Pengaruh Resiko Usaha Terhadap Permodalan Pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine LDR, IPR, LAR, IRR, PDN, NPL, APB, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The population is National Foreign Exchange Private Banks for the period 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling so the selected bank is PT. Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk, PT. Bank Jtrust Indonesia, Tbk, PT . Bank Maspion Indonesia, PT. Bank Mayapada Internasional, Tbk , PT Bank Mega, Tbk, PT. Bank Nationalnobu, Tbk. Data collection using the documentation method and analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that LDR, IPR, LAR, IRR, PDN, NPL, APB, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on the CAR ratio of private foreign exchange banks. Partially the IPR ratio has a significant positive effect on the CAR ratio at foreign exchange private national banks and partially the APB, PDN, BOPO ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on foreign exchange private national banks. While LDR, LAR, NPL, IRR, FBIR have a positive but not significant effect on the CAR ratio at Foreign Exchange National Devisa

Topeng malangan dalam mitologi bukan hanya suatu benda seni saja, melainkan suatu penggambaran simbolis dalam menghormati rah nenek moyang. Cerita ini dipercaya sejak zaman kerajaan Kanjuruhan oleh raja Gajayana, yang pada masa itu topeng dibuat dari emas dengan istilah Shangyang Puspo Sariro yang memiliki makna bunga dari hati yang paling dalam. Seni tradisi ini terus dipertahankan pada masa itu karena dilihat sebagai tradisi kultural yang sangat religius. Dusun Kedungmong, Kabupaten Malang dikenal sudah menjadi pusat kerajinan seni topeng sejak zaman Belanda, meski ketepatan tahun kemunculannya belum dapat dipastikan. Ketersediaan pengrajin seni topeng juga sejalan dengan keberadaan sanggar yang rutin mementaskan Gebyak Wayang seni pertunjukan topeng malangan di setiap bulannya. Aktifitas dalam tradisi topeng malangan selalu dikaitkan dengan penghormatan rah nenek moyang yang bertujuan untuk menjalin komunikasi antar sesama warga dengan para leluhur. Dengan demikian eksistensi topeng malangan tidak hanya selalu direkatkan dengan atribut bernilai budaya saja melainkan ada unsur lain dalam suatu tradisi yang membentuk kepercayaan warga Kabupaten Malang untuk tetap melestarikan Topeng Malangan

Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the ability of financial ratios in predicting bond ratings on all companies listed and enhanced by PT.Pefindo. Financial ratio used in this study is firm size, leverage. The firm size in this study using the Log Total Assets, leverage in this study was measured by the formula Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population of this study are all companies listed and enhanced by PT.Pefindo and issued a complete financial statements and audited as of 31 December in PT Pefindo period 2020-2021 in sequence amouting to 30 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, in order to get many as 60 sampel of companies. Technical analysis of the data is the logistic regressions analysis with the help of SPSS 23 for windows. Based on the result of logistic regression analysis with significance was 5% has proved that firm size significant effect on bond rating, while leverage does not affect the bond rating

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, company size, ownership structure, and auditor's opinion on the timeliness of financial reporting for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and the final data obtained 718 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 24 test tool by testing descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis. The results of this study state that profitability and company size affect the timeliness of financial reporting, while the variables leverage, ownership structure, and auditor's opinion have no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of security, convenience, benefits, and service quality on customer loyalty through BRI mobile banking user satisfaction in Gresik district. This research was conducted in Gresik district with the Convinance Sampling technique. The sample used was 151 Gresik residents who used BRI mobile banking. In this study using primary data by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the WarpPLS 8.0 statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the safety, benefits, and service quality variables on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. While the convenience variable does not have a significant effect on user satisfaction.

Kepuasan Nasabah Terhadap Aplikasi BRImo Branch Office BRI Surabaya Kapas Krampung
Get PDFMobile Banking is a service provided by banks to carry out various banking transactions through features or menus provided in banking applications and installed via smartphones. Currently Mobile Banking is the main banking factor in global competition, for this reason it is important for banks to measure customer satisfaction with mobile banking products. The purpose of this study was to determine the advantages, constraints, solutions to the BRImo application, as well as to determine the level of customer satisfaction in using the BRImo application at the BRI Surabaya Kapas Krampung Branch Office. The indicators for the level of customer satisfaction tested by researchers were customer satisfaction on the service quality of the BRImo application, suitability of customer expectations on the quality of the BRImo application, intention to continue using the BRImo application, and customer willingness to recommend the BRImo application. This can be proven by the results of the descriptive statistical test which obtained an average value of 3.40 from a total sample of 528 with a respondent achievement level of 66% on the customer satisfaction indicator.

Get PDFA company's financial statements can show actual performance if the financial reports are of
high quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human resource
competency, internal control systems, and the use of information technology on the quality of
financial statements. The population in this study were all employees of the finance department
and financial statements of the PT. X (Pakan Ternak). The sample in this study were employees,
namely finance and accounting staff in work PT. X (Pakan Ternak). The sampling technique
used in this research is purposive sampling with the criteria of employees who have worked in
companies ≥ 3 years and employees at PT. X (Pakan Ternak) division of financial management
and preparation of company financial reports. The research instrument used was a
questionnaire with a measuring scale technique using a Likert scale. Research proves that the
variable competence of human resources and utilization of information technology has a
significant effect on the quality of financial reports of PT. X (Pakan Ternak). Meanwhile, the
internal control system variable has no significant effect on the quality of PT. X (Pakan
Ternak).

Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Harma Contractor Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Harma Contractors Indonesia. The sample consists of 119 respondents using the Slovin formula and has characteristics of a vulnerable age of 17-60 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a hardcopy questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that workload has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work stress has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of human resource development and motivation on employee performance at PT. Istana Putra Astaguna the research sample consists of 100. Then there are characteristics of the vulnerable age of 17-60 years. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only productive employees are taken. Analysis used validity, reliability, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing on Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of Google Form. The results of this study indicate that human resource development has a partial effect on employee performance. Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance. Human resource development and motivation simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Pengaruh Stress Kerja Dan Kebahagiaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Milenial Di Surabaya
Get PDFThis research aims to examine the influence of work stress and happiness on the performance of millennial generation employees in Surabaya. This research sample consisted of 96 respondents from the Millennial Generation in Surabaya, aged 24-39 years. The sampling technique uses Judgment sampling. Analysis uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of Google form. The results of this research show that Job Stress has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance, and Happiness has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
