by evaluating the accounting information system on the
organizational structure, documents, internal control systems and the reports
produced. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, which
describes thoroughly the implementation of the accounting of the information
system applied in PGRI PURI Senior High School and compared with theories
related to accounting information systems, so that the desired results of this study
are obtained.
The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system,
especially the income system, cash receipts and cash outlay, runs effectively.
This can be seen from the organizational structure that is according to the
characteristics of the school, sufficient and well-designed documents, an internal
control system and sufficient reports, although the flowchart design has not yet
been established in the accounting information system.

Progress of the business world until this time has escalation very well, this matter be
mark with increasing of new company especially manufacturing company. So the problem
which exist for company will be more complex. To resolve these impacts a company must
be minimize production cost and increasing income. Production cost can pressed by
efficient all of resource company and can increase incoming, besides with good
promotion, and also can be carried out by accepting special orders received by the
company. The purpose of this study to determine differential accounting can be used as
the basis of the company as a consideration in accepting / rejecting company specific
orders. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. with primary data sources
and secondary data.The results of the calculation analysis using differential accounting
information in making decisions to accept or reject special orders from 50 pairs of shoes
and sandals. at a price of Rp. 28.800, - per pair by considering differential income and
differential costs resulting in a contribution profit of Rp. 110,100, -. show that from the
proposed alternatives can provide benefits for the company when receiving special
orders. Small and medium enterprise (UKM) Shoes Mr. Saiunshould receive special
orders that take into account income and differential costs to generate profit contributions.

KUD is a consolidation of several village unit business entities which are
agricultural cooperatives / village cooperatives located within the village unit area.
This study aims to determine the effect of capital on the remaining operating
results, the effect of the influence of business volume on the remaining operating
results, the effect of the number of members on the remaining operating results
and the effect of capital, business volume and number of members
simultaneously on the remaining operating results. Data collection uses the
documentation method in the form of financial statements for 2008-2017. This
study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that capital
affects the remaining business results, business volume affects the remaining
business results, the number of members influences the remaining operating
results with a significance value < 0.05 Simultaneously capital, business volume
and number of members affect the remaining operating results with a significance
value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, it was found that the contribution of capital
influence, business volume and number of members to the remaining results of
the KUD Sumber Pangan business was 91.9%, while the rest was influenced by
other aspects not included in the research model.

This research aims to know the influence of the commitment of the
management capacity of human resources to the implementation of the
transparency of financial reporting in the PT. Hilon Felt Mojokerto
Type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this
study are all employees of the PT. Hilon Felt Mojokerto. Samples were taken
using the technique of sampling as much as 36 total respondents. Engineering
data collection using the questionnaire by means of distributed to respondents.
Technique of data analysis in research using multiple linear regression
analysis. Hypothesis testing using simultaneous test (test F) and partial test
(test t) hypothesis testing using simultaneous test (test F) and partial test (test t)
using SPSS program version 23.0. Research results based on the validity of the
Test showed that the entire instrument of research is said to be valid and
reliability.
Based on results of test of hypothesis shows that simultaneously
obtained significant levels of test results F = 0.000 < 0.05 (level of significant)
and partially independent variables data obtained (commitment human resource
capacity management) has the value of the significance result < 0.05 so that
can be expressed the independent variable by partially and simultaneous effect
on the transparency of financial statements. Based on the value of beta
coefficient indicates the variable capacity of most influential human resources

Abstrak
One of the qualitative characteristics of the submission of financial
statements is relevant, the realization of which can be seen from the
timeliness of reporting. These timelines can be judged from audit delays,
ie the period between the closing date of the book and the date of the
auditor's report. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of firm
size, type of auditor opinion, operating profit / loss, profitability level, and
solvency, on audit delay on cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2017.This type of research is qualitative
descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by taking financial statement data. The
analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of
this study indicate that simultaneously the five variables have a significant
effect in 42 % on audit delay. And partially from the five variables that
affect audit delay is the level of profitability with significant t 0.018, while
the other does not affect.
