Get PDFThis research was conducted by considering the importance of marketing projections for business competition. The effectiveness of marketing projections can be increased by using Big Data as a basis for preparing projections in the marketing strategy of business units. By using a qualitative approach that presents data in a narrative arrangement. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from the information retrieval process through interviews with several key informants. The data that has been obtained is then reduced and simplified to be presented in this study. Big Data is a broad and unlimited collection of information. In the development of technology in the business world, Big Data has an important role in banking. Big Data has an effect as a basis for making decisions in projecting marketing. In this research, the projections focused on the age demographics of the customers are adjusted to the existing consumer credit products at Bank Jatim. From the utilization of Big Data carried out by Bank Jatim, it was found that marketing activities became easier, more effective and on target. This is one of the marketing strategies that can be carried out by Bank Jatim to achieve the target and even exceed the achievement target.

payroll and wage systems and procedures at CV Rizqi Lumintu Plywood. Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that payroll systems and procedures consist of functions, documents and procedures that form a payroll accounting system, where CV Rizqi Lumintu Plywood in general still requires adjustments to payroll and wage systems and procedures. Suggestions that can be given are the separation of responsibilities in each part of the division and the selection of strategic places in attendance. This study aims to analyze payroll and wage systems and procedures so that companies can maximize their work and be able to minimize the constraints that occur.

The sample consists of 100 respondents using the Slovin formula and has characteristics of a vulnerable age of 17-40 years and has at least one year of service. This sampling technique uses Random Sampling. Analysis used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and data collection used a hardcopy questionnaire. The application of EBITDA to PT PAL Indonesia's calibration laboratory began in early 2023 in January to be precise. The calibration laboratory implements the EBITDA system with the aim that its financial system records are better than before and can also streamline the costs of each process in the calibration process. In the process of recording using the EBITDA system, there are several factors that must be prepared in advance, namely knowing what processes will be carried out, what costs will be incurred, the number of tools used, the costs incurred, to the amount of
income from the participants. customers. After all the required factors have been met, then the process of preparing the EBITDA matrix is carried out up to compiling the capacity matrix. Based on the results of the financial reports obtained from the company implementing the EBITDA system at PT PAL's calibration laboratory, its income did not increase significantly, but by implementing this EBITDA system, the company can analyze which processes still do not meet capacity and the company can also easily determine strategies for the next . The population in this study was an individual taxpayer at KPP Pratama Gresik. The sampling method used is convenience sampling, so that in this study using 101 samples of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Gresik. The data in the study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and processed using Partial Least Square Scructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using Warp-PLS 8.0 software. Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio on Conventional Banks registered with the OJK. The data in this research comes from financial reports. Conventional Banks which have been published during the period 2018 – 2022. This research uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by researchers, the sample included in the criteria is 13 banks. The data used is secondary data, which is a way to collect all the required data through financial reports according to the sample and period used. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and is accompanied by classical assumption tests to test data normality and is followed by hypothesis testing. This research shows that the data is normally distributed. The results of this research show that the variables Price Earning Ratio Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously have an influence on share prices. Meanwhile, partially, the Price Earning Ratio has no effect on share prices. Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio influence share prices.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy on firm value by using firm size as a moderating variable. The population in this study uses sector companiesfood and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. Selection of samples based on techniquepurposive sampling.The data collected is secondary data sourced from annual financial reports (annual report). This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques for data analysis tested using SPS 26for windows.The results of this study indicate that (H1) Profitability has an effect on firm value, (H2) Liquidity has no effect on firm value, (H3) Dividend policy has no effect on firm value and (H4) Firm size can moderate profitability on firm value.

Determinan Kesejahteraan Keuangan Pada Karyawan Bank Jatim Dengan Perilaku Keuangan Sebagai Mediasi
Get PDFThe objectives of this study is to examine the factors that influence the financial well-being of bank employees, which include financial knowledge, financial socialization, internal locus of control, lifestyle and financial stress. In addition, this study will also examine the role of financial behavior as mediation in the financial well-being model. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of Bank Jatim, Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling wich tested using structural equation modelling partial least squared (SEM-PLS) . The results of this study succeeded in proving that financial knowledge, financial socialization, and financial stress had a direct effect on financial well-being, while lifestyle had no effect trough financial behavior mediation. The implication of this finding is that to improve the financial well-being of bank employees they should increase their financial knowledge and financial socialization and be more calm in dealing with their financial conditions. Another finding from this study is that financial behavior is able to mediate the influence of internal locus of control on financial well-being. The implication is that to achieve financial well-being, an individual must always maintain an internal locus of control and behave wisely in managing finances

X Cibitung Branch. The research population was 119 employees of PT. X Branch Cibitung Bekasi using a saturated sample. Collecting data with questionnaires, but the questionnaires that returned amounted to 70 questionnaires so the sample used was 70 respondents. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The results showed that Job enrichment had a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction, Job enrichment had a positive but not significant effect on performance, Job enlargement had a negative but not significant effect on satisfaction, Job enlargement had a positive and significant effect on performance, Psychological well-being had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction , Psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on performance, Employee performance has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, Job enrichment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance, Job enlargement has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through performance, Psychological well-being positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction through performance
Penentu Niat Konsumen Menggunakan E-Payment dalam Pembayaran Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah Berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model
Get PDFIntention is a prefix in carrying out an action. Intention is very important because it can get the pleasure of Allah and the Messenger. Intention can be a foundation of belief in achieving goals. This study aims to examine the effect of ease of use, perceived security, and perceived benefits on consumer intentions to use e-payments in paying zakat, infaq, and alms based on the technology acceptance model in the Surabaya area. The number of respondents in this study were 178 respondents with the criteria of having an e-payment account. Data collection techniques are purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The sampling technique used to see the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable is using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS3 program. The results of this study explain that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on the intention to use e-payment, perceived security has no significant effect on the intention to use e-payment, and perceived benefits have a positive effect on the intention to use e-payment.
