pajak kepada masyarakat. SAMSAT merupakan suatu sistem kerjasama terpadu antara POLRI, Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi dan PT Jasa Raharja. Pelayanan di SAMSAT meliputi berbagai macam pelayananlpengurusan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Keberhasilan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi dari kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis,pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan keija tehadap kinerja
dari pegawai pada kantor Samsat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari 755 pegawai. Melalui penggunaan teknik sampling purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 orang dan dialokasikan secara
proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan berskala Likert.
Untuk menganilisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diketahui iklim organisasi memberi pengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai Samsat Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar
26,2%, kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai sebesar 28%, dan kepuasan kerja memberi pengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai sebesar 25,1 %. Selanjutnya, secara bersama-sama iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan
kepuasaan juga memberi pengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai Samsat Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar 61,1 %
Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Bahan Bakar Secara Elektronik (SIBABE) Di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas SIBABE di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, dengan menggunakan teori manajemen sistem informasi DeLane dan McLean. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif desktriptif dengan
teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penerapan SIBABE secara efektif membantu proses pemungutan PBB-KB, meningkatkan efisiensi sehingga mempermudah
pekerjaan manajemen, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan menghemat biaya.
Efektivitas penerapan SIBABE yang dinilai berdasarkan aspek (l) Kualitas Informasi pada SIBABE telah mendukung BP2RD dalam aspek kebutuhan data dan informasi dari Wajib Pungut; (2)Kualitas Sistem SIBABE telah didukung dengan hardware, software dan network yang sudah berjalan dengan baik
meski sistem perlu di-update secara berkesinambungan; (3)Kualitas Layanan SIBABE dari indikator kecepatan respon dan setelah dari pengembang ditemui bahwa SIBABE sudah cukup responsif; (4) Intensi Pengguna dari SIBABE ditemui bahwa BP2RD dan W APU memanfaatkan SIBABE karena manfaat
dari penerapan SIBABE telah sejalan dengan tujuan mengapa diwujudkan sistem informasi SIBABE. Hal ini tercermin dari intensitas penggunaan,kepuasan serta dampak dari SIBABE terhadap individu maupun BP2RD (5)Kepuasan Pengguna, basil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada Wajib Pungut
menunjukkan bahwa layanan pada SIBABE sudah cukup memuaskan;
(6) Manfaat Bersih dari SIBABE telah berkontribusi terhadap pelaporan yang lebih tepat waktu, akses tidak terbatas tempat dan waktu, memudahkan proses monitoring, penatausahaan pemungutan PBBKB serta terwujudnya transparansi sebagaimana tujuan SIBABE diterapkan. Sementara dampak dari efektivitas penerapan SIBABE tercermin dari peningkatan realisasi PBB-KB dalam 1 tahun pertama penerapan SI BABE, capaian target realisasi lebih 10,65% dari
batas target pada 2020
Exploring Village Funds Management on The Perspective Capacity Village Apparatus’s of Bengkulu Province in 2018-2019
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the extent to which the village apparatus’s capacity can manage village funds. This study used qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely frequency percentage statistics. Results of distribution utilized the total score of the answers. Data sources included primary and secondary data. Data sources included primary and secondary data. The object of research is 30 (thirty) villages, 2 respondents from each village are taken. Findings demonstrate that the village apparatus’s capacity in managing village funds is generally assessed from their basic Capability, management capability, and technical Capability, which fall into the ‘fair’ category. It indicates that the village apparatus needs to increase its capacity so that village funds can be managed optimally. The solutions include increasing the HR-village apparatus’s capacity through computer training, technical guidance, seminars, and socialization of related regulations. Besides, facilitation and mentoring are the best ways that the village apparatus needs to increase their capacity, considering that stakeholders are demanding a change in the paradigm of implementation in village governance and the era of disruption to balance and harmonize with current and future conditions

The results obtained from this study are (1) the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Medau City is positively related to all explanatory variables, naively the Medan City workforce and 54edan City’s Gross Regional Domestic Product last year (PDRBt-1). All signs of the alleged parameters are in line with expectations. the variable that has a significant effect is the Regional Doitiestic Product of 54edan City last year. The estimation results show that an increase in the number of Medan City orkers by 10 units v ill encourage an increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product by 99 units per year. (2) Medau City Household Consumption is positively related to all explanatory s ariables namely Consumer Price Index. Gross Regional Doitiestic Product Medan City. Export Value and Household Consumption of Medau City last year (PRKTt-1). All signs of the estimated parameters are in line with expectations, the variables that have a significant effect are the Consumer Price Index and the Regional Domestic Product of Medan City. The estimation results show that if the Medan City Consumer Price Index is increased by 10 units. it will encourage Medau City Household Coiisuitiption by 10 units

Get PDFThe current condition of the COVID-19 pandemic has made government offices implement work from home this has resulted in a large number of official archives, , especially the letter of responsibility (SPJ) for official travel and the letters that come in every day make the archives pile up and also the archives that do not fit to accommodate the archives, the implementation of activities that are hampered because the disposition letter of the leadership has not been dropped and the use of Simaya's correspondence application by The leadership of the DPRD and the DPRD Secretariat who have not been integrated into accelerating the disposition of program implementation policies. This makes SKPD leaders need a strategy to reduce the archives that keep coming and integrate programs and activities. One of the strategies is to digitize archives. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with related actors, namely archivist functional officers and structural officials as well as secondary data staff. The results of the study show that innovation and archive management, one of which is archive digitization, can reduce the place to accommodate archives, work faster in data access, and can support improving the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD

The Impact of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Price
Get PDFThis research seeks to find out how to provide satisfaction to consumers. The aim is to analyze and test empirically the effect of price and sales promotion on customer satisfaction that is mediated by service quality. This study uses primary data; questionnaires are distributed to 100 consumers at the Jingga Project boutique. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale with analysis tools using Warp PLS 7.0. The results showed that the variables price and sales promotion have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the mediating variable, namely, service quality, is proven to be able to indirectly mediate the effect of price and sales promotion on customer satisfaction. In line with the marketing theory, which states that customer satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment of someone who appears after comparing the performance (results) of the product against the expected performance. From the results of this study, it is clear that the variables price and sales promotion significantly affect customer satisfaction, as well as service quality, which is the mediating variable in this study.
