Pengaruh Financial Technologi dan Financial Capability Terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan dengan Mediasi Perilaku Keuangan
This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Technology and Financial Capability on Financial Satisfaction with Financial Behavior as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on household financial managers in Pasuruan City using a quantitative survey approach. The sampling technique combined purposive and snowball sampling, and the collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Financial Technology, Financial Capability, and Financial Behavior each have a positive and significant effect on Financial Satisfaction. Furthermore, Financial Behavior was found to partially mediate the relationship between Financial Technology and Financial Satisfaction, but it did not significantly mediate the relationship between Financial Capability and Financial Satisfaction. These findings highlight that while financial technology adoption and financial capability directly enhance satisfaction, financial behavior plays a crucial role in strengthening the positive effect of technology adoption. The study contributes both theoretically and practically by providing empirical evidence on the role of financial behavior in the digital era and offering insights for policymakers and financial institutions to design more effective financial literacy and inclusion strategies
Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan E-Health Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Melalui Literasi Teknologi Di Puskesmas Bangkingan : Pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling
ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the effect of e-health implementation on service quality mediated by technology literacy at Bangkingan Public Health Center using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that e-health adoption has a significant positive impact on technology literacy and service quality, with technology literacy partially mediating the relationship. These findings highlight the need for improved training and digital infrastructure to enhance responsiveness and empathy in healthcare services, supporting sustainable e-health implementation in primary care.

Pengaruh ESG Disclosure, Aset Tak Berwujud, dan IOS Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Periode 2019-2023
This study aims to examine the effect of environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, intangible assets, and investment opportunity set on firm performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and included in the BGK Foundation during the 2019–2023 period. A total of 413 data samples were analyzed. Environmental, social, and governance disclosure data were obtained from the BGK Foundation website using 11 indicators for each aspect. Intangible assets were measured using the Intangible Asset Value (INTAV) formula, while the Investment Opportunity Set was measured using the Market-to-Book Value of Equity (MBVE/BVE) ratio. Firm performance was measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. This research employed a quantitative approach with secondary data consisting of ESG disclosure data from the BGK Foundation and company annual reports. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that environmental disclosure and investment opportunity set significantly influence firm performance, whereas social disclosure, governance disclosure, and intangible assets do not influance company performance
Pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Hijau Terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi Dengan Mediasi Identifikasi Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya
in the modern era, attention to sustainability and social responsibility is increasingly
growing, especially among Generation Z, who were born between 1996 and 2010. This
generation has grown up in a highly connected digital environment, shaping their views
on the workplace and the importance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in
supporting sustainability practices. This study aims to explore the relationship between
Green Human Resource Management, organizational identification, job satisfaction, and
OCB among Generation Z employees in Surabaya. Despite a high level of awareness
regarding sustainability, there are still challenges in enhancing employee participation in
green initiatives. Through an integrated approach, this research provides
recommendations to improve employee engagement, including comprehensive training
programs, rewards for employees, and a supportive work environment. These findings are
expected to contribute significantly to the sustainability of organizations and create a
culture responsive to environmental issues.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Simokerto Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. Respondents taken were employees of Simokerto Subdistrict totaling 122 respondents. The study used quantitative research methods, data collection methods through surveys, questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has an effect but not significant on employee performance, discipline has an effect and is significant to performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, the environment has a significant effect on motivation, discipline has a significant effect on motivation, motivation mediates significantly between the environment and performance, motivation does not mediate discipline on performance. The implication of this research is the provision of motivation to improve the quality and quantity of employee performance in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dengan Kepuasa Kerja Sebagai Mediasi Pada Karyawan Koperasi As–Sakinah Di Surabaya
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice and motivation on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of Koperasi As-Sakinah in Surabaya. The research is motivated by a high turnover intention among employees, which stems from unmet expectations and unclear career paths. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach using involving 131 respondents. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that both organizational justice and motivation significantly influence job satisfaction. Motivation has a significant direct effect on organizational commitment, while organizational justice does not have a direct effect but significantly influences it through job satisfaction as a mediator. Job satisfaction is proven to be a significant mediating variable between both organizational justice and motivation on organizational commitment. These findings emphasize the importance of managerial roles in applying fair practices and enhancing employee motivation to create a supportive work environment and strengthen employee loyalty
Optimasi Penjadwalan Mata Kuliah Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika di Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas
Course scheduling at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University was previously done manually, took a long time, and often resulted in scheduling conflicts between rooms, times, and lecturers. This process was also prone to errors, thus not supporting effective academic management. This study aims to develop a web-based scheduling system using Genetic Algorithms to produce a more optimal, faster schedule with minimal conflicts. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, including information on courses, lecturers, rooms, and times. Genetic Algorithms were implemented through the stages of population initialization, fitness evaluation, selection, crossover, and mutation, taking into account constraints such as the suitability of room types (theory/practicum), the use of special rooms, and lecturer availability. Test results showed that the best scenario (population 100, generation 20) achieved a fitness value of 97.7 in 365.92 seconds, indicating a schedule with very minimal conflicts. This system significantly speeds up the scheduling process compared to manual methods and is able to produce a more structured schedule. However, the feature for managing lecturers who are unable to teach still requires further development to accommodate all future scheduling needs

Financial reports play an important role in the development of businesses, both large companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as they serve to describe the financial condition and facilitate systematic decision making. Bleyerr Coffee, an MSME, faces intense business competition among similar businesses in a strategic location, as well as declining customer loyalty. Declining sales have impacted revenue, one of the causes being the use of modern service and payment methods implemented by Bleyerr Coffe un today’s era. This has become a challenge in service delivery and poses the risk of recording erorrs. This study aims to identify the financial management procedures implemented by Blyerr Coffee and assist in finding effective solutions for its financial management. The method used is a descriptive approach employing observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research findings indicate that Bleyerr Coffee manages its financial reports using a smart cash register application, which has limitations in only displaying gross profit without detailing operational expenses. Additionally, employees’ limited knowledge in managing finances appropriately poses a barrier to obtaining accurate financial reports. As a solution, it is recommended to implement digital financial reporting management in the form of a website named “BLECOFFEE,” which will not only simplify financial management aspects such as profit and loss statements and financial position report but also enhance service quality and facilitate digital payment metods. It is hoped that this innovation will improve Blyerr Coffee operational efficiency amid intense competiti.

Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Mobile Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa (SIMAS) Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Menggunakan Flat Design
This research aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the mobile application for the Student Information System (SIMAS) at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University. The primary issue addressed is the lack of accessibility and user convenience in the existing system, as reported by students. The design process adopts a Flat Design approach to produce a clean, minimalist interface that prioritizes readability and ease of navigation. Data collection methods included interviews and questionnaires distributed to the target users. The result of this research is a UI/UX design for the SIMAS mobile application that is expected to enhance flexibility, information clarity, and user satisfaction in accessing academic services digitally. This design is also intended to serve as a reference for the development of more user-friendly campus information systems in the future
Perancangan Desain Sign System Berbasis Augmented Reality Sebagai Media Informasi Pada PT Temprina Media Grafika
The design of the sign system at PT Temprina Media Grafika was motivated by the need for a clear, structured visual information system that supports the activities of a large-scale printing company, because the existing sign system was still limited in terms of quantity, material, and effectiveness of information delivery. This study uses the main concept of Protection which is interpreted as protecting information to prevent errors in navigation and supporting work safety in high-risk areas such as production rooms and warehouses. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, literature studies, and data analysis to find specific needs in the field. The design results produce four main sign categories, namely Identification Sign, Directional Sign, Information Sign, and Regulatory Sign, with a modern, minimalist, and consistent visual approach to the company's identity, as well as the addition of Augmented Reality (AR) innovation in the production area to present interactive information about work procedures and safety. This design is expected to facilitate navigation, increase safety awareness, and strengthen the professional image of PT Temprina Media Grafika as a modern printing company that is adaptive to technological developments
